After two weeks of looking for a new auto repair shop, I came across Del’s Automotive. When I spoke with Angie and one of the repairmen, John, I felt I was going to be in good hands. I was impressed with not only the repair, but also the professionalism, efficiency and personable customer service. I, then, referred my mother to Del’s Automotive. We are both very happy and, now, consider Del’s Automotive as our new auto repair shop. Frankly, I am very grateful for all the nonsense that led me to look for a repair shop. :-) I highly recommend Del‘s Automotive for the best repair and customer service experience!

U always go above and beyond Makin sure I always have my truck up and running that means so much to me I don't ask people for anything so I was expecting to walk to work for the next couple of weeks but that's not happening cause of u.. thank you brother..

We had a great experience at Del's. We had a vehicle that sat for 3 years that we couldn't figure out the problem ourselves. We had it towed to Del's and they communicated the entire time. They even had to search for a while for the problem, thankfully they found it and were able to repair it there in their shop. Once they got it started it was running rough, so they found the problem that was causing that and repaired it. They had it repaired and back to us so quickly. The cost of the repairs shocked us because we expected it to be so much more. We would 1000% recommend Del's. They had great communication, great customer service and I'm so happy they got my vehicle going again!

I am very pleased with my experience at Del’s. I made a diagnostic testing appointment over the phone with Angie. The morning of the appointment, I dropped my car off and in less than 2 hours Angie called telling me they found the issue, a local part, and can fix it if I would like them to. The price was way more affordable than I planned to spend. I was able to pick my car up a few hours later and it has been driving well! They strive to provide great customer service in addition to their performance on cars. Thanks Del’s Auto… I will be back!

You can tell these are just kind, honest, genuine people who are there to actually help, not to get as much money as they can from people. I recently took my car there for the first time to get a diagnosis, and when it came time to pick it up, Del came out and personally explained to me what he found. He wasn’t in a rush, he patiently talked to me and answered all my questions. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my car. You can tell this is just a genuine dude doing what he’s great at, but in the most honest/trustworthy way. I got really good vibes from him. He is not trying to rip you off. The office employees were also so sweet and friendly. The last time I took my car somewhere I brought it to a dealership repair shop, and they gave me a ridiculously high quote without ever letting me speak to the repair technician. All communication was through the customer service desk, which just didn’t sit right with me. The vibes were off, I truly felt like they were trying to rip me off. The customer service person I spoke to at the dealership just felt untrustworthy, if you know what I mean haha. I just didn’t feel comfortable or like they were genuinely trying to help me. They just wanted my money. Not here at Del’s, though! I will be back in the future for my repair needs, and I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family. I am really happy I listened to all the other positive reviews because they are actually so accurate! It’s so nice having a trustworthy repair shop near me. Now I don’t have to go to the dealership for repairs anymore! I will go to Del’s!

This shop is a joke. Charge you for using there customers. And over charge by 1500 dollars or more for there parts than we can get from Chevy. When confronted that they are price gouging and I worked in a shop. They like to hang up phone

Angie & Del and all of the Del's Automotive crew are amazing to do business with! My work adopted a mother and her son from Crisis Line and Safe House for Christmas. The mother needed a new tail light for her car so Del and Angie helped me find the part for a GREAT price and they very generously installed the tail light for her. I have always taken my vehicle to Del's because I trust that I will get great service every time and they will always work with me to make sure I'm not overpaying for parts and service. Broke down just north of Macon. Had towed here. Del quickly found the quirky known Chrysler Town & Country / Dodge Ram Truck issue.... Relay by pass fix has fried. Knew his stuff, charged a fair price for repair.... Not a few hundred extra because I am out of town customer and may never be back price gouge.... Or fake un needed repairs. Nice fellow... Honest. Did make it home to Clearwater Beach, FL and will have Freddy my mechanic here replace all spark plugs , ignition coil and tune up as suggested. Thank you sir. Best tip is honest 5 star deserved review. My only suggestion is your closed Sat & Sun. Maybe post a phone # ( your mobile) for out of town travelers to call for emergency repair. Also have wife call all the local towing companies to generate biz .. South Express Tow said, "Never heard of Dels" I selected based on quick Google search and multiple 5 star reviews. I knew del at outlaw tire when I was the counter man at Holmes autoparts. I had a72 Datsun 240z and they did my work. My uncle Billy Carter and JT , were partners on the police department. If you have a situation with your auto I highly suggest you take your auto and Del will fix it

I came to them to get some repairs done on my car and first was quoted one price and the lady in the office called me back to tell me they had found a cheaper part and it was going to cost me like $200 less! Thank God for her and for them trying to make a costly situation more affordable for me. I would totally recommend them and really appreciate the great customer service!

just want to let everybody know that I've had 2 positive experiences with Del's Automotive on Vineville in Macon. This is a huge plus in my life since I'm sort a new resident here & wanted to establish a connection with a trustworthy repair shop. It's comforting to know I won't have that suspicious feeling when having to bring my car in to be looked at in the future.

We were on our way to Florida when our car decided to drop the #1 coil. They got us in with no problems. Thank you Del's yall are a life or should I say a vacation saver.

Del is one of the most honest men I know they warranty there work and they are always super fast and friendly with good quality work. You this is definitely the place to go in the Macon area for great quality work at an honest price.

While visiting my hometown of Macon after moving away to the PNW several years ago, I stopped by Del's for help due to poor customer service from my rental car company. James took a look at the issue and provided a quick repair while I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Angie behind the counter. Her cute dog even reminded me of my manners and I promptly removed my hat. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

My daughter attends a nearby college. She had a check engine light on in her 2002 Chevy van. Being a busy student, my wife and I decided to drive down and hour and half on Saturday to get her vehicle repaired. After searching for repair shops we learned most are closed on weekends. I drove down yesterday and found Del's Automotive from a college parent Facebook referral. I called and the receptionist was very pleasant and made an appointment to evaluate the problem and see what the repair would consist of. It was simply a hose had come lose and needed to be reseated and tightened. This business was very comfortable. My daughter now has a local repair shop. My wife and I have a level of comfort with Del's Automotive. Great people run this business.

If you're looking for an honest and reliable mechanic in Macon, go to Del's. In July 2016, I needed to take my 01 Lincoln Town Car in because there was a leak in the AC system. Their mechanics were helpful and professional. The auto parts supplier is right across the street, and an employee walked to us and verified information in person. After diagnosis, I made an appointment. The job was done properly and quickly. I called afterwards with questions, and the mechanic himself clearly and patiently answered my inquiries. Del's labor rate is about average for high quality mechanics in the area. They do allow you to provide your own parts, but do not guarantee such jobs with any warranty.

Broke down in the middle of the night on our trip from Michigan to Florida. Del's garage treated us very well. Got us right in, didn't price gouge us, and got us back on the road! Highly recommend!

Had to take my car there again. They fixed two wheel hubs for $280 cheaper than the dealership told me it would be. Great staff always fair. Dels a good guy. Will definitely use them again.
