We took some friends on Saturday. This is a great community market. A large variety of products (vegetables, meats, spices, craft items, etc. Everyone was friendly. The prices are reasonable. The site itself is attractive and well kept. Dogs are welcome and we find it fun to have dogs around. They have great music, free. No problem finding free parking nearby. You are steps away from homes and related buildings that are part of Denton’s history. Denton offers a lot to citizens and visitors alike. Worth the trip. Plan to spend an hour or two if you’d like to see everything and listen to the music. A definite thing to do.

What a wonderland of food and craft vendors! We purchased herbal aromatic cider powder, microgreens, ginger beer, madagascar vanilla, pastured chicken, lamb, and Wagyu beef, and some farm fresh veggies. 🥦 🥩Plus there were adorable dogs everywhere. If you like handmade goods, fresh delicious food, and supporting local small businesses and farms...then make this farmer's market a must ❤️💕

By far my favorite farmers market I've ever been to! There are so many farmers and local produce vendors. Love the live music and all of the vegan options!

Google
Awful place, supports the use of AI all the while they have actual artists who have offered to make art for their business. They charge exorbitant prices for booths for ARTISTS while in the same breath refusing to employ artists for their social media posts. No respect for artists, no love for the community, just art theft and doubling down on their "right" to do so. Well, the people in Denton who care about artists have the right to speak about what this business is doing. Have the day you deserve, DCM.

Always a great way to spend a Saturday morning. Various vendors and artists with items for sale.

Google
Great little community market. They ensure all the vendors there produce their own items instead of reselling. I would like a bit more prepared food items to eat on site, but all-in-all I really enjoy my Saturday excursions here!

Hey y'all I've sure been missing a sweet treat of a time perusing all the many vendors. They all had a lot to offer. One of my faves was the soco ginger beer, so crisp fresh, I had a cup w hibiscus and went home w a bottle w cucumber mint. Shoot!! I went home w quite a few things surprisingly since I went just to take a gander. Brought home some seasoning im looking forward to dashing on a steak and the organic 🌰's and oh the purple bell peppers which I discovered this very day and last but not least some beautiful basil. Tbh, I came home with other stuff too, lol. Not sure you want to go, JUST GO and support your local vendors they're your neighbors and mine. Note: pst, not sure how to find a farmer w grass fed beef and good chicken? ....FARMERS MARKET Happy shopping

One of the best Farmer's Markets in North Texas. I always find fresh veggies, take home pastries, and usually have a crepe.

Yelp
I've only been here a few times over the years and I always forget what a cool experience it is! Sometimes it can get really crowded, parking is easier if you get there between 9-10am. I recommend parking in the lot across the street as opposed to street parking. The sheer amount of vendors is overwhelming and I really love to support local, but I almost feel guilty because there are more vendors than my wallet can afford to support! There is something for everyone though! I love the farmers market aspect of it, lots of fruits, veggies and homemade items. You'll also find honey, sauces, candies and of course there are food trucks and stands. We had some amazing agua fresca on our last visit! There are also about a dozen booths for those of you with a green thumb! Tons of plants and flowers to purchase and some sell seeds, I believe. This is a pet friendly market with a shaded table and water bowls for you to bring your furry friends. Some pets are friendlier than others, but I've never seen anything to be worried about. I wouldn't bring any pets that aren't calm around other animals though. There are several booths with natural, organic and gluten free goodies for your pets. We got a few this last time from two booths and our dogs inhaled them. Lots of fun specialty flavors to be found, and I learned that chewing on chicken feet are apparently great for a dogs teeth. Who knew? There's also a lot for the shopaholic and those who like interesting pieces for your home decor. I saw a few booths that do jewelry, clothing, bags and quilts. I want to take a closer look at the blacksmithing, knife making, pottery and wood work. I was excited to even have those as options! Prices will vary based on the vendor and products, but with so much to explore you're guaranteed a good time! Generally the market hours are every Saturday, April through November from 9am until 1pm. However, there are currently summer hours through Labor Day of 8am to 12pm. Plan accordingly!

Yelp
The Denton Community Market is a wonderful staple in Denton. There are local vendors, food trucks, fresh vegetables, live music, booths specifically for pets, and so much more. We used to live right across the street and it was a breeze to walk over. We live further away now and have to drive - which can sometimes be troublesome - but if you get there before 10am there is usually street parking very close by. If you arrive towards the end of the market you will likely have trouble finding parking and need to walk from the central square. I have to give them 5 stars because they are an incredible addition to Denton, but I will say that I wish they would switch up the vendors more often. Every time I go it seems that the same people are there, selling the same things. If you're just visiting from out of town or are only coming once a season, it's awesome. If you want to go every weekend, it gets repetitive. Regardless, the community market is amazing and I would tell everyone to visit!!

Yelp
Nothing like a lazy saturday morning. I dropped off the kiddo early and had some time to kill. I've known about the community market for quite some time, just never had the time to go over and see what was going on. It is exactly what you expect it to be. Fresh veggies grown locally, crafts, jewelry, clothing, quilts and acoustic music. Locally grown coffee was interesting and even four food trucks. Shaved ice, bahn mis, brick oven pizza and bbq. There was even a water slide for the kids. And when one of the local community leaders is there with his family, I'm guessing that's a good sign. There were so many veggies I wanted to purchase. I will be back for pickling cucumbers and baby eggplants. There were even some homemade fruit ice pops that looked good. Very cool. Support Denton businesses. This is only on Saturdays from 9-1

Yelp
A nice little lazy Saturday kind of hang out filled with wind chimes, state park rangers, and other knick knacks.

Yelp
This is a weekly stop for me since their very beginning many years ago. Come experience the feel of Denton with all of its local artists, food, crafts, veggies, and more. What's not to like? Organic & local veggies, eggs, meat, honey. Creative home decorations, aprons, pickled veggies, fresh cooked bread, juices, food, dog treats, kid activities, clothing, baked goods, jewelry, the list goes on and on! There is frequently live music happening in the center of it all. There is usually a free yoga class in the morning. Always something going on here! Lots of food options for those with specific dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). Great place to come on a Saturday with your family and dogs to support local businesses. Walk around, talk to the Dentonites, grab a snack, relax in the grass or at a table provided, listen to music, and relax. Come early to get the best selection of everything, and to avoid the heat in the summer months.

Yelp
Warm folks make this community spot a delight. There's food , entertainment, crafts and so much more. This is what I was hoping for in Texas. Southern hospitality at its finest. So happy I decided to make an impromptu stop here. They have ample private parking and that was a big plus for me. Street parking is not my strong point lol. Now let me enjoy some live music as I enjoy my mango tea!

Yelp
The market is AWESOME no complaints 5 stars. Great food, crafts and vendors but if your a musician, their current sons guy (name starts with a Z) is hideous. Thinks he knows what he is doing then doors the sound, doesn't notice his speakers aren't plugged in after you tell him the speaker isn't working just says "it's good". Demeans younger artists. 3 times at the same market and 3 failed audio experiences feedback.nightmares. Another failed experience at twilight tunes feed back, treble too low bass too high. As a patron as a musician Omg I'm here at the market right now and it's the same guy and his faithful companion FEEDBACK. FIRE THIS GUY. A band I manage is again the victim. We LITERALLY NEVER have this issue with ANY other sound guy. We will lot be playing the farmers Market again until they get rid of this guy who talks down to and attempted to intimidate young artists. By the way, he, and any monkey, can set volumes for instruments with a pick ups, but this guy craps his pants every time he gets and acoustic instrument with no pick up.

Yelp
We love this market and are there almost every Saturday. There are so many different types of booths and people. They have everything that you can think of. Everyone there is super friendly and extremely laid-back. You see all different kinds of people and kids. Tons of dogs everywhere. So much variety in the booths. Our favorite booths are the homemade dog treats and the various people selling beautiful organic vegetables. There are also some food trucks and places to eat. Don't miss out on the booth selling homemade tamales. They are delicious! You definitely need to spend some time at this market on a Saturday morning. You will not regret your decision.

Yelp
Great place to mingle with fellow Dentonites. Food trucks are different every few times, kettle corn, tamales, home-made cakes, etc, all are great. There is a dog and pet section, so be sure to bring your pets. Sometimes they have morning yoga. Arts and craft things, organic soaps and scrubs. Ends in November, but always a great way to spend a Saturday

Yelp
me and my baby went here today with my dog and we all had so much fun!! there was something for everyone! tons of handcrafted dog toys and homemade local dog treats for my lil Monster, different flavors of jerky and men products for my boyfriend, beauty products and jewelry for me! when you finally visit all the vendors you want then you can sit at a table or on the grass like we did and just enjoy the live band and people around you. they even have many food trucks in case you get a little hungry. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to come here at lest once a month!!

Yelp
Came out with my sister and nephew to this place and was kinda cool. I was told it was a farmers market type deal and it kinda was. They have a little of something for everyone but not a lot of produce that I saw which I was hoping for so I could cook with later today. Did pick up some beautiful basil and some sunflower greens I can't stop eating. I'd probably come again but it's more of a arts and crafts fair type deal. The guy selling the steam punk lights and merchandise was friendly and his stuff was really neat.
