"Demon’s Murmur is located inside a 150-year-old dyehouse. The space is pretty striking yet zen-like with cement walls, metallic countertops, and lights shining onto the bartenders working and dancing in the middle. Beyond that, Demon’s Murmur is really all about scents and aromas. When you walk in, you’ll smell something warm and woody (that’s frankincense in case you were wondering). Their drinks also follow the theme, with a floral gin-based cocktail with the scent of lotus flowers and another pairing dried fish with the smokiness of mezcal. The classics get the same kind of love and care—daiquiris incorporate housemade tepache, and Negronis feature ylang-ylang flowers." - Vichayuth Chantan
