Delta Air Lines

I went on Spirit Airlines, not Delta, and they were horrible. Multiple employees were extremely rude and unhelpful, (except for the nice flight attendant) and the plane ride was a nightmare, making me think the pilot was a novice. I took a train home instead!

The flight was perfect! Can't ask for a better airline. The problem is the food. I wonder if they source their meals from the same company who supplies American prisons. Because it's ranked one of my worst in flight meal experience. My advice is to bring something to eat on your own if you can. A 14 hour flight eating the same food from "The Shawshank Redemption" is torture.

I love to fly Delta! This is the only airline I fly. Can't make a comparison to any other. Their flight crews have always been professional and very courteous. My latest flight was delayed several tymes with not many unpaid options. An 8 hour delay was hurting.

The service received from the customer service personnel was exemplary. Team efforts showed by Tanya Johnson and Margaret Furlett were excellent and courteous. Thank you very much, ladies. I appreciate it immensely.

Horrible customer service. Was told by four different employees of the airline that my luggage would be transferred to the other flights even though I was coming from another country. So, I didn't go to baggage chain in Atlanta and my luggage did NOT get transferred. The lady at the luggage claim place was really rude - kept saying "federal law" as if I'm supposed to know what federal laws are!

I have flown Delta in the past and always went inside to counter for check in. This time the app prompted me to use curb side check in so thought I would give it a try since I had my tickets in phone wallet. Every thing went same as counter check in till the end. The attendant would not hand me the receipts until I gave him a tip. Never tipped inside and thought these people were regular employees. Didn’t like the shake down and won’t do that again!!

If you like snacks and beverages for free, Delta has your covered. The aircraft they use may be slightly old, but they've still got a lot of flight left in them! The Attendants, at least the majority I encountered, happily served me and answered my questions diligently and as accurately as possible. There were a few exceptions but they very well could have been Atlanta Airport employees, and that's a completely different story.

Worse experience ever! Customer service non existent and rude employees! Signage at bwi check in confusing and ambiguous. Poor staffing for amount of customers waiting!
