Susan our waitress was fantastic she took really good care of me and my family her service was phenomenal.

Susan provides a welcoming atmosphere the second you arrive. She was cheery and friendly. It set a tone for a great customer experience. Loved the option for smaller plates as my wife does not have the suggested appetite. The super bird and mozzarella sticks came out hot and fresh as expected. Susan was very attentive and I would happily return. Keep up the great work.

Susan, my waitress, delivered an exceptional level of service from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and clearly committed to creating a positive dining experience. She went above and beyond in every interaction checking in consistently, ensuring accuracy with our order, and maintaining a warm, courteous demeanor. Her customer service skills were evident, and it was clear she takes pride in her role and understands what hospitality is supposed to look like. However, during the experience, I observed a situation that was both disruptive and unprofessional. While Susan was in the process of delivering my milkshake and talking with me at my table, another waitress who appeared to be restocking tables at the time shouted across the dining room to get Susan’s attention not once not twice but three times. This interruption occurred in full view and earshot of guests and disrupted the flow of service. The matter could have easily been handled more appropriately and discreetly. The other waitress could have personally went and got the drinks and assisted the table in question rather than interrupting Susan mid-service and creating unnecessary distraction. The incident did not reflect the same level of professionalism that Susan consistently demonstrated. While Susan maintained composure and continued serving with courtesy, the disruption was noticeable and detracted from what was otherwise a strong service experience. Susan’s performance deserves recognition, as she handled the situation with poise and continued to prioritize her guests despite the interruption.

We arrived at Denny’s and waited 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Then the waitress Erica who was standing at the door when we walked in stood back and waited for Ellie to take us cause she didn’t want to. She was rude and had a bad attitude. If she don’t like her job she should find another one. Erica is just standing around doing nothing when she’s in the front. She also go to the back often and be back for long periods of time while Ellie did all the work and take care of all the patrons. What happened to team work! Erica keep telling new patrons it’s a hour wait! The cook has locs don’t have a hair net on in the kitchen. This Denny’s needs to be retrained immediately. Ellie was outstanding! Erica was trash!!!

Plenty of clean parking. The entrance door was really hard to pull open from the outside. The entrance portion of the restaurant smelled like nasty body odor. Service from Susan was spectacular.

Came in from Chicago and Kelvin cooked my T-bone steak and eggs to perfection early in the morning. My server Athena took care of me quickly to get my order to the kitchen. I also met the manager Ms. Juanita after she came from the kitchen helping out Kelvin, she made sure that I was ok with my meal (very nice and friendly) This team works well together....(A) good job.

ORDERS: - Lumberjack - Zesty Nachos - Brisket Sandwich - Strawberry Crepes - Strawberry Cream French Toast - Maple Stuffed Donut Holes Everything was so so good! The portions are good with the price and I love how they packed and loaded the nachos! Staff were super friendly and service was fast! Great spot for a late night out!

This review is purely to show appreciation for the staff. The restaurant was packed, and you could tell everyone was under pressure -- food piling up, orders flying in, and yet the team held it together. Ty our server, was great -- super positive attitude the entire time. And huge shoutout to the manager (I think he was in the red dress shirt?) -- I don't know how he didn't lose his cool. He doesn't get paid enough for what he was going through. His patience was honestly god-level. You could tell he was doing his best to get everyone through the shift. I sat at the counter, so I saw everything happening at the expo and in the kitchen. It gave me anxiety just watching, but I just wanted to say thank you. Even though it was hectic and the wait was long, the way the staff kept it together deserves recognition. I really hope it was just one of those crazy days and that it's not always like this. Regardless, thank you all for pushing through and keeping things moving. And I also hope people understand to be more kind to restaurant workers.

The worst service. I waited in line for at least 10 minutes, and no one bothered to acknowledge the people online. Waiters, waitresses, and the manager were ignoring the long line. We just left. That means it will be a long wait for food service. Poor service!

My wife and I stopped off for breakfast at Denny's. Our server Isabel was amazing. The food was delicious. Isabel actually provided us with a carafe of coffee, so we could fill up our coffee cups when needed. I wish more places/diners would adopt this practice/policy. Especially, when the servers are busy. It's convenient for both the customer and service staff. Thank you Isabel!

Fast, friendly service, decent, typical Denny's fare, reasonable prices I was in the South Las Vegas area (near South Point casino) and was hungry for something familiar, quick and filling. What better solution than a Denny's? I stopped in to their 9840 South Las Vegas Blvd. location at about 3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The place was almost empty and I was able to choose a comfortable booth away from the sun that seemed to be baking the west side mom the restaurant. Server Jodie quickly came over to the table to greet me and take my drink order - raspberry ice tea - $3.49 with free refills. For my late lunch I ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger which came with a side of "wavy fries" - $13.29. The food arrived fairly quickly. As with most Denny's orders, the portion was large and more than enough too quell my hunger pangs. Attached photos show the restaurant as well as my order. I took pics of my burger both open to shop its contents and closed with the bun on top. I'm afraid the open pit doesn't make it look particularly appetizing. The food was good - nothing to write home about but what you would expect of a Denny's. My one complaint was that the bun was soggy and fell apart so that it was impossible to hold the burger with the bun and I wound up eating it with a knife and fork. Total bill for burger, fries and unlimited refills on the ice tea came to $18.85 with tax but before tip. Tip generously guys - these servers work just as hard as those in the high-end eateries but make far less with tips based on a percentage of the bill. Bottom line: if you are in South Las Vegas and want something familiar, relatively quick and reasonably price for Vegas, head to this Denny's.

If you're looking for a club sandwich, this is not the place. I ordered from Uber Eats and what I got was basically a cheap ham sandwich with bacon. There was a very small amout of turkey wadded up in the middle and only two pieces of very wet bread. It was bad. My expectations weren't high to begin with, but sheesh. One, they should not sell this as a "club" sandwich because it just isn't. Two, they shouldn't sell it at all. it was terrible. Like take it off the menu kind of terrible. The meat was that low quality kind that leaves a nasty aftertaste and the only two slices of bread were so wet that it fell apart. I have had better sandwiches from a gas station.

Samantha was awesome! She had great customer service and all around a great atmosphere. The food was pretty great as well. Thank you so much for making my families experience better!

If you like one denny's, you probably like them all. Country fried steak - denny's still has the best country fried steak I've had anywhere Crispy bacon ranch sandwich- this was wonderfully delicious Pancakes - can't go wrong with some fluffy pancakes -Service was quick and the large queue was seated very promptly

Dennys for breakfast is always a good option. You know exactly what to expect with food and ambiance. What sets this location apart is gods, friendly customer service. Cherie was excellent, handled a small order issue quickly and kindly. Lovely to see these values upheld in today's crazy culture.

Served promptly and had a cordial waiter but unfortunately the food was not cooked. We both ordered over medium eggs but received almost raw eggs instead. uneditable. The hash browns were also undercooked and had no golden brown color to them. The pancakes were done well.

JODIE IS THE WORST !! NO SILVERWARE UNTIL AFTER OUR FOOD GOT COLD RUDE SERVICE , had 0 patience for our party wich made a couple of our family members lose their appetite it's Memorial Day !! There was no spirit I love tipping my restaurant industry but she left a sour taste in our mouths I asked for a side of avacado take a look at the picture to see what they brought out my family was in shock because we all peeped the negative energy from her and I mean my boy didn't ever get his coffeee creamer . Prompt service, helpful servers, good and fresh tasting breakfast. Ordered two omelette, English Muffins, pancakes and chocolate shake. For 2 of us this was more than enough, Infact was lots. It's a good outlet and would recommend to give a try next time you are in Vegas

Great location off the Freeway. We stopped for breakfast and found the place to be clean. Were promptly seated and server was with us in a jiffy. She helped us with some options for vegetarian and came back asking if we liked the food. Overall a nice experience though some of the customers were loud.

Came by for an early breakfast and the pancakes hit the spot. Waitress was really polite and stopped by a few times to check if I needed a coffee or water refill.

Twice in a month I have come in by myself to have some breakfast. Today was for my birthday meal and man.... I left without eating, twice in a month! I ask for clean plate- no butter no grease no oil and it comes out burnt and greasy and just gross. The service is great but the food..... wow, nothing worse than wanting a decent breakfast and leaving starving cause the food wasn't edible! I cannot be more disappointed in the quality of food at this Dennys. They should be ashamed, the lack of remorse and the genuine lack of pride in their food quality is just sad. I am devastated!

Im writing this review because I'm very impress with this Denny's. I literally had low expectations but their service and food blew my mind. I don't review food chains often since I always have low expectations for them and I frankly want to support more local businesses than anything! Anyways we we went there this week and I was surprised how modern Denny's has come. It's pretty updated to the seating and decor. I honestly haven't gone to dennys for years and was expecting an old diner. The restaurant was super clean too!! Service was amazing! Ty greeted us and made sure we took our time. He literally kept checking on us and making sure we got everything we need. This is what makes Vegas one of the best service industries in the country. I have lived in Chicago and California which service was not always the best! Ty you are awesome and made our day with your amazing service! So friendly and professional! Food- I ordered the everyday value breakfast. It was perfect. I was craving pancakes and it came with eggs and choice of bacon, sausage or turkey bacon. Eggs were cooked how I liked it. Buttermilk pancakes were AMAZING. So fluffy and buttery. Not sweet which I love.

The berry stuffed french toast is amazing and the bacon with eggs over easy were cooked exactly like I prefer them. And our server stopped by a few times with refills of our drinks whenever they were low. Highly recommend this Denny's

Ordered online and it said it would be ready by 10:03am and it was ready by that time. 10/10 for that part! Ordered the smokehouse melt. The picture vs how it actually looked was pretty bad. Missing the pickles. Overall the flavor was good. Also ordered the grand slamwich. Again the picture vs how it actually came was also bad. Missing the sausage and the no maple spice spread. Overall flavor was good. Neither sandwich was toasted. Had to toast them ourselves when we got back home. Disappointing to receive two orders where things were missing/not made according to menu description. Probably wouldn't ordered from again. Maybe dining would've been better.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my girlfriend and I ordered takeout and upon eating her loaded breakfast sandwich, she found out the left the cheese wrapper on.

I was really impressed with the food and service at this dennys. You don't really expect too much when going to some of the chain style diners but this one in particular really stood out to me. Our server Ramona was super friendly and just overall happy to help us. The seating and atmosphere is similar to all the other dennys so nothing really special to call out here.

Went to Denny's and was seated. 20 minutes went by and not one person stopped to take a drink order or even say hello. So we got up and left. Very disappointed in the service. Have always had good service there and this is our breakfast spot. Needless to say we may not be coming back. Took our business to Cracker Barrel. They helped us right away.

I ordered the one crepe breakfast and their cold brew. The crepe dish had two plates to it. One plate had the crepe with lots of strawberries on it, and the other plate had 2 eggs, hash browns, a piece of bacon and a small sausage. I was happy with this order. But the cold brew was disappointing. The thick cream settled in the bottom and had to be stirred. They should have served this with a stirrer/spoon. I just used my knife to stir it up. I thought the cold brew tasted terrible, and it brought down my rating. Service was good. I would order the crepe dish again, though!

It included eggs, bacon or sausage, and pancakes or biscuits and gravy. Ty was our sharp server. He knew the T-Mobile deal and asked how I wanted my eggs - scrambled, please! He also asked, "Bacon or sausage?" Me: " Crispy bacon, please!" I really enjoyed the food (especially the fluffy pancakes), efficient service (and smart cashier and manager), cheerful environment, and free shared parking! Thanks to Denny's and T-Mobile for the delicious breakfast! Note: Customers just have to show the QR code on the T-Mobile Tuesday app! No downloading of the Denny's app is needed! It's easy!

1:17 am and wow, that was the most amazing chicken fried chicken I have ever tasted. Perfectly crisped, extra salt off the rip. No need for the shaker up in this bish tonight

We waited 10 minutes and no one even came over to greet us and grab drinks. It wasn't busy at all and there seemed to be no server in our section. So we left, we live a block down the road and won't be coming back.

The food took 28 minutes to come the reason is simple, they are short staff and my family understood it even though we have two little ones who wants to eat already. The food is good little disappointed on the coffee, it taste like a coffee water, I barely taste the coffee. They put us in the table where kids can move a lot. They are very considerate about family. This establishment is friendly family.

My good friend and I ate dinner at Denny's. It was our first time dining at this location. This is a new, modern Denny's. It is very clean and comfortable. Our waitress was wonderful, kind and friendly. She took good care of us. I ordered the senior 55+ menu-grilled salmon with broccoli and red mashed potatoes. On top of my salmon was fresh avocado. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. My friend ordered an omelet with hash browns and white toast. For our drinks we had iced tea and Coke. Our meal was excellent, service great and the atmosphere relaxing. We had a good experience. We will be back in the future.

Amazing service! My wife and I came in on Thanksgiving and through all the recklessness, Gina the manager and her team made sure to take care of us and all our needs. Will definitely be back! Also, Jessica the server you're the MVP for coming in to work on your birthday! We and your workforce definitely appreciate your hard-work and dedication.

My wife and I have been to this location many times and have had great service. We have visited so any times some of the wait staff would recognize us and would not only be happy to see us, but get us taken care of right away. We waited over 20 minutes on March 5 at our table, never got any service and walked out. Only one waitress and it appeared the manager on duty was the cook and delivering food to the tables. Disappointing. It will be a while before we return to this location as there seems to have been a reduction in staff and no urgency in getting customers taken care of in a timely fashion.

Food was ok pankes where cold. Silverware dirty. Service the first waiter was unpleasant and older woman I requested a clean silverware look like she got me the same thirty dish on top of that she just throw the silverware on the table. A manager her name Jordan she was nice and pleasant.got me a very clean silverware. We love Denny's but never coming back to this location.

This is my second time in this place and my last... I feel so sorry for the staff who has to deal with customer's complaints because the Manager doesn't know how to manage a schedule... the manager's appearance is not presentable. I really hope upper management reads this and takes action. After being sat and given coffee, we waited 1 hour for our food, without anyone even acknowledging our presence. This is unacceptable.

I've spent more time in line at the adjacent McDonald's; burger, fries, bud light, and a bathroom... if you live here, go here. It's Denny's, you already know what's up. Friendly hostess... I'll be back and kinda wish that I'd been going there more often.

Located off S Las Vegas Bl. In Las Vegas. Good amount of parking. Came here to redeem the free Everyday Value Slam from T-Mobile Tuesdays. Got the pancakes, eggs and bacon. Our server TY was great even knew what to do with the redemption. He was on top of it. Overall I don't usually eat at Denny's often but since it was free lol. This location was cool the staff all seemed friendly and helpful. Even the manager was on top of how the redemption stuff worked.

Always good service. Sundays are busy so the wait time was a little long and the wait on food hit our food tastes great and our server Eileen was very nice.
