What an amazing evening! The restaurant is beautiful, with comfortable seating and lovely lighting at the tables. Every dish was a plate full of joy: the flavor, complexity, structure, and presentation were nothing short of perfection. I felt like a child on Christmas morning each time the new course was introduced. At times, the service felt a bit chaotic, and the wine pairing wasn’t quite as exciting. But honestly, with flavors like that, I’d give five stars even if I were dining in a parking lot. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing food. The sweet bread, ravioli and the fish were out of this world. The local wines were amazing. It is absolutely one of the best restaurants I've ever been. The French chef is a real master off his trade. I recommend a hundred percent. If you are a gourmet, you will not regret coming here.

An incredible experience I would repeat monthly if I lived nearby! The service is exceptional—Gerard is wonderfully attentive, always noticing the little details to make your visit special, and his warm smile makes you feel right at home. Igor, the sommelier, is a true wine expert, just ask, and he will find the perfect beverage pairing for your meal. The real star, though, is Chef Romain. His passion is evident, inspiring the entire team, and you can feel the strong, positive leadership in every detail. They truly deserve more than one Michelin star!

Fantastic 1 Michelin star restaurant. The staff is so friendly and will notice every small details to make yourself feel at home The food is tasty with complex flavours and the texture is on point. The wine pairing is also recommended to appreciate every dishe.

Restaurant des Trois Tours should deserve more than one star Michelin. Their foods are really delicious and their plating is great! Service level is impeccable. Mr Guillaume has been so kind even gave us SF 11.60 for our bus fare to Cathedral. We only have Euro. Will surely come back next year.

OMG! the best meal I have ever had! And I used to work with a Guide Michelin chef! We took te IDYLLE menu and every part was a fantastic surprise for both eyes and taste buds. The service is so friendly, fun and nice, not "stiff" at all, tables are spaced ut so one has total privacy, decor is lovely, the house itself gorgeous...I don't really know what to say. The hostess and the Maître d' are so kind, the latter with a sparkle in his eyes and makes jokes (if he feels you appreciate it...) and the Andorra waiter is THE BEST. We spent way too long there and nobody hurried us out.... NB don't miss the chef's prepared spices you can buy.... We will be back! And dom't miss out on the tailor-made, beautiful MOCKTAIL made by the chef to go with the meal!

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! Over the past ten years, we have never been disappointed. Impeccable service, great wine recommendations, and always outstanding food. The food is not only delicious, but also balanced, with reasonable enough portions that you never regret haven eaten there. Looking forward too hopefully many more years of delight!

Very good balance between creation and product-focus cuisine. I went for an all sea food a la carte meal with octopus as a starter and various fishes "a la nage" for main and the result was perfect. Special mention for the excellent wines and the very knowledgeable and nice sommelier.
