"Technically, the outlets are about 30 minutes outside city limits, but anyone who’s been will agree that the drive to or from Palm Springs isn't complete without a stop here. So massive is this shopping complex that it’s actually resembles a small town, with designer stores lining the recently revamped “streets” (though we think they’d benefit from the addition of a few more restaurants). Here, you’ll find off-price outposts for Barneys New York, Frette, Bottega Veneta, Prada, YSL, James Perse and so many more."

Absolutely a must stop on the 10 fwy if you're driving to and from los angeles to palm springs. Pretty much all name brands are here. Roomy walkways. Plenty of restrooms and parking. Clean, luxurious and modern shopping.

I LOVE this mall! For me, it's not easy to get to, but so worth it! I have been twice so far, but I have yet to see the entire mall! What do I love? Well for starters, the variety of shops is different than all the outlet malls I have visited before. Next would have to be the size- it's enormous! I can honestly say there's something there for everyone. Also, the collection of designer merchandise is vast. And believe it or not, the prices are not outrageous. Yes, you do have some stores with elevated pricing, but you should bear in mind these are still discounted prices, so just imagine what you would normally to pay! The two trips I have made, I purchased shoes! Both were great deals and both were designers. I will say this is my favorite outlet mall, maybe even my favorite mall period!

Google
Beautiful outlet that we randomly decided to stop buy on our trip back from Palm Springs glad we did much nicer than the one in camarillo which was really surprising very clean huge variety of stores might be my new favorite outlet to go to now!

Google
These outlets are next to each other premium desert hills outlets and the cabezon outlets. Lots of different stores to do your shopping for all budgets. A few restaurants and eateries along the way. Plenty of parking but can get busy. You'll find some discounts in some of the stores. The premises are kept neat and clean restrooms available too. A nice walk with beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. Some art work throughout. Will definitely return.

ดีมากๆ This outdoor shopping plaza is absolutely stunning and perfect for a sunny day out. Surrounded by beautifully maintained palm trees and stylish architecture, the atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing. The plaza features high-end brands like Jimmy Choo and offers plenty of shaded seating areas for shoppers to rest and enjoy the surroundings. The open layout allows for a pleasant walking experience, and the fountain in the center adds a refreshing touch. It's clean, elegant, and ideal for both shopping and simply soaking up the vibe of a chic, desert-modern lifestyle. Highly recommended for fashion lovers and those who enjoy a bit of luxury!

Google
Desert Hills Premium Outlets has all the major designer stores — Gucci, Chloé, Celine, Tom Ford, and more — so it’s a great place if you’re looking to do luxury outlet shopping. Some stores had long lines while others had none. We came across the Valentino store, and it was the only one where the front security wasn’t pleasant. There was only one customer inside, no line at all, yet he still told us to “wait in line” because they were helping someone. It felt unnecessary and a bit rude, especially when the store was basically empty. It came off like he just wanted to make people wait to feel important. Because of that, we decided not to go in.

Google
Great big outlet center with a lot of high end designer outlets. Worth a day trip to walk around this huge center and search for bargains. If you’re looking for luxury brands, this is one of the top outlet centers I’ve been to on the west coast. Compares to the luxury part of Sawgrass Mills on the east coast

Google
It's so nice shopping in this area. The stores are very clean and the sales clerks are very welcoming and polite. It's nice to be able to step outside and get a breath of fresh air when going to the next shop

Yelp
We come here on Black Friday every year and it's always an interesting experience. We arrive sharp at 7 am and park for free at the parking structure. If you arrive past 8am there will be NO free parking anywhere at all. Every place with Black Friday deals will have a massive line and a long wait time. I chose to wait for Ralph Lauren, ugg, and lululemon. If I had to guess I think lululemon and Nike have the longest line with 1+ hour wait times. I honestly thought it was worth it because I got 8 items at lululemon for $300 and it made me very happy. But honestly waiting in these lines is only worth it if you think spending 1 hour of your time is worth X number of savings. Definitely come with low expectations though. We also waited 30 mins in line just for Starbucks... I will be here again next Black Friday as well Everyone complains about Black Friday and says it's a nightmare but you can't expect to get good deals with no competition. It's also exciting! I also recommend bringing a sun umbrella to evade the sun while in line and bring water!

Yelp
Not sure how my review erased but I don't mind giving another one!!! This is the best outlet in Cali!! They have absolutely everything!! From designer such as : Balenciaga, Gucci, golden goose, and now Skims!! I always find very good deals here!! And during the holidays they have really good deals, though it's super crowded the lines go fast and it's worth it. You find literally stuff that's 50% off. They have a really good nice Burberry store here that always has good deals at all times. It was so crowded this time around that I did not make it to the other side of the outlets, but I will be back in a couple weeks to finish all my Christmas shopping. However, this is the outlet I go to yearly and at least two or three times a year because they always have really nice things and good deals. I love how they have the high-end luxury stores and the affordable stores that we all love as well. The parking is sometimes a headache, but they do have parking available if you want to park valet. They have good service and very good selections for the most part. I would definitely say save up throughout the year for some nice quality clothing/purses etc. this is the place to shop!! -Marshay D.

Yelp
This is an amazing outlet to visit while visiting Palm Springs. There are a lot of stores in this outlet such as Saint Laurent , Gucci, Lululemon , Alo, Long Champ to name a few. The stores I visited most of them had really amazing employees. Customer service was really good. This outlet is perfect to visit during holidays since there is a variety of stores. It is perfect to buy gifts for the people on the list. Prices for certain items are cheaper than the stores in the mall. For parking, there is plenty of parking spots; therefore, finding parking spot is not issue at all.

Yelp
This outlet mall has been here for years and remodeled a few times. It's a huge space with hundreds of stores. Be prepared for a walking workout. Layout has stores in two large pods in an oval pattern. Be sure to go through short tunnel to access all the shops. Love that Desert Hills has a lot of budget friendly stores with some high end premium brands. The covered parking in the hot sun is a huge bonus! I like that most stores we shopped actually had clearance or true outlet pricing and not the retail switch some outlets have. Got a few items at Lululemon that were 60% off retail pricing. Be patient and look for real deals! My only issue is lack of food/drink options. There are a few pop up shops or food trucks, but not enough for the volume of people here. If you want people to spend money, give them food to sustain that shopping workout!

Yelp
This is much nicer than many of the outlets around LA. They have everything from luxury brands to athletic brands to things you might find in your average mall. It is a HUGE space, much larger than you'd think from looking at the map. Even if you're not buying, you could still walk and window-shop for hours. The decor is very nice and desert themed, and there are many food trucks. Parking seemed horrible and busy at first glance, but we opted for the top level of the parking garage- it was empty and there is an exit immediately off the top level.

Yelp
YELP SHORT ANSWER: Yes, amazing... bring large wallet, credit cards, crypto, or gold bouillon. LOCATION: Not too long ago it all was just sand and worthless dirt next to the 10 Freeway but this area has transformed into a beautiful gigantic outdoor mall, lots of parking but take your chances during peak season. Looks safe enough to park your Bentley. LODGING: If you're a hard core shopper you can stay nearby at Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa located next door in Cabazon (check reviews). You can also inquire about shuttles for Palm Springs area resorts. FACILITY: Very new looking, fresh modern, and very clean. Seems to function very well for shoppers and employees but a lot of walking, you can get your 10,000 steps in very easily. FOOD: Ate outside at Birba and had a great time, not too busy and the staff there were fun and excellent to interact with. I will do a separate review on Birba but it had great value. They also had a branded Starbucks and a separate food court that did not look great and prices were kind of steep. SHOPS: You will find 180 high, high-end, and luxury brand shops here. If shopping when it is warm and you want to Visit a luxury brand store like Gucci or Christian Louboutin, plan on standing in line as they have guarded entry and only allow a limited amount of people in the store at a time so wear sunscreen and a hat. TIP: If this is your first visit and you have a lot of excess cash, plan on spending, and I do mean spending, most of a day here. It is worth it and some of the shops do have great pricing.

Yelp
Desert Hills Premium Outlets is one of my favorite places to shop when I want variety and a little bit of retail adventure. There are so many different stores to explore, from luxury brands to everyday favorites, and I always seem to find something I didn't know I needed. It is easy to spend a few hours wandering from shop to shop, and the deals make it even more satisfying. The layout is spacious, the setting is clean and well maintained, and everything feels organized even with how large the property is. I especially appreciate the mix of styles and price points, which makes it easy to find something for just about anyone. If you enjoy a good browse with plenty of options, this spot is always a fun and productive outing.

Yelp
This outlet center does a good job despite the desert heat. Once inside, the stores are cool and comfortable, which is a big relief. The escalators in the middle make it easy to get around, and the overall layout is convenient. Good variety of stores we found some of my farvorite stores, my wife and got stuff for the kids. You know I like outltet prices. Staff across the stores were friendly and helpful. A solid shopping stop, especially if you need a break from the road.

Yelp
Good selection of stores but navigating the plaza itself is a bit of a chore. Be prepared for that upon entering the property.

Yelp
I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this outlet. It's hands down my favorite outlet in southern California and I've been to many. Once or twice a year I would make the effort to drive out here to find some good deals and styles. I never leave empty handed, but the amount I spend fluctuates. I always spend longer than I expect to, but that is why I take solo trips out here so that I can definitely take my time and go at my own pace. My favorite stores would be ysl, tory burch, Coach, lululemon, and Prada. Last time I was here, a few stores closed but some are opening. For instance, Skims has an official location here now, but Express, furla, and Forever21 closed and Victoria's Secret is reopening. Some other stores you can find here are Gucci, Jimmy choo, Kate spade, Celine, Cristian Louboutin, Diesel, and more. They have supposedly 180 stores plus morongo next door if you want to test your luck or eat at the buffet. Before the pandemic, they had an amazing lobster buffet but no more. After the pandemic, market place buffet opened up, but I spent the whole day shopping from 1130-830 so I didn't get to try it out. I'll be back probably again in 2026, and I am sure i won't be disappointed!

Yelp
If you've ever taken a drive to Palm Springs in Southern California, you drive past Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon . This outlet mall has all the brands that you want to shop at. It's in a beautiful location. There's plenty of places to eat and you can always find a bargain. I totally recommend you stopping and not just driving past it.

Yelp
I'm beyond frustrated with the state of clothing today--especially when it comes to women's options. Every time I visit the Cabazon Outlets, I hope to find something made with real cotton or at least mostly cotton, with just a hint of spandex or elastane to give it structure. But instead, I'm bombarded with racks of polyester and other synthetic fabrics full of chemicals I don't want anywhere near my body. These aren't just "harmless" chemicals. The clothing industry is drenched in endocrine disruptors and hormone-disrupting chemicals. These substances are used to dye, treat, and finish fabrics, and they don't just wash away. They sit there, next to our skin, seeping into our bodies. It's no wonder so many women are suffering from hormone-related diseases and problems--PCOS, thyroid issues, infertility, you name it. What we put on our skin matters, and yet most brands don't seem to care. It's not just clothing either. These hormone disruptors are in our skincare, hair products, and makeup. We're practically bathing in chemicals, and then everyone acts surprised when so many women have chronic health issues. And recycled polyester? Don't even get me started. They might slap a "green" label on it, but it's still recycled chemicals. What's the difference? It's still bad for us. Then there's the pricing insult. Remember when sweatshirts used to go on sale for $40? Now, I see "sale" signs, and they're still charging $100 or $120 for poorly made, synthetic garbage. They expect us to pay more for clothing that's not only overpriced but potentially harmful to our health. Why should I spend money on something that might make me sick? The textile industry is failing us--especially women. We deserve clothing that's made from safe, natural materials. Real cotton. Quality fabrics. And at prices that don't make us feel like we're being scammed. Until brands figure that out, I'm done. I'm not paying more for clothing that compromises my health and well-being. Women deserve better--period.

Yelp
A thunderstorm forced us off the freeway (a great excuse to go shopping) as we saw and passed the Desert Hills Premium Outlets, conveniently located just off the 10 Freeway. With the rain pouring down, we managed to find the East Village Parking Entrance near the Disabled Parking and entered with keen anticipation to see if the rain will damper our respite from the thunderstorm. Fortunately, we were not disappointed because there were covered walkways except between buildings where we would run between the rain drops. This Premium Outlets had many of the designer and premium brands that made our hearts leap when we saw the many bargains and discounts being offered. I found a wonderful Citizen watch that I've been waiting for and I was pleasantly surprised about the 65% + another 10% off the Retail Price and it was brand new with original 5 year manufacture's warranty. WOW!!! My wife found a couple of Steve Madden designer shoes and it was a deal!!! Great selection to choose from!!! Lots of Restrooms conveniently located all over the "Village" and there's a Food Court and a Food Alley. Parking Structure located nearby. A definite place for a return visit!!!

Yelp
My husband and I visited this Ralph Lauren outlet store over the weekend and were impressed by the store size and amount of offerings as we first walked in. I fell in love with two blazers that were featured on the mannikins, but could not find them on the floor. It took 2 sales members 10 minutes to locate them for me, and all they had were size XXS. I needed a small, so that was disappointing. I did find a very cool racing jacket that thankfully was in my size (small). The price was $348 which was a great buy considering the quality of this amazing garment. I usually shop at the regular full price Ralph Lauren store, so I knew this was a steal! Later I looked on Ebay to see if people were selling the same jacket there, and the price was $600 for a used identical jacket! So even though I did not get the blazers I wanted, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Michelle S.

Yelp
Horrible Horrible manager. Acts like a mean high schooler towards customers and refused us a return for no reason which is illegal btw:)) We've filed a report with corporate so we'll see how that goes! We could've been understanding about the issue, but not when the store manager decides it's okay to treat customers like this. To the manager: Treating customers with mutual respect is your most basic skill to master in your role. Do it and stop abusing your "power".
google avatar

Yelp
This has got to be the biggest outlet mall I have ever been to. A mile(?) or so of just store after store... middle-of-the-road brands and high-end brands. Lot of decent dining options as well. It does get super busy and parking was a bear.
google avatar

Richard H.

Yelp
Always a great place to come when in the area as there is always something for everyone from the average retail shops to the high end fashionista stores.
google avatar

Rochelle M.

Yelp
It's been a few years since our last visit to these outlets -- it has grown so much! While I remembered a handful of high-end designer brands back then, our shopping experience this time was vastly different. Most of the luxury brands are guarded and allow a very limited number of customers inside. I personally will not wait in line just to go into a store, so we skipped those. Despite that, we spent almost 4 hours here. Most of the stores were easy to shop with very helpful staff. The Lululemon store was insane and the most crowded. The Food Hall is small but there are more vendors in other areas. We visited on a Thursday. It wasn't too crowded. Parking was plentiful and easy. There's lots of comfortable seating for shopping breaks. It did get a bit breezy and cold at times, especially in the sections closest to the freeway.

Yelp
It's been a decade since I've been to Desert Hills Outlet. I just say. A lot has changed tremendously. Definitely recommend coming here. You'll need a few hours if not a full day to shop here. Lots of big name designer stores including a ~Gucci Store ~Yves Saint Laurent ~Dolce & Gabana ~Tory Burch To just make a few. But they have practically all the well known shops. I came on Saturday November 18th Right before the Thanksgiving holiday and there were lines in almost the popular shops. You can get some pretty good deals here especially when they have their huge sales. The Tory Burch store sales were ok. Not too much savings but any savings is better than none. I was excited to come to Brandini Toffee. My main reason for my visit but my cousin wanted to come to the Nike outlet. ~Brandini toffee shop is a must stop in. To get some sweet tummy toffee treats. They offer samples. I wanted something to enjoy while i shop. So i grabbed a toffee shake. Best decision ever. The associate was really nice to separate my shake for mee into 2 cups so that I can share my shake w my cousin. Since it's a thick ice cream shake. I was worried it'll be too much. We shared. Next time I'm definitely getting my own. Take my advice and get your own shake. Lol. The line for that store was crazy cause they have the best sales ever. They offer eateries around the entire outlet. They even have a Starbucks. Wear a sweater cause it definitely can get a bit cold here. Breezy since it's off the freeway. Lots of parking available.

Yelp
Very busy today cause of the Christmas Season shopping. Considered as an upscale outdoor shopping mall. High-end designer name brands here for all shoppers who really looking for sale additional discounts. To name few of stores here: NIKE MICHAEL KORS COACH STEVE MADDEN BOSS KAY JEWELERS JOURNEYS GUCCI ALDO ARMANI ZUMI TORY BURCH CONVERSE JIMMY CHOO BALENCIAGA
google avatar

Yelp
I've always found such amazing deals at this place! Always the best of service here, so many stores to choose from. They have a DKNY store here that I love! So many stores to choose from though as I said. The selection is pretty vast, you could find anything here really.

Yelp
This is truly a premium outlet! Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Balmain, Prada, Gucci, Kate Spade, Burberry, Celine, Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and more. I I personally couldn't even still afford most of the things, a $700 shirt is still not in my budget. But I did go to Prada and there was a pair of boots that were originally $900 marked down to $365 and they were half off. Of course, they only had one size left, but still. You never know, you might get lucky! Most of the employees dressed in black because they couldn't afford the clothes and some of them were aloof and some of them were super friendly smalltown people like the rest of Palm Springs. Try it out!

Angelica R.

Yelp
Another amazing purchase at my favorite Ferragamo store. Thank Giovanni for always helping me. Very nice welcoming from Store manager Donella and staff. I leave very pleased every time.

Yelp
Luxury outlets: Saint Laurent, Gucci, Celine, Prada, Valentino, Chloe, Bottega Veneta, etc. Ranges from typical outlet brands such as Lululemon, Marc Jacobs, American Eagle to stores that normally don't offer outlet like luxury stores, Alo, or Reformation. There's a large parking structure that can fill up on holiday weekends. Free parking but also $10 valet option. Nice outdoor outlet with something for everyone. Well maintained and down the street from Morongo Casino.

Yelp
What a grand outdoors shopping outlet to check out on your way to and from Palm Springs! Desert Hills Premium Outlet is right next door to Cabazon Outlets. I have always thought all of it was Cabazon Outlets, but it turns out they are neighbors LOL. I have been here on a few occasions in the past. Quite a bit of high end designer name brand stores (90+ men's stores, 100+ women's stores... WOW!!!) such as Armani, Gucci, BOSS, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Coach, Guess, NIKE, Skechers, The North Face, Vans, and many more. Go check out their store directory and be amazed. Unfortunately, they have very limited dining options though like 6 of them LOL which was surprising for a huge mall. Blaze Pizza, Wetzel's Pretzels, Five Guys, Sbarro, Starbucks, and Kahala Coffee TradersSurf City Squeeze (quite a mouth full to say LOL) are it for now. Anyway, after leaving the Palm Springs area and on our way home this past weekend, my eldest daughter and I came here to get something to eat thinking there would be a lot of dining options, but NO SIREE BOB! Fortunately, we like Blaze Pizza and Wetzel's Pretzel so we got lucky. You may want to get something to eat elsewhere prior to coming here if you're selective with your food choices IMHO. Maybe they should open up some space for a gigantic food mall... that would be nice. Btw, they have good size covered and uncovered parking areas. What's neat is the covered parking structure has the sensored parking spots where they tell you which spot is open versus occupied... go for the green light LOL! Happy Shopping and Dining!!!
google avatar

Jan D.

Yelp
Always my go to and favorite outlet. You will always find something good here and the parking is abundant if you plan your trip correctly. The only thing missing here is more food options. Other than that, the best outlet!

Yelp
Desert Hills Premium Outlets is one of few full scale Outlets in Southern California and this open-air mall is located approximately 90 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles. Just for a quick comparison, Desert Hills Premium Outlets has 180+ stores vs 160+ stores at Camarillo Premium Outlets vs 130+ stores at Citadel Outlets. [Parking]: Free and relatively easy parking with a huge parking structure. $10 for "premium" parking (Friday to Sunday only - located on Level One of the East Village Parking Deck). [Stores]: Some of high-end luxury brands include Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade New York, Prada, Fendi, Saint Laurent Paris, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Versace, etc. I saw a waiting line for Burberry, but Gucci had an even LONGER waiting line. [Other comments]: This place has one of the worst food courts out of all other Southern California outlets I had visited. Awful selection with no Panda Express and only Sbarro. House of Baos didn't look appealing and why visit Five Guys when In-and-Out is located approximately one mile away from the Outlets? Limited food truck options located near Polo Ralph Lauren. A separate and small outlets (Cabazon Outlets with only 18 shops) is located right next to Desert Hills Premium Outlets. A solid 4-star on luxury retail options, but minus 1-star on the not-so-good food court. Oh and don't forget outdoor weather can also be an issue during hot summer months.
google avatar

Hannah M.

Yelp
Wow where to even begin with this massive outlet mall. I am from Oklahoma and we don't have anything near in comparison to this. The Neiman Marcus outlet alone has so many more brands than i ever saw when Vegas had their Neimans outlet still in business. Fantastic sales and brands. I bought a Prada wallet for $450 that was normally $800 on their website with the softest butterfly like leather. Burberry with the sale i got a coat almost half off original retail value. Not to mention the sweetest employees there. Tons of dining tables and benches with shade throughout this mall. I also noticed the food court was decent in options but i feel like they could use some more indoor seating!
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
One of the largest malls in all of Southern California. This outdoor outlet mall is really something special and is divided into two main areas with two different food courts. They probably have over 150 stores, and literally every shopping place you can think of. It took my buddy and I several hours to check out the entire mall. I liked the layout, and the mountains in the background added a nice scenic background. You can visit the directory listing on Google, but almost anything you can think of is there including places like Coach, Jimmy Choo's, Nike, Levi's, Gucci, Chico's, Guess, Converse, etc. Far too many to list. We ate in one of the food courts at Kahala Coffee Traders. Pretty good salads. If you can make the trip out east to Cabazon, it is well worth it. Lots of parking as well.

Yelp
This is always a must stop on the way to Palm Springs!!! They have a great variety of stores along with the sales. The place is always very clean as well. And besides shopping I gotta stop at their lunch truck they have in their "Tacos in a cup" they are fire!!! I try to go early mornings before it gets too hot and during the holidays it does get pretty crowded as most places do. But this has been a very nice place to come shopping

Yelp
THE premium outlet shopping center in Southern California, Desert Hills Premium Outlets is a two-part one-level outdoor mall, having outlet stores and outlet prices for certain luxury brands that you can't find anywhere else in the area. It's no secret that shopping centers (both regular malls and outlets) have lost a lot of foot traffic in the past 10 years, but malls like these that focus on high-end off-the-rack fashion continue to be doing OK. It was fairly busy on a Friday afternoon, and there were quite a few stores that had long lines outside the store, only letting a certain number of people in, to maintain that optimum associate to customer ratio. Truth be told, I didn't really go into any store, but instead buying food for the non-shoppers in our group and enjoying the California weather outside, waiting. I did have a chance to walk the entire length of the mall and back. It consists of two ends: the West village and the East Village. It is divided by a road, which has now been closed off to car traffic (I really like this..it was actually a pain for both pedestrians trying to cross into the other side, and drivers trying to avoid running into shopper before when the road was open). The West village is just one long walkway with stores on either side, while the bigger East Village is circular allowing one loop to see everything. The anchor stores on the West is the two outlet arms of Saks (Off Fifth) and Neimans (Last Call)...both of these are located in other places in SoCal and Desert Hills doesn't have the other 2 (Nordstrom Rack and Bloomingdale Outlet). The East Village anchors are Nike, Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Michael Kors which are in a lot of places. But it also has Burberry Outlet, which is only found here in SoCal. Smaller stores with big name designers include Gucci and YSL. The food choices have gotten a lot better, too. There were plenty of mom and pop type street food vendors open, mostly specializing in regional Mexican food and are spread across the mall. There is also a Blaze Pizza and Five Guys Burgers, both found deep in the East Village. There is no sit-down casual restaurant here (like a BW3 or a Chili's), nor fast food chains like McDonalds. It's on the way to Palm Springs from Los Angeles, and could be a part of a long day trip to Palm Springs if you don't spend too much time there. But since most likely you won't be able to help yourself, a visit to Palm Springs for our visitors ended up being nixed. Maybe next time.

Yelp
I need to update my review. The new management staff for the mall has definitely earned my respect. I've worked in this mall since 2007 (left a few times but always came back) and have seen a lot of managers/staff come and go. I will say that Chris and team walk the mall constantly and are checking to make sure things around the mall look beautiful and are even upgrading the outside aesthetics. They recently started replacing the outdoor furniture and have even added misters in high traffic areas to cool down guests as they walk around the mall. They have even added several events for clients during this year that are upscale and rewarding. Well done Chris and team! Thank you for your support. You've definitely earned every bit of this 5-Star review and changed my mind!

Yelp
Haven't been here in so long and it's better than I remember. You can spend hours here and still not hit up every store you want. Some stores you'll find here: Saint Laurent, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Tory Burch, Vince, Theory, Zadig & Voltaire, AllSaints, etc. For the luxury stores, there's usually a line to get in since they limit the amount of people in their stores. This is a great place to spend an afternoon in Palm Springs.

Yelp
Pretty much all the best of product brand names are here. Shoes, apparels, jewelries etc. Services mostly good and warm except for few places. Offers good holiday sale discount prices in many stores. Went to Nike and inspite of long line at check out, it went smooth. All counters were open and cashiers were efficient in processing purchases. Credit to their staff. Lots of people going shopping. Very festive mood with all the decorations and lightings. Fun visit and enjoyable shopping.

Yelp
An "outlet" means lower prices. The definition means to sell discounted goods. This "outlet mall" has full retail prices. On several different occasions, I have spent a considerable amount of time going in and out of these stores hoping to come across significant savings and found nothing "discounted." The prices were so ridiculous that I found that shopping at a regular mall and using a store's discount offerings were much more affordable (and honest). Never going back. I do not understand why anyone would shop at this ridiculous mall.

Yelp
It's been about 8 or so years since I've last been here and noticed how everything has changed. The shops have all been remodeled and no longer has a huge parking lot like before. Similar to how Camarillo is. They built a covered parking structure, which is fantastic for this location because it hits 100+ out here in the Desert. They still do have open air parking available, but have closed off some the entrances to vehicles. There are more high end shops and the walking area is clean and big.

Yelp
4 stars Definitely an outlet worth visiting! A lot of mid-to-high end retail that includes Express, Victoria's Secret, Paige, Billabong, Northface, Coach, Michael Kor, Prada, Fendi, Burberry, Karl Lagerfield, and etc. If you're into high-end purses/wallets, this is the outlet to go to. However, I'd recommend checking prices online before making any high-end purchase because I saw a couple of Miu Miu purses and wallets that didn't have "outlet prices". If you do make a purchase on a full-priced item, you'd still save on sales tax. As of August 2022, my receipt stated a total of 7.75% sales tax. Free parking in a parking structure or open parking lot. It does get hot and dry in the desert, however, there's a nice breeze that passes through, so it didn't feel like 93°F. And I super-appreciated the snow cone truck - I was parched and it saved my life! The only thing I disliked were the limited food options. However, I don't think they get enough foot traffic to warrant more options than what they currently have. It's a dog-friendly outdoor outlet, but a lot of stores are NOT dog-friendly. Some dog-friendly stores are Prada, Coach, Brookside(?), Banana Republic. Even though some stores state that they aren't dog-friendly, they'll allow dogs in strollers to enter their stores.

Yelp
I hadn't been to this outlet mall for a few years but used to go regularly and it was really a great outlet. I am guessing new owners took it over at some point and have ruined it. First of all, navigating to and from the complex from the highway is perilous -do it at your own risk. There are very confusing turnabouts with many confused drivers coming from all directions -in short, it's dangerous. It is outrageously unclear how to actually get over to the mall. As for the shopping experience, the layout of the complex now is strange and very long. The signage maps for stores seem deliberately misleading and my guess is to keep you walking past more stores. The stores themselves aren't an interesting range of options for either your fashion preferences or your wallet. I was mildly curious to enter Prada but it appeared that a guard only allowed a few people in at a time so people were waiting outside -and this was on a slow business day. I really can't see this outlet mall lasting over time. Everything about it was disappointing and I won't be back.

Yelp
Very nice outlet with lots of stores, good food court and beautiful views. Me and my wife went here for the first time and found it enjoyable, clean and well maintained. Some of the stores are a bit upscale for us, but found and few we like.

Yelp
Better call before you go. When it's very windy Con Edison will shut the power off to reduce fire hazards. Made three (3) trips from Palm Springs, first two (2) the mall was closed. That being said, there are more outlet shopping options here than anywhere I've seen from the mid-range to very high end retailers.

Yelp
Went in with a friend of mine today to check out this brand new outlet store. The store is nice and well laid out and great service from the store staff. Pricing is still a bit high for the majority of the product, but I lucked out and got a great T- shirt that was $790 originally for $158 and I I'm super happy about that!! Thank you Givenchy.

Yelp
Desert Hill has morphed over the years, from the usual bland, same old Freeway strip mall outlet. Now it's upscale destination Outlet Mall, bringing in bus loads of tourists and overseas shoppers. We've been stopping here for the last twenty-five years and really appreciate the upgrades. It's so enjoyable now and the deals are pretty good, too.

Yelp
As I formerly mentioned: I have been switching off shopping at Desert Hills Premium Outlets and Ontario Mills Outlets was due to stocking up for new job. I was in dire need of a whole new wardrobe!!!! That and it's super fun just walking around the Outlets with numerous stores to choose from. After having visited these Outlets several times last year and this year, I never went back to any malls again. One can find such reasonable prices in either Outlet, why bother driving to the malls for more expensive prices for the same exact brands?! I love the new looks of Desert Hills Premium Outlets after they built parking structures. Customer Service: 10/10 very efficient and friendly from all stores I shopped at so far~Swarovski, Coach, Sketchers, Billabong and Saks Fifth Avenue. Restrooms~10/10. they were evenly distributed in-easy-to-find locations such as right around the corner of 'Coach.' Parking: multi-level parking structures have been extremely helpful~I like to beat the crowds so I always arrived right at opening hour. Food Selections~10/10~they now vendor through food trucks too. I would rather order off food trucks than food court. The only thing was: I couldn't find the Dooney and Burke store. Siiiiiigh. I think they didn't make it through the Pandemic so I switched back to Coach. I've been a D&B fan till I lost them here. For the holidays last year, they decorated a super tall, gigantic Christmas tree which were all fully lighted. Can't wait to return again during Veterans' Day weekend.

Yelp
THIS STORE ONLY DO EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDITS. When I went to return an item, the sales told me they didn't accept return and it listed at the bottom of the receipt. This is the first time I shopped at All saint outlet store. How do I know your policy if no one told me when I purchased the item? Who will read the whole receipt? If you don't want to do return you should let your customers know or have a sign in the store. Why you have all the discount tag in the store and all the sales would mention the discount you have while I was shopping but no one mentioned your special return policy. Very disappointed. Please improve your customer service. This is a very bad shopping experience I've ever had.

Yelp
We came here 8 weeks ago. Desert Hills Premium Outlets is an upscale outdoor shopping mall featuring high-end designer outlet stores. This is the largest group of high-end designer outlets at one mall that I've ever seen. This mall was clean! We walked through some of the stores and window shopped others, such as Brooks Brothers, Polo Ralph Lauren, Armani, Armani Exchange, Burberry, Clarks and Tommy Hilfiger. Stores were clean, and, for the most part, the employees were welcoming and helpful. I saw so many great prices. I'm surprised that I stayed at this outdoor mall long enough to see these stores because it was over 100 degrees outside, and constantly walking outside in the heat then walking into stores that turned their air conditioning level to turbo freeze. I saw a lot of things that I liked, but nothing that I really needed, so I walked away with nothing.

Yelp
Always a good trip to these outlets! Lots of merchandise to choose from at all price points. All staff members were very helpful at each store I visited. There was an issue with the credit card machines not working at various stores due to internet connection issues and stores made sure customers were aware.

Yelp
Was a fun day walking around shopping. It really feels like you can walk in circles around here forever looking at all the stores. Almost labyrinthine at times. When we went there were a lot of sales happening on everything. I guess end of season clear out? Tbh my favorite was the choice of food trucks they had, so many delicious smells!
