This used to be my go-to outlet for years, then over time, a lot of the affordable stores closed and were replaced with high-end brand name stores, which I don't shop at or need to. I'm also at that age where I really don't need things anymore, and only go to outlets maaaybe once or twice a year now...but heck, I was on my way home from Phoenix and passing by so why not take a detour?
This is a fairly big outlet and is split into an East Village and West Village (there's a small street with a crosswalk in between). The East Village is bigger and has the more high-end stores like Celine, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Louboutin, Versace, Gucci, etc. I do like shopping on this side since I like to check out Nike, Converse, Radley London and such (more affordable for me). There is a food court at the corner between Versace and Zumiez, which currently (June 2023) includes Kahala Coffee Traders/Surf Cit Squeeze, Sbarro, House of Bao, Five Guys, and Pinkberry vending machines. A new ramen shop is scheduled to open soon, too (Ramen King by Keisuke). There's also a Blaze Pizza and Wetzel's Pretzels between Burberry and Coach Outlet.
The West Village consists more of the moderate name brands, if that makes sense, like Lucky Brand Jeans, Lululemon, 7 for All Mankind, etc., but also includes Off Fifth/Saks Fifth Avenue and Last Call by Neiman Marcus. They had a foodcourt here, too, right near the crosswalk between the villages, which was better than the East Village IMO and was consistently busy, but it looks like it's closed. I didn't check it out myself since I was on a time crunch and only stayed in the East Village, but it's just blacked out on the online map and none of the eateries that I knew where there aren't listed on the website anymore. The Starbucks across from that closed foodcourt is still open though.
This is a pretty popular outlet so although there's plenty of parking, it's hard to find a spot during big holiday sales so best to arrive early.
