Della Terra

Well I just had to let you know.... My husband and I went to Urban Agrarian several weeks ago and we purchased what they had of your pasta, the Fresh spaghetti and the different variety's of box pasta. Came home and had the fresh for dinner with homemade marinara and meatballs. The fresh spaghetti was DELICIOUS, AMAZING, WONDERFUL.... Then last night made the Creste Di Gallo, using the recipe on the box...AGAIN...TOTALLY DELIGHTFUL! Even the grandson gave a thumbs up! My sister has tried the Pasta Club selections she received for Christmas and Loves them. Thank you for a wonderful and Lovingly made pasta. Excited to try the other's!

I have been following Della Terra for some time now. I have purchased the pasta at a few different restaurants in the Oklahoma City area and was delighted when I saw it pop up on menus like at The Red Rooster. I have always loved the pasta whether preparing it at home myself or ordering it at a restaurant. Recently I took a pasta making class offered at Della Terra's shop. The class was a blast and we learned a lot. Chef Chris was very knowledgeable about pasta and all things cooking and shared some very cool stories that made this an awesome experience!

The squid ink pasta is one of my favorites! Chris Becker is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible producer of fine pastas chef🧑🏻‍🍳

Great experience learning the history of pasta making and not to mention delicious! We celebrated my Nonnie’s 80th Birthday! This would also be a great date night activity! We can’t wait to try out a new recipe with our Della Terra Fine Pasta!! 5 Stars!!! #ShopLocal

Chef Becker and his pasta are amazing. My introduction to this culinary masterpiece was 6+ years ago and I still remember the dish. Simple whole wheat fusilli pasta parmesan cheese, shaved asparagus and a little really good olive oil. you see the magic of Becker's pasta is that the pasta itself becomes the centerpiece of the dish. Many pasta dishes rely on heavy sauces to carry them but Della Terra pasta can stand on its own. Boil some according toChef Beckers own directions written on the back of the package, drizzle with a little olive oil and it can be enjoyed alone. Wish there were more stars to give. Pick some up today at Savory Spice Shop OKC or wherever fine pastas are sold!

Delicious pastas, and spices with very cool artisanal pasta tools ! Oh my!

I have been eating this stuff for years, and in all that time, i have not found an alternative. 100% the best pasta I have ever had.
