The flavours of the meat, the perfect al dente pasta(this is exactly how the bite should be, for technical precision) to the combination of flavours into a harmonious whole. They just come tgt to form a coherent entity and it feels so effortless and natural.
This isn't just normal pasta done well. It's elevated while keeping in mind exactly how the flavours should play out traditionally.
Masterful, I'll be back. I recommend people to come quickly before they get their first star, which I presume wouldn't be too long later.
Only regret is that I didn't come with an empty stomach, and couldn't return before I flew.
