Took my in-laws when they were visiting us and our new baby last week from england. The food was great! Its been awhile since we've been to Dennys but omg so good. Ive been craving French toast since our babymoon to California (had some really good French toast there) and I had the French toast slam with a side of hashbrowns. So frickin good! The service was eh. After we were seated in the back, we waited over 20 minutes and ended up going to speak to someone cuz we hadn't had a server yet. The one who came was very apologetic and we saw her and another girl have a heated conversation in Spanish, so I think there was an issue over who's table it was. Once she was your server, she was great!

We had a wonderful time at this Denny's. The food was delicious—from the savory skillet to that amazing dessert—but the highlight was definitely the service. A huge thank you to Zenayda for being so attentive and friendly; she truly made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

Zenayda offered my mom and I great service from the moment we walked in with her positive energy. I haven’t eaten Denny’s in years and the French Toast Slam was delicious! They were perfectly crispy on the edges and the eggs tasted so fresh. Great experience ❤️

From the moment we sat down, Carlos provided truly professional, attentive, and welcoming service. Despite it being a very busy New Year’s Eve, he was calm, efficient, and incredibly kind. He made sure everything was perfect, checked on us at the right moments, and made us feel genuinely cared for. His positive attitude and attention to detail turned an ordinary dinner into a memorable experience, especially on such a special night. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. I had an amazing experience at the Denny's on 5678 South Rainbow Blvd (Store #9373). This is honestly one of the best Denny's locations in Las Vegas. The customer service here is phenomenal -- the staff is super hands-on, efficient, and really pays attention to every detail. I made a mistake on my order, and they fixed it immediately with no hesitation and no attitude. Everyone was courteous to every guest who came in, and you can feel the positive energy in the whole restaurant. Big shout-out to the store manager Yaz. She jumped in, helped with the situation personally, and made sure everything went smoothly. Amazing leadership. Denny's corporate needs to give this whole team a raise -- they're doing an outstanding job. Highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back!

I'm not sure where management but if there's a problem the manager so no where to be found. Even when he is on site he does not address problems. It's sad really because it's so close and the food is usually good. I've run into this myself a couple of times questioning my return. And last night chatting with the neighbor they had had similar experience on Father's Day. They had arrived before the rush and ordered their meal and water to drink. Time passed, more people arrived, then food was served at the other tables. The staff seemed to be avoiding the table. After 45 minutes my friends left for a restaurant interested in serving them. It's sad because we like to be regulars in our neighborhood but we also need to be treated that way. The good servers don't seem to stay long here. We had been in the restaurant often enough to notice.

3.5 stars if I could give half stars. Our sandwiches were great and the fries were solid. Only issue is they ran out of onion rings. This isn't the first time they ran out of popular items. Service was great but the poor worker was all alone. He had about 7 tables and took care of online pickups. Not sure why Denny's sets their servers up to fail.

Both of the grand slams that I ordered tasted good/freshly made and was still nice and warm upon pick up. The customer service was fine when I arrived to pick up my to-go-order as well. But I didn't realize it until I arrived at my destination that I received NO condiments whatsoever. NO catchup for the hash browns NO syrup for all of the pancakes, which was extremely annoying because let's face it some meals are made to eat with condiments. Huge example, PANCAKES WITH SYRUP! Furthermore, they didn't give me any eating utensils at all, which was even more so annoying. So now I'm faced with two choices. I can either.... (A): Eat my dry (non-condiment covered) food with my bare hands like a savage... or (B): Wait to get home and use silverware like most proper people in civilize society. Fortunately, for me, I am an extremely proactive type of individual, so I ultimately discovered an individually packaged plastic fork in the glove compartment of my car. which saved me from being hangry (hungry & angry) all afternoon and made my lunchtime actually possible. This situation was caused by human error/a slight oversight, which granted was a nuisance, but still understandable. Hence the deduction of one star as opposed to two or three stars. I will, however, personally take on the responsibility of checking my bags to make sure staff members have packaged my to-go-orders properly, henceforth.

BEKKA needs to be running the world. Attentive interested, sense of urgency is unreal! Denny's should be buying her a Denny's for how good she makes them look. The lost art and dying breed of humans that still understand what customer service is. I just moved over to this area and I never go to Denny's but now it's my favorite place. Thank you for my late night smiles and making me feel important. I hope someone appreciates you as much as I do at that company.

I went into this Denny's to get breakfast. I ordered the Everyday Slam, I asked for eggs scrambled soft, bacon soft. I got eggs scrambled hard and bacon so hard it hurt my teeth. Horrible service. i could NOT eat the bacon at all.

We ordered the steak omelette and salmon, it's pretty good. And I guess it depends which location and the chef as well. We tried two locations, the other at Sahara. Both locations, the service is good. The steak omelette is consistent here when served. The Sahara location, the last time we were there, his steak omelette hardly had any meat at all. More than half of the omelette was just egg. The steak omelette was my husband favorite. Like I said, it depends upon the chef. There are times my salmon is cooked beautifully soft and moist, other times, hard and dry. It's like hit and miss. The only thing my husband is complaining on both locations is the coffee. My husband and I, only drink decaf coffee. It's so watered down, no taste and bland. I finally stopped ordering their coffee. My husband keeps giving them another chance when we go there once every couple of months. And keep disappointing. Both places, is clean and cozy.

Nice and clean restaurant. Our server, Alma was awesome. Very attentive and kind. Our drinks were never empty and our food arrived very quickly. My moons over my hammy was perfect

With being very hungry we came to this dennys and got seated in the instant of walking in..assuming this is going to be a great dennys to dine in turned to be the opposite..took almost 20 min for a server to great us and say they will be back to get drink orders..came back 15 min later ..they didnt offer straws nor napkins..food over all was good ..but the service needs a tremendous amount of work..

Wow! What a great night! Special thanks to Mario, our server, Carlos, our host, and Rubin, our cook. Celebrated a kid's birthday here the other night expecting just a chill dinner and ended up enjoying a fantastic meal and wonderful service. Honestly, one of the best omelettes I've had in a long time. I ordered the veggie omelette and the vegetables were grilled to perfection. Also enjoyed some great iced tea and this awesome apple dessert. Mario took such great care of all of us, and made everyone feel like we were right at home. Can't wait to satisfy that breakfast-for-dinner craving again soon! Thanks everyone!

This is a grade considering all factors that go into a rating. Is it the best restaurant I've ever been to? No. Does this Denny's take its responsibility to good affordable breakfast and execute to perfection? Absolutely. The waitstaff was so helpful and friendly. Our waitress, Berenice, interpreted a question into a suggestion and brought a griddled jalapeño with my Grand Slam. The manager, Iris, checked on us multiple times. Sincere and warm. And the food was exactly what I wanted. Perfect over easy eggs. Good coffee. Well executed sausage. No up charge for eggs harvested on an idyllic farm that may or may not be real. Just breakfast done as well as it can be done.

Overall Horrible food. I got chicken and was undercooked and it was a joke came with a few veggies Nothing that was in the picture and requested a table for 4 people got a table for 3. Ridiculous

Oven-Baked Lasagna The cheese on top was way over baked. Hard to even cut with a knife. The edges were so crispy, the noodles got hard. I guess I am to blame here, ordering lasagna from Dennys... but I had faith in them that they could do it! It was okay. Obviously I just ate around the flaws.... That's the good part of this review.... The boneless wings were so over fried. The outside was so crispy but not in a yummy crunchy way, but like a burnt batter that just crumbles in your mouth. Idk how they even failed so badly at these wings.... But again, I should have just ordered moons over my hammy and French toast.

The management at this location does not accommodate alternative sides for vegetarians or those trying to make healthier choices. They charge extra to replace the meat with fruit even though the cost is cheaper. It's a shame because the location is nice, but my wife and I and friends will not be coming back to this location.

Just want to say we will Not be back .... service was bad and food was subpar ........ We had moons over miami and the bread was different and it was so dry we had to leave it ..... really disappointed We asked for manager and he or she never came .... The servers name was Juan M

New to me, clean area, good food, and great service. Stopped by to redeem and enjoy my birthday breakfast and I ate EVERYTHING off my plate. Shoutout to the cooks and my server for the great service!

I had 1.5 hours to spare waiting on my oil change and walked over here for breakfast. I'm not a Denny's type of gal, but desperate times... I got the fit slam and it was decent. I don't eat meat, so I was able to replace the bacon with hash browns. The service was above average. I was greeted & seated immediately by a manager. Server was quick to take my order & food came out without much delay. The server was not attentive, which was fine with me because I was working. Needy patrons might not like that. Picture attached was taken to prove to my husband I actually went to a Denny's on my own will.

A Saturday night and the place seems fairly empty. The Electric Daisy Carnival is this weekend though. I ordered a House Salad, hold the croutons with Ranch Dressing on the side. My lovely wife ordered a T-bone and scrambled eggs. The parking lot has ample space for the cars. Music is oldies played at volume. All in all the restaurant is an excellent place to experience American style cuisine. The atmosphere is authentic and pleasant. I recommend this Denny's because it is near the freeway and is centrally located within the Las Vegas Valley.

We never got to the food part. The service was nonexistent and management was grossly incompetent, we entered this Denny's about a month ago and while i went to use the bathroom my brother was seated. He was approached by a man claiming to be the manager and he proceeded to instruct my brother on how to treat my service dog. he told my brother that my 4lb chihuahua service dog could not sit on the bench or chair next to me, the dog need to be under the dirty and unsanitary table per ADA regulations. That is 100 percent incorrect, the ADA regulations actually say the complete opposite. My service animal needs to be next to my face that is how he alerts when I'm having an episode. It always amazes me when service workers pretend they know more about ADA regulations than the person with the service animal. If you are disabled or have a service animal, I would stay clear of this Denny's. I have found one specific Denny's that is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding service animals And that's on Boulder Highway between Harmon and Flamingo. Management they learned the hard way how to properly treat people with disabilities and service animals, but now they comply with all regulations.

Had the slow cooked beef sandwich, grand slam and a kids pancakes. Service was great, had a high chair and Alma was able to refill drinks, bring additional condiments and napkins as well as refill our empty ketchup bottle. Checked in using the app towards deals on the next visit. This location is still new and clean and there was no wait to be seated on a Saturday morning. The seasoned fries were not as good as the regular steak fries.

Everytime I order chocolate beverages, it fails me. They are either too sweet you could make two cups out of it or tastes like water. It almost seems like they do not have a standard to make chocolate beverages. When you tell them your chocolate tastes like water, I kid you not, this lady got an empty glass of chocolate syrup and pour the fail product into the chocolate syrup In Front Of Me! Not only this was unprofessional, it dirtied my table. I hope Denny's can do better

Came in tonight to get something to eat and fill some time before I went home. I like coming to this location because a few of us would gather here on Sunday nights. Really liked the manager. I think Carlos was his name. Anyway, I came in and stood at the counter for awhile. Finally got eye contact with the cook like does anyone work in the front? He said he would get someone. Finally a lady and waiter came out. He helped me. I ordered short stack of pancakes and two orders of ridges fries. Reason I got two orders was because the portion size is very small. So while waiting for my order, I realized something was going on. One lady possible manager,, was back and forth on her phone saying she is shaking this and that, loud. Other lady helped a bit in the kitchen. Then another manager came in to talk to the other manager. Sounded like low staff, the waiter had to stop taking online orders. He was getting too many. That is where I figured some of the drama came from. Food didn't take long to come out. Pancakes were good, fries were hot. I felt bad for the waiter since it seemed like he was doing everything and the managers were not helping him. He is seating people and taking orders. One manager said to him, have you taken their order yet? Been my experience as a previous manager, you can help start the table. Carlos you are missed at night on Sundays. Maybe you need to come back and train the other managers on this shift.

Great staff, great demeanor & jokes... Hot, made to order (real eggs) and kinda delish! 3 stars, but very close to 4 Stars. (Add more vegan meat options and french toast- 4 stars lol) It was the middle of the night during an ER family visit and we just needed something warm and edible and not hospital food after missing diner. Denny' s came through with the home cooked- esque breakfast... and they deserve a #KUDOS. Condiments like the extra whip cream for the pancakes and the butter were neatly packaged. Hot straight off the griddle! We used to grab french fries or quesadillas after a Friday night lights school, cool to see they're still fresh, hot and tasty!

Zachary Tedtaotao 3 reviews As we walked in the establishment there was no greeting or welcoming whatsoever. In fact Ruth Mendez the restaurant manager was the only server in the restaurant. We waited patiently just to order our drinks, the food was on time and delicious thanks to the cooks. Throughout our dining experience we were never checked on as far as drinks, napkins, or any other restaurant service hospitality. Once we ready to leave, we had to patiently again ask for to go boxes, our bill without being asked. I would say this is one of the WORSE Dennys establishment due to lack of staff and service hospitality. Ruth the manager checking us out did not once apologize for any inconveniences. Please work on ya'll service and hospitality in order for customers to return.

Tonight on Christmas Eve, 15 of us came here after church and we really enjoyed ourselves. The food and service was really good. We are so appreciative that people like James and those who worked tonight gave up time with their families to be here for our families and friends. Such great people here!

Service at 10pm on 3/29/24 wasn't bad... the lady does need help, and the cook needs to know how to move fast and not take a break in between orders... the couple that walked in just in front of us got their food within 20 minutes then the cook disappeared. We literally almost waited about an hour and still didn't get our food because he decided to start making to go orders before ours. we looked on the screen and didn't even see our order on the screen at all so most likely it got deleted..... very disappointing after a loss at the aviators game. We also had a loss at the Denny's here. Please don't leave a pathetic reply saying we're sorry just fix the problem

Dear Denny's corporate, Z aka Zenaida, aka Zena was a wonderful server And should be promoted to train others on a regional level. Her friendly demeanor made us feel like there was a homecoming even though it is only our second time frequenting this location. She was like my second brain. She brought what we needed even before we requested for the items. For instance, I wanted steak, she would say,"would you like me to bring the A1 sauce?" If we ordered hash brown or over easy eggs for example she would say, "would you like me to bring the hot sauce?" Details that every customer appreciate. She was receptive, responsive and made sure we were taken care of at every stage of our meal. From beginning to end, she made sure we were heard, helped and served. We were having a terrible time w customer service at Walmart. However, after coming to Denny's, Zenayda, turned our whole experience around to a delightful experience. I can even define the experience as refreshingly joyful. We came back today because we knew she would not disappoint. And we were right. The moment we walked in, she waved at us, multiple times with a bright smile. It felt like family was greeting us at the door. It is Christmas and she was beaming with excitement to serve. This is customer mastery at it's finest. A+ on the food and consistency + 6 stars on impeccable customer service! She made us feel like we are at the center of her universe, albeit there whole restaurant was full, busy, and buzzing. Thanks, Zenayda! You made us feel really taken care of. Keep up the amazing work. To those frequenting this establishment, ask for Z! She is a wonderful host and a pleasant human being all around. To corporate, Great work on this hire. I hope to see her services scaled on a regional, even national level. Denny's is the American hallmark and Z is the poster child for meaningful service That is quite memorable. Today at about 6 pm I went for dinner at Denny's restaurant in Las Vegas. I ordered lasagne and coffee. After dinner I went to rest at the hotel. Around 11 pm I woke up because I was very sick, I felt nauseous and had a stomach ache, I drank a lot water and had to empty my stomach. They fed me poor quality food, Denny's employees poisoned me. I do not advise anyone to visit this restaurant, save your health and I will never go there again.

Denny's is always a favorite of mine. The food is delicious and very affordable. Because of the 25% capacity now enforced in Las Vegas, they do require reservations. Masks on, but only when entering. Our server was super attentive and food arrived in a timely manner. Probably because there were only a few customers scattered about for lunchtime. I feel so bad for our local restaurants as not many folks are dining in. Its always best to be nice to the servers as they are probably not making as much as before our shutdown. So, tip accordingly, I know they appreciate. Located at Russell and Rainbow about 12 miles west of the LV Strip. Im a Denny's Fan!

My daughter really took to heart the theme of "America's favorite diner". I could offer to take her to sushi, steakhouse, fajitas, burgers.. literally anywhere and it's a non starter. The Slamburger will surprise you as it's breakfast built into a burger (hash browns included), and is pretty tasty. All and all breakfast spots are not my cup of tea, but can't complain at the price point. Staff all have great attitudes, however service can be slow due to lack of staff. Tip: Kids eat free 4pm-10pm every day with purchase of adult entree. This one surprised me today as we usually go earlier.

OMG This is the BEST Denny's I have been to, and I have been eating at Denny's for 20 years. This place is brand new, it's very clean but it's still retains the retro look we all love. The staff is friendly and fast (ask for Cesar, he is an outstanding server!) and the manager Carlos is a very nice young man, energetic, polite and know his business. This place even has outlets in every seat, which is something I have never seen in any Denny's. The food is TOP NOTCH!! You can definitely tell the cooks take pride in making the best possible food in every dish in the menu. I could not recommend this place enough! If you want the best diner food in Las Vegas at any hour of the night and every holiday, this is the place for you.

What can I say the service at this location is what I have come to expect from a diner. Good wholesome comfort food. Also they have a barcode to warn you of food allergies and a value menu 2,4,6,8 dollars which are awesome.

Alma is the best server I have had for along time. She also speaks Spanish. Great person

This Denny's is fairly new, liked the way they have the social distancing set up for seating. The servers have to wear masks but for customers it's optional. Service was excellent. Condiments came individually. I had the Berry Pancakes breakfast. The blueberries in the pancakes were out of this world delicious. Definitely will be back!

As usual for Denny, it's friendly quick service, good food, and a good atmosphere. I will repeat for sure

We in and asked for four tables since we were a big group. We were situated right away thankful because we had a team of hungry soccer players. My table received our food and another table of boys received their food. The two other tables with players were still waiting for their food after the two other tables were finished. The two other tables were offered free milkshakes but ended up waiting another 30 minutes. The restaurant was extremely stuffy inside, asked for a/c to be turned on. But still hot inside and stuffy.

My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Service was also refreshingly friendly and accommodating, from the greeter to our waitress. I was surprisingly impressed, since I haven't been to Denny's in a couple of years. Atmosphere in the restaurant was also very family oriented and my grandson was so happy with the crayons and color book he received upon seating. I will definitely be coming back to Denny's more often. Their meal deals are also very inviting...

My friend and I stopped by for a late night meal, Carla took great care of us! Excellent service, the vibe at 2am was pretty good. Nothing bad about the food to detract. It's Denny's you kinda know what to expect hopefully.

Food is cold , too salty, soggy it's been sitting in the counter for sometime, people who came after us got their food ahead of us people who just sat down got their food first, too noisy,

Of all the Dennys, this location is my late night go-to. Our server Carla always has the best service, atmosphere is friendly, always clean, and good food too :)

This is my favorite Denny's in Las Vegas!! The Santa Fe skillet and the Big Dipper are AMAZING! I went around 11p and Carla was the BEST server, so friendly and fast. She makes you want to come back!

Sat for more than 25 minutes waiting to even get drinks. They kept sitting people, capacity is definitely more than 50%.

We came the other night after the water park service was slow and which was fine there was only 1 waitress but we ordered nachos the first order to come out has a big piece of paper towel in it. We flag down the manager to let her know she doesn't apologize or anything just hmphs and takes the plate. Then our food comes out 3 of the 6 of us that I was with ordered the same thing pretty much light toasted blte bacon jam on side. The jam was in the sandwich and was bad my sister and I ordered bourbon bacon burgers came with no bourbon sauce had to ask 2 times for some. The cook must've had on off night cuz everything took forever and nothing was cooked right. I worked at Dennys my sister does and my bf still does I'd never met a manager that cared so little for feedback the manger was a lady names iris she gave attitude rolled her eyes and when I paid my bill I realized she didn't give me a discount for the friends and family which is 25 percent and was like oh I gave you 5 dollars off. I told her you gave it to my sister where is the discount for me I'd rather the 25 percent then the 5 dollars but whatever I went in and was like hey I don't see any discount and she is like I need proof that you work and store number even though she just told my sister she didn't need to prove anything. Finally I was like I'm tired this is ridiculous I just want you the manager to know to the cook was messing up was being a jerk to the server and she goes I know by staff they all get along I'm not gonna do anything about that. My whole table heard how the cook spoke to the server so it's not just me that said he was rude. Anyway at the end she's like you want dessert you want something I can give partial refund but it can't be now and I need my mangers approval and all this I was done I didn't want anything else from them. Iris the rm is rude as heck and doesn't care about the feed back I was trying to give. I was really disappointed how little the manager seemed to care.

Had a omelette breakfast recently. Food was ok, but the omelette was made like a crepe. Thin egg wrapper with ingredients inside. A real omelette is ingredients inside the egg all combined and cooked together. Hash browns was good. I guess because of all the restrictions on condiments you have to ask for sugar, a straw, ketchup, hot sauce, jelly for toast, knapkins... Service was ok, just needed to ask for a lot of standard items for your table. Decent restaurant, but nothing special here. It's close to my house so I will be back someday.
