Absolutely horrible experience here. Had a large party planned, for a memorial, with 50-60 people on September 13th, and we had the WORST waitress ever. Her name was Sandy- she was an older lady with blonde hair, and she was BEYOND rude. From the moment we arrived, she was snippy with us, telling us that we couldn't enter the room because she was still setting up (we were only 10 minutes early and had a couple things to set up ourselves). She then was rushing everyone to hurry and sit down so that she could serve the food, even though we had the room from 4:30-8:30pm, and it was only 4:45. Once she began serving the food, she was literally throwing the dishes on the table so fast and hard, that food was literally spilling. One table, the breadsticks flew out of the basket and into someone's lap, and she didn't apologize or acknowledge it. She skipped over my toddler who wanted ice cream, while handing it out to everyone else, because she wasn't sitting in a seat at a table. While I was then reading the Eulogy to our family & friends, she was in such a rush to take plates from everyone, that she was walking IN FRONT of me while I was reading, which was extremely insensitive and rude. I had 10+ people from the party ask me what her problem was, and share their horrible experience with her, which was extremely embarrassing. We paid over $1,100 for the party, which was pretty reasonable, but of course $200 of that was an added-on tip for her, which she absolutely did not deserve. I understand that she may have felt overwhelmed but her rushing, her rude attitude, and her pulling plates from people while they were still eating, was horrible and for this, we will never recommend this location. She truly needs to find a different job or at least should absolutely not be assigned large parties if she cannot be friendly during them- especially a Memorial where people are grieving.
