This definitely a hidden gem!! I almost wanted to gate-keep because it is that special. Beautiful atmosphere with outstanding service. Cesar deserves some recognition for his incredible service. The food was devine and the experience made for a beautiful evening. Wonderful place and I will definitely be going back to try the razor clams (they had unfortunately run out at the time of my visit).

Authentic Spanish restaurant offering a large variety of tapas, paellas and meat/seafood . As a Sardinian, I Visited specifically for the suckling piglet. It was AMAZING, roasted to perfection with crispy skin.As good as the one you get oversees. The portion is enough for 2-3 people. Roasted Veggies as a side where also flavorful . Can’t wait to be back for more food ! Ps, tips included by default.

Descorche is one of my favorite Spanish restaurants in Miami. The decor is very elegant, unlike the typical restaurants that insist on decorating with flamenco dancers and bullfighters. Spain is much more than that. Gastronomically speaking, they are a 10, correctly interpreting Spanish cuisine (although I don't think the owners or staff are Spanish) and taking risks with unorthodox but delicious dishes. Personally, I love ordering the Paella Descorche, which might be considered heresy by paella purists, but it has an extraordinary flavor. I am also fascinated by their traditional Galician cheesecake, totally different from the Basque-style ones that are so trendy nowadays. The service is excellent, and the wine list is very generous. Prices are medium to high. They offer free parking for customers.

Had a fantastic meal at Descorche! It's an unassuming restaurant from the outside, inside it's warm and welcoming. The service and food were excellent and Spanish-authentic. Had the croquetas, salchichas, and short rib. Extensive wine list. My friend had the catch of the day (forget what) but it was excellent. Highly recommend.

This was a great place, they treated us very nicely and the food was very good. Although, I’d say that this place is not good for children since there’s not many simple options, but overall it’s a very nice an elegant restaurant. But the rice is stiff, and the mashed potatoes have the skin on them from the potatoes still. The other plates are delicious though. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms! They’re fancy, clean, and don’t smell bad at all. I definitely recommend this place for a big group of friends or for an adult couple.

The experience at this place is wonderful—gourmet cuisine, professional service, and the presentation of the dishes is simply out of this world. Absolutely magnificent!

I have eaten at many Spanish restaurants in the past, but the food, service, and ambiance of Descorche is top notch.

Descorche made me feel like I was back in Spain... I've been to Spain many times, it's my favorite country in Europe. I often miss the food and the vibes and I was so happy that I was able to find a place like Descorche. From the authentic decor, to the delicious and authentic food, down to the amazing service this restaurant was a five star experience across the board. They also have an impressive wine selection and the our server Cesar gave us the best recommendations. We were so happy with our spanish dinner and wine that no doubt we will become regulars at this fabulous restaurant.

My boyfriend and I have been eyeballing this place for a few months. We decided to give it a shot on a weeknight and were pleasantly surprised. Inside it's divided by a center hallway that splits the restaurant in half. It makes the restaurant feel cozy, not tight. We believe the food was reasonably priced. The restaurant was seafood heavy, which we were not expecting. We ordered three different dishes with ibérico ham. Croquetas, an ibérico ham and manchego cheese charcuterie, and a broken egg dish. The broken egg dish consists of three over-easy eggs over potatoes and with ibérico ham. Overall, the food was delightful, the service was excellent, and I would recommend it to others to try it. Especially if you love seafood ;)

Definitely one of the top 3 Spanish restaurants in Miami! We only had three starters - croquetas, tabla de jamón ibérico y manchego, and the octopus (pulpo a la plancha) and everything was exquisite! The jamón just melts in your mouth, the pulpo was perfectly done, and the croquetas were 100% legit. Server was very attentive and gave good recommendations. The place is quite tiny and the patrons seem to know good Spanish food when they have it!

Four of us were there Saturday 4/29/23. Second time there and enjoyed once again, even more. Service terrific! Food terrific! Highly recommend. Especially when this place not really mentioned generally which frankly to me means they're just good and don't need the hype to bolster themselves.

Love Descorche! Everything here is delicious. Authentic Spanish food! My favorites are the grilled octopus and the serrano ham croquetas.

What an absolute hidden gem, my father in law selected this restaurant for his wife's birthday this past Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised! The dining area is so intimate, with the lighting and the set up of the dining chairs and tables. I keep seeing the reviews mention hidden prices & it being expensive, but what tapas restaurant have you gone to that isn't? I wouldn't say this be an every week restaurant, but it's 100% worth your time. The servers, host, well EVERYONE was so pleasant. They even brought out the chef from Spain to greet the table and that was such a nice experience. I mentioned it felt like we were among family. Absolutely all the food was delicious, I don't have a single complaint. We ordered so much and tried a little of everything, the appetizers were tapas style the entrees and dessert were regular sized. I'd highly recommend: Croquetas de Queso Croquetas de Bacalao Escargot Chorizo My entree was the sea bass with mashed potatoes which was spectacular, I also tried some of the zucchini, eggplant, squash and tomatoes sides on everyone else's plates and I could have ordered that by itself. I finished off the meal with a pear and manchego dessert which was refreshing on the palette. Love this place!

Outstanding! The seafood parillada was amazing. We also had the caldo gallego and it was the best I've had! The wine selection is fantastic. The service is outstanding and the restaurant has a great quaint but elegant ambiance. The chef came out to greet us at the end of our dinner. They really go out of their way to provide the best food and service. We will be coming back!

A small place, with a very muted appearance from the street. So much so that our Uber driver passed it by the first time. Our group of 8 took up about half the seats in the main dining room. We were greeted immediately and offered the wine list for selection. With the advice of the owner we made a selection of red and a white as well. Then we made our way through the tapas menu. Everything that came out was delicious, with an impressive spectrum of flavors. After our first round, we made some more selections for repeats. Again, everything was amazing. For dessert we chose 4 of the offerings and again passed them around the table. There wasn't a single dish that didn't hold its own. Highly recommend, and absolutely take the advice of the server. In a place like this, I'm positive that they won't steer you wrong!

We had a business dinner and selected the small cochinillo, it was completely delicious and tender. The service was excellent and we brought our own wine which they decanted perfectly.

Descorche takes me back to my restaurant hoping, tapas chasing days in Spain. The place is a small hole in the wall with an amazing selection of wines. It could get a bit loud, but that's just part of the charm. The food is amazing and well priced. Definitely one of my favorite spots to enjoy with family.

The food here was amazing . Definitely took me back to Spain from appetizers to entrees . We were able to order in advance a Cochinillo - roasted baby suckling pig .. done just like in the motherland another dish Arroz Caldoso con Bogavante , the Caldo Gallego just to name a few . All top notch . The chefs from Spain at this place are the real deal . Shall return again and again

I was very disappointed with the Paella, it had to be one of the worst I've ever had. The place is tiny and parking is a challenge.

Be very careful and check the account carefully, last week 6 people went to celebrate a family member's birthday and we divided the account by 5 and between one thing or another we did not check the account which seemed quite high to us and that was when I arrived At my house I realized that they put 4 extra bottles of wine with the price of $70.00 each and that adding the tip, the total that was stolen from our account was $360.00!!! It was our fault for not looking at the bill at the time but it cannot be that one goes out to a restaurant that is supposed to be good but the lack of seriousness and honesty ends up being the lowest there can be in a restaurant, it cannot be that They steal it like that from one and if anyone has a doubt, I have the invoice and they were so stupid that the bottles of wine they gave us were not even the ones we really drank!! Be very careful, these people do not have the slightest respect for customers.

The food was delicious, the service excellent and the ambiance was very nice. I highly recommend: croquetas de pulp(Octopus croquettes, croquetas de bacalao ( cod croquettes ), and el pulpo a la Plancha. All the food was exceptionally delicious.

This place is so delicious! We had mariscos paella and Marinero sopa. The best I've ever tasted!

Just found a hidden Gem near the Gables, Grove and Little Havana area. A must see and taste for Tapas and Spaniard cuisine. Very charming place to dine. The girlfriend and I had an amazing early dinner, the attention was phenomenal, food was amazing and the decor set the mood to have an amazing evening. Place was supper!!!

New place in the area with great lunch special selections. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and the service is amazing. The short-rib was super tender and flavorful!! The fruit jelly with cheese was so addicting!! Will definitely be coming back to try the parrillada de marisco :)

The food is very good but ... Prices have changed and are now extremely expensive, they don't show prices on their official website and when you arrive and see they make you want to leave.

Descorche is a great restaurant. Wonderful paella and great tapas. The service is very good. The ambiance is nice, mostly quiet. They even have a room at the back if you have a larger party.

The staff ability to hold reservations and their treatment to repeated customers who pay cash (and tip well!) leaves much to be desired. Today, 4/23/2021, I called the restaurant at 11:50 am and reserved a specific table for 6:00 pm of the same day. They confirmed the reservation for said table. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 6:00 pm, the table I reserved 5 hours and 10 minutes earlier was occupied. One staff, as opposed to be apologetic for the situation, nonchalantly shook in his hand in direction to another table and told us to sit there, adding that he could not ask the other people who were occupying the table I reserved several hours earlier to change tables. This showed poor customer service skills and sensitivity to the customer. Their excuse was that the individuals occupying the table I had reserved had been there since 11ish am that morning. This is an invalid reason or excuse that seems to show either or both of the following: (1) Staff cannot be trusted to hold your reservations, even when you make a reservation five hours earlier and the reservation is confirmed by them. They are not trustworthy. (2) Staff does not treat all customers equally and gives preferential treatment to certain clients. It is worth noting in the past I have not been able to sit in the table of my preference because either the table was already reserved, or it was occupied. I have understood this and sat in a different table. However, when you reserved a table 5 hours and 10 minutes earlier and the staff does not respect your reservation but makes you respect others, you are not being treated equally. Do not come here. There is no guarantee they will hold your reservation or treat you equally to other customers.

We tried eggplant chips , Madrid style tripe, chorizo, gambas and brother rice with cod fish. Deserts tarts de Santiago and flan. Each dish was perfect. I highly recommend the restaurant,

Very good food, but not exceptional. Excellent wine but not serviced properly. For the price point, you can find better Spanish food in Miami.

The food was great and the service outstanding. I highly recommend the cod croquettes (croquetas de bacalao), huevos rotos, langostinos, and the clams (almejas). The clams in wine sauce was my favorite dish. I can't wait to go back.

Amazing food. Went there for tapas and had a variety of great ones. From tortilla to ensaladilla rusa, boquerones, garbanzos all accompanied by cold Alhambras. For desserts, the cheese tarta rustica is on point!

Great ambience makes me feel I am right back in Spain. The food was great snd large selection of wines. Their appetizers are huge like family style. Ended up not having dinner and just doing tapas. Would definitely go back again.

I got the seafood stew, fair warning that there is a full shrimp that come with it. Full. Shrimp. I got a bit startled by the eyes and antenna but thats okay. However, there was a hair in my food, mightve been mine but i dont know. So, I would suggest one of the steaks, they were far better and just more appetizing.

poor first impression . to begin with the dining area setup is not conducive to a pleasant atmosphere. If you want to have a dining experience where you want the next table to be less than 3 feet away ,the conversation is not private ,no social distancing .Disappointing for the decor is charming. room for improvement . Good wine list. Again ,maybe a bit overpriced .I t could be justified for the selection seemed well beted. Had a spanish TORO reserve that was excelente. I always order tapas first when its my first visit. Ordered the Pulpo al a Gallega (overcooked and packed with potatoes)bread was served with frozen butter ? in packs that you get in airplanes or DENNY S?. Next Calamares a la plancha, again overcooked ,but not bad for the price .Decided to cut my losses short and not order anything else .was tempted to order a fish dish or a soup or both. But the whole thing was turning so uncomfortable .Server had to use a servers tray to acomodarte one of the tapas for there was not enough room at the table.Asked for check . Server presented it and used the small credit card processing machine .the smallest tip would be none but am used to paying for my mistakes I gave him 18%. total 118 dollars. Would have done better at ElCarajo ,down the street .

The restaurant is beautiful inside with traditional Spanish decorations. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent.
