New California Michelin Guide Additions Include Lustig in Culver City | Eater LA

"I highlighted a new falafel star in Koreatown called Salam Falafel that opened two months ago; the falafel are smooth and sandy-colored inside with murmurs of cumin and garlic and an emphasis on exterior crunch, and the casual spot—open until 5 a.m. daily—only strengthens Koreatown’s late-night scene." - Matthew Kang

The best and only Falafel restaurant in town, the food is authentic like back home, I tired the falafel sandwich and the hummus plate the quality and the flavor of the food are amazing every time.

Falafel was fantastic, crispy outside and moist inside. Delicious flavor! I also had the Falafel Sandwich which was fantastic! Definitely going to ask for some chili sauce on the side next time. I walked-in while they were still prepping, so I was a bit confused at first. But once I called out, they helped me right away. Finally a late-night falafel joint!

Absolutely the best Falafel I have ever tasted in Los Angeles. Very authentic, clean, and their Hummus reminds me of home. Highly recommend.

It’s always so nice to have good Arabic food without having to go to OC.
