Atlanta Restaurant Openings in July | Eater Atlanta
"This third location of a Southern comfort concept at Politan Row brings the same staple favorites — notably a signature bone‑in fried chicken, fried seafood sandwiches, classic sides, and a newly added smash burger offering. The menu is built on family recipes (the matriarch’s mac and cheese received a nod from Oprah), and the spot is now open daily for lunch and dinner." - Henna Bakshi
I had a great experience at Delilah’s Everyday Soul. De’avis greeted me with great customer service. He suggested I try the chicken tenders and I must say everything was delicious and cooked fresh. I definitely will recommend my family and friends to try this restaurant!

The smash burger was delicious but my experience was subpar based upon the time it took to receive my order and they didn't give me sweet potato fries but regular. Food took so long felt it was waste of time to complain. Ketchup packets he put in our bag were also sticking together since one probably burst in the container. I was with a group and this was the first place we ordered from. We ordered other establishments and everyone else received their food with 10-15 minutes. Why did it take 30 minutes for a smash burger and fries 🤷🏿♂️. There was no line when we ordered.

Had chicken and fries. After paying, I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, which feels like something you'd lead with. The fries were fine (3/5), cornbread was good but dry (3.5/5), and the chicken was good (4/5). The hot sauce was good, but more sauce options would've been better.
I'd come back if I happened to be nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

It was very good but who wouldn't be open if it wasn't. They have really good customer service. Greeted us as we walked around looking and menus. Very professional. Very good fresh food. I definitely recommend but I didn't encounter anything negative so I don't know how they handle issues if someone were to receive a problem with a order.
Update I visited again after going to the atlanta symphony. It was again another good experience. Very friendly and helpful employees. I look forward to com3 back and visit. Hope everyone else has a good experience. It does take time to make your order fresh. Could be about 5 minutes up to 20 minutes more or less. Just depends how many orders they are making

I discovered Delilah's Everyday Soul while having lunch with my dad at Politan Row in Colony Square—and it was a total gem! We both ordered the Po’ Boys (which came with fries), and they were absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were rich, the ingredients fresh, and the portions incredibly generous. You could tell everything was made fresh to order, and the quality really stood out. This spot is a must-try—highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been to this place four times and today was not good. I only ordered three whole wings and the taste and smell was bad. I thought I may have been mistaken so I ask my friend to try a wing and after one bite she spit it out. Smelled like boiled chicken and taste like nothing. Very unpleasant. This visit made me doubt ever coming back or recommending this restaurant

Yelp
I had the fish poor boy with fries because they had no bacon left to use with their super special poor boy. It was tasty and cooked fresh, and I liked the fries.
It's inside the neat food hall, and a great space to hang out.

Yelp
The food is good. The chicken and tomatoes were hot and seasoned well. The cornbread was thick and delicious. Customer service is good. It's in a food hall that really cool. Plays good music and is decorated beautifully. It also has security!

Yelp
Got a burger and it legit looks like airplane food. Bland, basic, and not good. Was so disappointed and had to get something else instead lol

Yelp
This was my first time here. I heard about it because they have other locations. I was excited they came to colony square/politan row. If you haven't been, politan row is a food hall. Lots of different restaurants around. It's very casual. Can be loud. Not necessarily the best if you have big groups. Ok so the food... I ordered the 3 wings whole plate. My two sides were mac and cheese and fried green tomatoes (it also comes with cornbread). The food is GOOD! The chicken wings were seasoned and fried very well. Mac and cheese is 10/10. The fried green tomatoes with the dipping sauce was really good. Not soggy how some can end up. I also like that the slices were thick. The wings were big and they give great portion sizes. I'm not even a cornbread person, but it's pretty good. Staff was nice. I'm definitely coming back!

Yelp
We've had Delilah's at The Works several times and it's always amazing. Ordered from here and was so disappointed. We ordered a 3 wing plate with 2 sides and a grilled chicken sandwich. The wing plate was so small for $25 and the grilled sandwich was inedible. The bun was sopping wet, bacon that I ordered extra crispy was underdone the chicken was undercooked and "seasoned" with just a ton of black pepper. The fries were the best thing and the sandwich got tossed

Yelp
The indoor space is nice but this restaurant took 40 minutes for one chicken tender basket at non-peak Lunch hours. There's a window back into the kitchen that shows the ticket queue (of which there were less than 5 ahead of me) and I've never seen less urgency to work food orders from the cooks in my life.
Multiple other customers also came up asking for their order time estimates and had to get to go orders instead. Seems like there could be some efficiencies gained at this restaurant. The food was alright once we got it but I could have driven home to bread and fry chicken tenders quicker than this shop.

Yelp
Got the Smash burger, fries and tenders. Well the burger is not a smash burger, it's very thick and it lacks flavor. Definitely needs BBQ or something. Tenders had no flavor and was dry. The seasoned fries were great. Total was over $50 for nothing. Way overpriced honestly. Wouldn't return.

Yelp
My first visit was two weeks ago to the Dunwoody location. The menu states sandwiches can be made with either fried or grilled chicken. I asked for grilled chicken but I was told the grill was not on. I was back at this past week and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and received the same answer - grill was not on. It seems grilled chicken is not an option. While the first visit, I did order this time I decided to grab food from another vendor.
