You can tell these are just kind, honest, genuine people who are there to actually help, not to get as much money as they can from people. I recently took my car there for the first time to get a diagnosis, and when it came time to pick it up, Del came out and personally explained to me what he found. He wasn’t in a rush, he patiently talked to me and answered all my questions. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my car. You can tell this is just a genuine dude doing what he’s great at, but in the most honest/trustworthy way. I got really good vibes from him. He is not trying to rip you off. The office employees were also so sweet and friendly.
The last time I took my car somewhere I brought it to a dealership repair shop, and they gave me a ridiculously high quote without ever letting me speak to the repair technician. All communication was through the customer service desk, which just didn’t sit right with me. The vibes were off, I truly felt like they were trying to rip me off. The customer service person I spoke to at the dealership just felt untrustworthy, if you know what I mean haha. I just didn’t feel comfortable or like they were genuinely trying to help me. They just wanted my money.
Not here at Del’s, though! I will be back in the future for my repair needs, and I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family. I am really happy I listened to all the other positive reviews because they are actually so accurate! It’s so nice having a trustworthy repair shop near me. Now I don’t have to go to the dealership for repairs anymore! I will go to Del’s!
