I was a loyal 1st Class monthly passenger until I was publicly verbally assaulted by Trina. Based on her bad day and lack of professional protocols, she chose to neglect for disability. I went through the horrible experience and filed a complaint with DA that experience just made it worse. Goodbye👋 been 3 times already since and travel with others. Not on Delta!

I’d give 0 star if Google rating let me do so. Completely upset and time waisting experience with Delta. 11 of us flying from JFK to Shanghai transfer in Seattle. It delayed for no reason and we couldn’t catch the second flight, they made up the excuse say it’s because of weather and refuse to provide any accommodation at all. For the rebooking, it’s totally useless as they don’t know anything about how to rebook, we had to figure out which is the next possible flight by ourselves and showed our cell phone screen to these rude red coat stuff. Horrible experience and would never fly with them again.

Had a night flight to San Diego delayed last minute to the next day. Tried getting them to book me a flight to LA or SNA through the phone but of course their outsourced service is completely garbage and they cant even rebook a simple flight. Besides screwing over my travel plans and wasting 5 hours of my day, they proceed to make life incredibly miserable by making me run around the next morning trying to catch my next flight since I had a puppy traveling with me. They told me I would be able to use the same boarding pass so of course after waiting to get through security, I get denied because of my old boarding pass. I then wait in line to get another one but then I'm told I have to go to gate 2. At this point my flights already boarding and the gate 2 line is too long. I have to ask airport services what to do and they tell me to go to spotsaver at gate 3. After waiting with a kind and reasonable TSA agent (more reasonable than the servicing agent at Delta shockingly), I finally am let through but of course I miss my flight after running around everywhere. F delta, going back to Alaska after this bs.

Still thinking about my experience with Anya at the help desk in the middle of the night. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, Anya was unkind, had combat remarks, cutting us off mid sentence, would only talk to the the white person in our group and very lack of empathy with our situation which was caused by the airline. I am not expecting smiles and giggles in the middle of the night but the least should have been a respectful person.

Arrived early for agent assistance check-in due to my passport renewal. I received an alert my passport would need to be scanned by an agent. After waiting 30 plus minutes in this line, a red coat agent pulled us to a portable computer. Checked in our bag and tagged them. She then directed us around the corner to drop our bags on the belt. This is where more problems arose. Debbie, one of the agents that had been standing talking the entire time we waited was extremely rude to us. There was no line for baggage drop. She stated we had to walk through the line to be helped. After we had just been told to just go around the corner and drop our bags. She continued her rudeness and would not listen to what we were explaining to her. Debbie and the other agents that were standing while paying travelers waited for need customer service education. Delta, I’m truly disappointed as a long time traveler.

Delta is a safe, reliable bet. I really appreciate flying with Delta. They are super efficient, affordable, and organized. Every time, everything is hassle free. I appreciate that given flying today is as stressful as moving. You could get a cheaper fare, but when some thing goes wrong, you’ll be wishing you paid the additional $60, round trip, to get there and back. Keep up the great work, Delta!

I have always had good luck flying with delta. The flight attendants are all friendly and helpful.
