I’m a student, buyer beware with their products. One product a purchased didn’t work and I was lucky I need to charge my phone right away so I caught before leaving. Another product, a Ciao LED strip, had no instructions on how to set it up and no connectors for cutting the strips. You have to buy those separately. If you plan on buying a light strip, make sure it comes with instructions and actually tells you what you need to set it up. I shouldn’t have to get my instructions from wikihow, not for $14.98. Plus the adhesive tape pealed off the back completely.
The picture below is all that comes with the box. The orange section on the strip is supposed to have a white adhesive. Plus the battery in the remote was dead when I got it. It was left inside the remote. Had to spend $10 for a working one.
Not a bad a product and not really the bookstore’s fault but the attitude I got from an employee upon returning the broken charger plus stocking products that have no instructions and missing pieces means 3 stars in my book.
