The kitchen turns out 16-inch white and red pies with a New York–tinge (topping options include New Haven clams and spicy pepperoni), Sicilian gluten-free pies created by pizzaiolo Salvadore “Sal” Lo Cascio, and the same takeout pizza offered through Pizza by Sal’s via a convenient pickup window on Dickens.
