Denny's

The food was great, but the service was freaking AWFUL! You all need ta do an ENTIRE over haul, and hire new waitresses, hostesses, all that That was a few months ago. I'm happy to say that they have stepped their game up. Service is much much better.

What is a grand slam without the French toast or the pancakes?!... I Spent $44 on food for my family and only one meal was right. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes. I wouldve took regular pancakes or even French toast. But I didn't get the option. I ordered a value Slam again no pancakes. I ordered pumpkin pie pancake puppies. It was Not even in the bag...I also ordered a whole Pumpkin Pie, but was giving a pecan pie. ?! What if I'm allergic to it ?!..or if I even like it. ?!.. Then when I called, I was told they tried to call... I was sitting right in the car the whole time in the parking lot..while a person was the inside waiting for my order all they had to do was ask that person. The manager said he will refund my money and hung up on me.. Still to this day I have not got my refund..I had to call corporate for my refund. Never again would I go to that location. They should be a lot better then this because they're so close to the Oracle and there's so many sporting events and concerts that happen. They should be better supplied.

The waitress was really nice, but didn’t come back and ask how are food was no refills on our drinks. We had to get moved to another table because the first one was dirty. Our food was a little cold when we got it.

I don’t go to often to Denny’s but when I do, it’s usually for the Grand Slam breakfast. This located was very packed and music played from the stereos above, which I enjoyed. The only downside I can say is that it was my fault I forgot to tell the waitress how I wanted my eggs prepared and she forgot as well. I was served scrambled eggs with a heavy voting of cheese. I didn’t mind it, but I prefer mine sunny side up. Other than that, all of the staff members were very attentive.

I've eaten at this Denny's store several times when I travel to Oakland. The food is always good. The breakfasts are solid and I tried the grand slam burger was really good. Seasoned fries were not bad. Service was friendly but a little slow and the bathroom could use a little more attention. But was not dirty. Overall a good experience.

Holy hell, the area is super scary. Literally several cars right outside with no wheels, a guy jacking up a car to take wheels in daylight. The place generally in the slums of Oakland, but the food was great, clean and quick.

Ordered 2 strawberry milkshake's and 1 vanilla and this is what was delivered to me. I had pieces of plastic in mine (see pics) EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THANKS AMPILIO🤬

The food here is alright. I recommend the smoothie. However, i also recommend you bring a bullet proof vest. Aside from that, after waiting for about 10 minuets to be seated, we just gave up and sat ourselves.
