Denny's

I had a great experience at Denny’s this morning with my family. The food was delicious, with all our meals cooked just right. Our server, Zuzzie, was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She added a warm touch to our breakfast, making us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, a wonderful start to our day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Haven't been here in awhile because our last experience was awful. But today, Sarah has changed our perspective on coming back. She has been a wonderful breath of fresh air. She has a great personality and was just on top of everything with our order. She made the atmosphere so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning. I hope to see her again on our next visit. She is truly an asset to Dennys.

Don’t eat here!!Don’t support whoever owns this locations!! Greedy Greedy Greedy!!! This location does not let you order online, dine in only. Why… because they are price gouging. Compare “only” menu they offer on location to menu online. Ridiculous!! Eat next door instead at the Wagon Wheel.

We came here because the reviews all spoke of a waitress named Sarah. We were not disappointed. She is AMAZING!!! So hilarious she should be a comedian. She made our meal a delight, filled with laughter. We will be back!

They have a Denny's restaurant inside of the Buffalo Bills casino. Our waitress Sarah was world class. Super friendly, helpful and nice. I would comeback.

We were staying at Buffalo Bill's and opted to have breakfast at Denny's. The host, Ruby, was very pleasant and welcoming. Ruby told us that there was a 5-10 minute wait. After a few minutes, the manager came over and sat us at what he called the "VIP" table and asked us for our drink order. We opted for one regular and a decaf coffee. Our server, I believe her name was Magaly, came over and took our drink order, again, and our meal order. After a 45-minute wait and out of decaf coffee, I was able to flag down a server. She happily brought more decaf and explained that due to the restaurant being busy, they were out of caraffes and would gladly refill my cup. After an hour wait, I asked for an update on our food. And, we finally received our food, mildly warm. Our server brought me my scrambled eggs and pancakes, I told my server that I had requested sourdough bread instead of pancakes. She ran to the kitchen and brought the sourdough bread, and our server exclaimed enjoy . And, I responded...We'll try. Our server then proceeded to show me a screenshot of all of the orders that were on the screen with an angry look and said how she had to fight for our food order. I looked at her and said, "Can I get a smile?" She smiled and walked away. I feel that my reviews are alwfair and true, but this was the longest wait period in my review history. I truly sympathize with the wait staff, but an update is appreciated.

Our server by the name of Sarah was so wonderful beautiful personality great customer service she's an awesome awesome waitress she deserves a big big check increase her wages cuz she is an awesome person fight that she was the only one attending this site of the diner she did so awesome

Sarah is 5 stars. Food is 4 stars. Great service. Fast and friendly. Wish the brisket sandwich had more brisket.

Service was great. Food was good for a Denny's. The restaurant was clean, but I did need to wipe down the high chair for an extra cleaning cos it didn't seem fully clean. The server was wonderful. You need to pay in the front, don't wait around like we did

Bea was very friendly. Great place to sit and relax when you are on a road trip. I recommend the 9 grain pancakes. Delicious

Our server, Sarah, made this an experience to remember. She should be a stand-up comic! Decent meal that we have come to expect at Dennys but it was our server who made the meal fun and memorable. Give her a raise! lol

We were on our way back from Zion to California when we stopped at Primm, counting on having lunch at the Primm Mall. When we arrived, we realized that the mall's glory days were behind us, and all that's left are the interesting murals decorating the shuttered store fronts. Running out of food options, we were hoping to get some decent food at a casino that's barely open. All the other dining options inside Buffalo Bill's Casino were also closed. The only one remained open was Denny's. There were not a lot of people, so we waited for a table. It took about 50 minutes after we were seated before the food arrived. The ordering was slow, and the food came slower. Many of the other diners who came after us already finished eating by the time our food arrived, and we didn't order anything fancy. The food itself was subpar. My hollandaise sauce was very salty and not flavorful. The hash brown was pretty crispy though. The theme of the restaurant was interesting, especially because we just visited Zion and saw the real red cliffs. This place is full of sad people serving sad food, but it's pretty much the only restaurant that's not fast food in Primm, and the food certainly took its time. We would have been back to LA an hour early had we stopped at another town for lunch.

Bea was a wonderful server and the food came out fast and delicious! Great service. Recommend

We had the pleasure of having Sarah as our server at the Denny's inside Buffalo Bills Hotel & Casino and she was the BEST. Super Friendly and had the Great Conversation & The Service Was Amazing . Thank you Sarah.

The Denny's iniside Buffalo Bill's is solid. We came on a busy morning driving from LA, there's a line to get seated but it didn't feel too long of a wait but as soon as we were seated we got a superb service from Hunter. Everything was fast, refilled our drinks consistently and made sure we had all the condiments along with our meals. Everything you'd expect from a breakfast diner food executed properly.

I love that this location is open 24/7. The style of design is nice and different from other locations . The food options are good and delicious. Our waiter Brea was exceptional! She made the dining experience a five star for my party. Will definitely be back again.

I would like to say every year we come to Primm and stay at Buffalo Bills. So we're here New Year's Eve week and we went to eat at Denny's. The only person that I feel that was efficient and knew what he was doing was Hunter. Either they need a new manager and place Hunter as the manager not even the hostess or much of the other servers knew what they were doing. They kept walking away, very unorganized, as always if you are the manager reading this be a manager do not sit in the outskirts behind the walls chitchatting away be a manager. Keep everyone organized make the customers happy give them a nice experience.

The food, as always, was good. Waiting to be seated to take over five minutes. It looks like they were short staffed. The hostess was very nice and apologetic about the weight. The hotel does look like it will be shut down soon, but overall the restaurant was clean and the service was good. Our server, Zuzzie was very attentive

Great Denny's inside of the Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino in Primm. Such a fun theme, like a log cabin in the woods. Loved it. Much nicer inside then I had ever assumed. Our waitress Bea was the absolute best too. We'll definitely be back!

Great food and great service from zuzzie. I have 0 complaints with my visit. Loved every bite of the food. I will definitely return to this location.

Considering the available choices at this casino (or the lack of them), Denny's seemed to be the safest choice. They have a BBQ restaurant that my wife and I peeked in at and saw a ghost town. That is never a good sign. I'd already read the reviews of the Mexican food place and it seemed like people would rather have eaten broken glass so that was a hard pass. At Denny's, we were seated quickly and there were a reasonable number of customers so it made me feel this was the right choice. My wife loves the option of having breakfast for dinner so she ordered the stuffed strawberry French Toast which was quite tasty. How can you go wrong with anything filled with cream cheese? The syrup wasn't too sweet and the French Toast itself was prepared well. I ordered the turkey and dressing dinner. It wasn't bad but it sure didn't look like the picture. It never does does it? The part that irked me was the omission of my CRANBERRY. You don't serve a turkey dinner without CRANBERRY! The nerve. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time but it took forever for the waitress to bring us a container and our check. The service she provided was great up until that point. The place wasn't even crowded. It got worse when we went to the front counter to pay. We waited about 15 minutes until the waitress noticed nobody had come to take our payment so she came over to do it herself. Believe me, I thought they were giving away free food that night. I'm sure people have just walked away before. Well, at least we had a meal that was edible even though it was overpriced. Good enough to hit the 15 and get back to L.A.

Stopped here on our way home from Vegas. Hunter was our server and he was great. Very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious.

We stopped by while heading out of Vegas, super quiet older casino with a cool vibe. Dennys was the open restaurant at the time. Food was on par with usual Dennys but our server Bea was Amazing! She was very friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure meeting her!

The 5* is for our server, Bea at the Denny's inside Buffalo Bill's Hotel and Casino in Primm, NV. She was warm and welcoming, patient and kind. Her bright attitude made the long wait for our food, not so long. Thanks, Bea! Also, the food took a little while but it was on point. Thanks, kitchen! Lastly, Buffalo Bill's hotel and casino is fascinating. It carries a wild west theme with lots to look at. Right now, you're able to view what looks like a mini museum of Bonnie and Clyde's criminal lives. The car they were killed in is on display. Very cool. I only wish the other attractions were in operation: water log ride, roller coaster, and the monorail. One suggestion for the hotel, ask for a "Do Not Disturb" sign at the chek-in desk as we were not provided one in our room and the housekeeping tried to come in while we were still inside.

Going through Primm NV, stopped at Dennys. Our server Bea was fantastic. We ordered the same thing as a few days before at a different Dennys and the meal was even better. Very impressed!

Sarah was so great! We could tell she was busy but still made it a point to check on us. Food was incredible! Seasoned fries are a MUST. Pot roast sandwich to die for.
