Deserto Pizzeria

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had excellent cheese coverage. The base bread of pizza was thin and very delicious. Other guest ordered a balsamic sauce salad and they enjoyed the fresh arugula. The indoor sitting is limited however the outside is spacious. I would come again to try a cannoli!

Wow, Wow,Wow!!… What a treat.. this place is definitely a hidden gem for those that have not been there. Get out there and support a local business, don’t miss out.. so very good.

Such a cute spot! The views of the mountains were wonderful. The 70s playlist made my mom reminisce about her younger years clubbing. The food was delicious!

This is my go to place when I’m craving good wood fired pizza and beer. The pizzas are personal size, but very filling. 🍕 Definitely a good place for a date night, I love the vibe and that you can see the star on the mountain. ⭐️

Deserto Pizzeria is a hidden gem! This tiny spot serves up super delicious pizza that keeps me coming back for more. The service is fantastic, making the experience even better. The only downside is that the music can get pretty loud at times, but it’s worth it for the amazing food. Highly recommend checking it out!

very good pizza. i especially liked the dough. the center didn’t get all soggy like most neapolitan style pizzas get. we ate our pizzas to go bcuz the wait was too long for a table. but the pizzas came out super fast to go.

We stopped by in the middle of a busy day. The pizza was cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven. The entire staff was exceptional and friendly. The pizza was so good we forgot to take a picture! We are definitely looking forward to stopping by again and trying some more pizzas.

I want more pizza!!!!!! Two words….SO DELICIOUS! My family ordered the Stella and Bianca. The Stella is the classic pepperoni pizza and the Bianca is a white sauce pizza with lemon zest, ricotta, red onions, mozzarella, balsamic, arugula, and extra virgin olive oil. The Stella had such great flavor. We’ve eaten our share of pizzas from all over the country and this one is so tasty. The pepperoni itself was just that quality goodness that you only find fresh out of the deli. It’s so good. The Bianca blew me away! The balsamic is a must! It takes the flavors over the edge and makes it that much more flavorful. It’s good all by itself but that balsamic vinegar adds more height to the flavors and the ricotta rounds it all out to make it balanced. My one and only gripe….I wish it was bigger so I can eat more of it!!!! The sizes of the pizza are about the size of a small/medium. It was just too good and we left nothing on those pizza pans. We look forward to going back again very soon! Overall, HUGE recommendation for this place!

The food, music, views, and atmosphere were just what we needed after a long drive. I 100% recommend.

We decided to go the one on Montana and it in such a unique location and the setting was very inviting despite it was so small. We ordered 2 pizzas based on the recommendation from the server as she made it sound that they were very small, when we got him we could've just had one, ad it was more like a medium for us. We also ordered their tomato salad with mozzarella salad and that was pretty good...all in all, it was great pizza...thought it was a bit pricey...we had 2 pizzas, salad and 2 drinks for around $70...great experience! Enjoy!

The staff was really friendly. The ambiance was really nice outside. I think I just happened to be there in a great day. It was nicely sheltered, breezy and cool. The food was delicious. I ordered my pizzas to-go but I recommend eating there. I had a slice before I left and it was perfect. I've been searching for good pizza in EP but I have not been successful til today. There are other spots that are mentioned but they're food trucks that don't open until 6pm. That's late for me. Deserto is my favorite now. I don't have a reason to keep searching. I can't wait till my next pizza craving.

Deserto was absolutely delicious!!!! We got their Tejas pizza and the flavor was amazing. I highly recommend this place. In addition the cannoli was perfect, not too sweet just perfect. Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely.

WOW!! This is some of THE BEST PIZZA here in EP!! We got a salad and that was some phenomenal salad. We got the mushroom and all cheese pizzas, and both were delicious! We got some cannolis, and those cannolis were great! Our service was very nice and chill. The patio was also very beautiful. Definitely come when the weather is nice. I will definitely be coming back!

Before taking our daughter and family to the airport, we stopped at Deserto Pizzeria for dinner. We ordered a balsamic dressed salad for a starter. We ordered three pizzas to share. We ordered the cheese pizza, the pepperoni pizza and a mushroom pizza. Everything was delicious. We ate on their outdoor patio since their indoor seating is very limited. Service was excellent.

went a couple weeks ago on a date night. place is super tiny - a little too tiny lol and it was too ugly to sit outside. there was some kind of birthday party too so it was honestly noisy as hell. i don't know who books an 8 person party in a space that small - lowkey inconsiderate lol. pizza was good, not great. my partner liked the pizza way more than i did (it was alright). they looked busy and frazzled so pizza was kinda burned. it happens. server was good, not great either. they were obviously busy with the brady bunch that was in there and clearly busy in the kitchen so he didn't come check in or follow up. we had to flag him down for more lemons and water cause he wasn't really paying attention to us lol. 5.9/10 overall.

Very good Neapolitan style pizza! Everything fresh, made in house. The dough is salty and delicious. The toppings are minimal yet adequate. They serve a few different beer and cider options as well. We go here on a regular basis and so far it's the best pizza in El Paso, hands down. Test us, send us to your best, we will give it a shot. BUT, try this place if you haven't, you will love it!

This will be an experience for all my friends. There's 15 of us going Thursday at 4:00. Hope the weather is good, cause will be seating outside. Will be going to the Montana location. I love it every time I've been. I'll post afterwards! I'm excited

First time checking this spot out. DELICIOUS!! Crispy yet airy crust, flavorville USA. We got two pizzas, the hot stuff and the pesto with buratta. I could have eaten both by myself. This was so damn good. Made from a brick oven pizza using mesquite and that are made quickly. These are pizzas done right. Not a big selection, and the pizza cutters can be sharper because they weren't cut enough. Waitress was very nice and it's a tiny dining area but eating outside has the space if you go with a group.

This is my new all time favorite pizza spot! The pesto margarita pizza was delicious and the service was very good!

A pizza haven in the desert. This tiny pizza spot will need to expand soon because they got it going ON! This is very thin wood fired pizza with the most simple and freshest of ingredients-- all made in house. The place is clean , organized , efficient and delicious! The chef and waitress engage with you directly and are so friendly! We came here at lunch and will be making it a regular lunch and dinner spot in El Paso!

A great place to have some wood oven baked pizza with family and friends. Their salad choices are also super yummy, as well as their craft beer options. They're reasonably priced and have a very attentive wait staff. We'll be back, and back again.

This place has amazing pizza! Great service and good drinks. We ordered the traditional pepperoni which doesn't disappoint. We also ordered the Bianca. A white pizza with ricotta, red onion, lemon zest, and balsamic arugula. This pizza will haunt me for sure! We will be back! I recommend the cactus beer brewed locally by Aurelia's. Also sit outside for the summer vibes at dinner time is a must!

Ok I thought Grimaldi's was good. This pizza is better. It is the best pizza in all of El Paso. You will not regret it. Trust me, it's that good.

I absolutely love this cool little pizza biz. The pizza is woodfire. The crust is chew delicious. They have a cool menu of pizzas that is different from the usual pizzeria. The offer wine and beer. Most of the dining is outside but is really nice with a metal roof offering shade. There is also a small seated area inside the building, which used to be a drive thru bank. The service is always good when I go. Although it might be a while, if there is a big order ahead of yours, the staff always let's you know what's up. They are really friendly.

Great brick-fire pizza, reasonably priced in a cute and very Austin-like location. Definitely worth trying.

Pizza was the best I have had in some time. The location was a little bit hidden but the restaurant was quaint and had an Austin vibe. Will definitely dine here again!
