Denny's

The place was pretty empty when we showed up and the staff were huddled at the far end of the counter. But even from that distance we were greeted warmly and quickly offered a booth. Our waitress was the absolute sweetest lady and kept checking on us during our meal. Food took a bit to show up, mildly surprising considering the low customer count. But it was hot when it arrived, prepared perfectly and everything tasted great!

We stopped at the Lebanon Dennys on our way to St. Louis from Oklahoma. I would like to say a very big thank you to our server, Michelle. She was very kind and prompt with taking our order and serving our food to us. Michelle never let our coffee cups get empty either. I would also like to say KUDOS to the cook. The food was cooked to order and excellent to taste. I frequent Dennys restaurants quite often and this was the best that I have been to in several years.

The restaurant looked new and well-maintained. Very clean and inviting. Jacob was our server and he was phenomenal! Extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service and a pleasant dining experience overall.

We were greeted and seated by a very friendly lady. Our waitress Michelle was so kind and very sweet. She checked on us frequently & kept our drinks full. This is probably the best service we've recieved at Denny's !

We stopped in for dinner and had the pleasure of having Serenity as our waitress. She has a great personality and did a wonderful job serving us. The omelette was great and my husband said the biscuits and gravy were out of this world. We will definitely be back soon.

The waitress was on point and did an excellent job. The food was good and met my expectations. Coffee-exceptional!!! I had one more picture that didn’t take but it was the grand slam create your own.

I decided to come into Dennys with a big group of my family and friends as a treat. We had Serenity as a server and she made our experience there very enjoyable. Food was really good too.

I rarely review restaurants like Denny's but feel the need to today. I noticed the fairly low rating before coming here so my expectations were not high. My expectations were well exceeded. Not because the food was amazing, no offense, it's Denny's but it was good. What stood out was the service and welcoming staff. I felt like I mattered. I felt like a friend in a town full of strangers. My server's name was Tanya and she was great-very attentive and was hustling the whole time. She had this gentle friendly demeanor that just makes you smile. I literally wanted to stand up and hug her! lol To the management: great job managing your staff. You are doing something right. Good people are hard to find these days and you seem to have retained a good crew. All the staff were smiling, joking with each other and looking like they loved their jobs. That's refreshing. P.S., Better keep Tanya around; She's awesome!

Terrible food, broke down seats with springs sticking up. Dirty and not run well in Lebanon Missouri. They should be ashamed. We will not give them another chance. It was good when it started not for a long time now.

The place was clean and the manager Joyce and Sam were great they made sure our food was cook perfect , thank you for a wonderful lunch we will be back

Terrible, wish I would have ate gas station food across the street. Customer service is terrible. Was talking crap about us bc we asked for napkins and ice for our hot sweet tea. The place was dirty, and disrespectful to costumers. Needs big time improvements

the restaurant was clean and the server was wonderful the manager joyce came around a lot and made sure everything was good made our breakfast worth the stop

My hash browns where not cooked all the way and they only gave us one napkin bad service

1st part of review is for Denny's in general with bait and switch. Their new Ad Push is $2,4,6,8. I thought they were going back to the OG value menu, but it was $2.99 And UP, $4.99 AND UP.. Etc... So long story short the value meal is complete bollocks..... That being said I ordered a burger and crinkly fries. My wife, after getting a feel for the run down atmosphere declined any food. My burger came out promptly and my server was nice and attentive. The burger looked Nothing like the menu picture, the fries were burned, probably half of what is advertised, and the hamburger bun was soaked because of the amount of grease the hamburger patty was oozing with. Needless to say Denny's Advertising got me to come in, and the bait and switch, and quality of food will now keep me away.

If you are a night owl or have the munchies at nighttime this spot is where you need to go! I had no issues the 4 or 5 times I went when I was traveling for work over night.

During a road trip to California we decided to stop by at Denny's. As we arrive it takes quite sometime to get a table at an almost empty establishment. Our waitress finally seats us, she's neither friendly nor mean. She simply is. My family of 3 and I order and with us we have a super active toddler. He's jumping, screaming, laughing, you know things toddlers do. I can feel glares from another waitress. From glares into disgusting rude clear stares from the same waitress. I start to feel flustered with the waitress but I stay quiet to avoid any complications with our food. Flash forward 45 minutes, we still do not have our food in this almost empty restaurant with 3 cooks. I do, however see everyone of the staff chatting it up. I peak my head up to see if I should get up to ask about our meal and then it arrives with the exception of my sisters meal. Her meal takes another 15 minutes to arrive. When it does arrive her meal is heavily salted. During this time the glaring waitress looks at us and smirks and continues her stares. By this time I was mortified that my family and I were made to feel uncomfortable. I let our waitress know about our heavily salted meal and the glaring waitress. Honestly she did not care. The glaring waitress continues to smirk as I let our waiter know. I hate to think this was a race issue seeing that we were the only Latinos in the establishment. My crepe was soggy, there was something slimy in my drink, other than that our meals were mediocre. Please do not visit this pathetically staffed restaurant. Especially if the stares might of been due to an active child or race. I have attached the glaring waitress''s picture below. She has a blond bun. The brunette haired lady was are mediocre waitress.

We stopped at this Denny's on the way back to St Louis after a trip to Branson for Thanksgiving. The man that greeted, and seated us, was very nice. The real star of the show was our server, Kaylee. She was so friendly and cheerful and seemed to enjoy her job, which is something we don't see often enough, anymore. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. My husband ordered a Grand Slam, I had an omelette, and everything came out great! My expectations were low going in, but my mind was changed very quickly, and I'm so glad we stopped in. We will stop there, again, the next time we pass through Lebanon, MO!

This was definitely the best experience I've had at Denny's in awhile. The waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. The real star here though was the food. Best cooked and best tasting meal from Denny's for miles and miles. Next time I pass through Lebanon Missouri I will definitely stop in here again.

The food here is awful! Burnt bacon, pancakes are so unevenly proportioned that the small pancake went unnoticed under the other pancake. Mother in law made a sour face after drinking the coffee... she sent it back. My eggs... I can't describe what was going on with them. Sat under the lamp forever??? Idk, they had a rubber, not a real egg texture with so much cheese on them that it was hard to tell what it was. Cheesy eggs or eggy cheese. The staff is understaffed, but the staff that is there is under qualified... yes, it's hard to believe that running a hostess position takes some sort of organizational skill. This place is a mess. It's becoming the new norm though, COVID has been the new reason to give crap service and serve food I wouldn't give a hobo. HAVE BETTER STANDARDS!!! I've never walked out on a meal but I should have on this one. Stop using excuses to serve lousy food.

Food is always good, service is always outstanding. My favorite place in town to have breakfast

My family was super happy with the food. The nacho's and the sampler platter to start our meal was amazing. My kids hamburgers were juicy and perfect they were both happy. my omelette was perfection on a plate kudo's to the cook. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. great meal great staff.

Complete order was disgusting. Ordered a sirloin and Perry sue I got pizzle.. person in the phone hung up on me after I heard them arguing with somebody. Just gross and horrible service. Will NEVER visit again

Several trips here now and can say this is a disappointing location. Just not up to par from what you'd expect from this franchise as far as food preparation goes. COVID-Era pricing makes it worse. The staff does try hard to please, so that keeps this review from the abyss.

I mean, it's a Denny's. Do I have to explain what it is? Fairly new location. Good food, clean. Didn't get a refill on my soda, which should be automatic, but other than that. Exactly what you know Denny's to be.

This location never has adequate help! Then I ordered 1/2 order of Nachos because the waitress said the full order was very large. So what did I get? 10 chips and a lot of meat and cheese you couldn't eat unless you wanted to eat it with a spoon! I asked to buy more chips and was told I'd have to buy another whole or half order !! Unacceptable!

I went there at night when there were a total of 6 customers total, we waited for our food 30 minutes, then after we ate it took them 20 minutes to get our check, overall bad experience.

I would rate it a zero. I ordered an oatmeal and it took like half and hour to get. Waitress and hostess were really nice and I give them 5 stars. Wait times are horrible. If you're in a crunch I would NOT come here. The oatmeal was disgusting. It was just water and oats.

Clean restrooms. Clean building and friendly service. Friend staff. Great for breakfast or a bugar

We had a terrible experience. Ordered through the app and requested it be ready by 10:30. We had to wait another 23 minutes to get our food. After we left we realized that they forgot the ham that we'd paid extra for and instead got pancakes that we didn't order! And before that they tried to give us someone else's order who had ordered at the same time we did. Our order came up and sat on the warmer for over 10 minutes and it was cold when we finally got it. No organization whatsoever and other than the hostess and the only girl who seemed to be waiting tables, they were very rude.

The white chocolate raspberry cream pancakes are to die for and there ultimate omelette was amazing and great service

Great service & friendly employees w/ Denny's food.Denny's has the best juice drinks around and breakfast.

Trust me. Just don't eat there. Negative work environment, constant gossip between staff and uneven workloads.
