Where to Eat Halal Iftar During Ramadan in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"This Indian restaurant serves a halal menu of wings, vegetable samosas, chicken tikka, and dosas. It also has vegetarian dishes like those of aloo gobi and chole masala. The Indo-Chinese menu has halal noodles and fried rice. The restaurant is closed on Mondays." - Janna Karel

second time coming and it's not a let down. brought another friend and they enjoyed it as well. once you climb to the top of a mountain, you either stay there or you descend. Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence. ... (4 stars) first time here, but was suggested by a few customers last week ;) brought my husband and friend to enjoy dinner. staff is very welcoming and hospitable. the food is made to order and HALAL... and you can taste it! the mango curry is bomb, the butter chicken has a flavor that makes you want to keep eating it and the shrimp are huge! the chicken tikka was fork tender and capped off with a pomegranate and mango lassi. the Rose milk is delicious. I've been to a few places in town and this place superseded my expectations. we will be back

Although I missed my chance to snap pictures of the food, I can attest that it was quite tasty. When we arrived at the restaurant, the dining room had already closed, so we had to get takeaway. Everything was well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating. The chicken biryani was delicious, and the food was perfectly seasoned. will return.

UPDATE: Different owners now and the place is zombie-land. New staff are still friendly but barely any people and food is ok at best so go at your own risk, not worth it anymore. The BEST South Asian restaurant in Las Vegas, without a doubt. We got the non vegetarian lunch special and it had so much food and each one tasted to unique in flavor. The chef prepares the food after you order, and we said if we can’t get goat, the chef then prepared two DIFFERENT chicken than just same one like most other places would. The atmosphere and the person serving was so warm and cozy. The food really brought up the South Asian culture and I highly recommend the lunch special as you get so much variety, two of us shared each one and we barely finished. This lunch special is a MUST TRY and the food was just phenomenal and full of flavor and spices and only for $15!!! Good food, good people, what more can you ask!!!

It was a great lunch at the restaurant. Found the food really authentic and hospitality was amazing. I think the price is also very good. Owners are really genuine and they care for their customers like everyone should treat in the hospitality industry. I really recommend. The best part is not only the food is halal but also environmental is. The blessing of eating from a true halal business i believe.

Great food great service and friendly staff. The tea is very good as well. It will definitely wake you up. Excellent desi food especially maize (daal). We had a great conversation with the owners, who made sure it feels like home. From Pakistan 🇵🇰

This is one of those blink and you might miss it restaurants but I definitely think you'd be missing out on some authentic, delicious Indian and Pakistani food served by an extremely polite, friendly owner who caters to every customer individually ensuring the best service possible. Truly recommend that you visit this gem or order takeout from here if authentic and tasty food is your calling.

Google
a new menu, new owners, fresh Halal dietary standards, and only 2.5 miles from the Las Vegas strip so you’re not paying strip prices? If you are unfamiliar with Indian food I will tell you this: it’s NOT spicy but instead incorporates dozens of interesting spices. Check out our photos of their: Mint Lemonade, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Karahi, Biryani rice with a hard boiled egg, butter and garlic Naan breads, Rava Masal Dosa and Mango Lassi! We learned that this particular Dosa is a cream of wheat and lentil crepe filled with potatoes, onions and chilies, served with sambhar and coconut chutney! All so delish! If you want to know more about these dishes just look at their website for the full tasty menu! Al Madini Halal Family Restaurant is on Desert Inn and Decatur. Open for lunch/dinner and they deliver too

Yelp
I had an amazing experience! The food was fresh, authentic, and delicious. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Vidhyawala Biryani and Masala fries. The serving sizes were big/shareable, definitely planning on coming back to try the rest of their dishes. The flavor and taste was very reminiscent to food back in Pakistan even though it is Indian. Very family friendly and close to the strip. The establishment and bathroom were clean. The owner served us, he was very kind, friendly and attentive.

Yelp
We Visited LV few days back from OC & was looking for some halaal Indian/pakistani restaurant to eat at. So happy we found this Desi dhaba. Inside is very elegant looking, bathrooms are clean & the food was actually very good! We ordered the tandoori platter, some goat dish( forgot the name) which had a very authentic mughlai taste to it, and chicken biryani. It was delicious. The owner was super friendly and at the same time gave us space. We had a pleasure of meeting the chef as well. Told them to open one up here in OC/LA/Corona area. It would be a hit. Thank you Desi dhaba:)

Yelp
It's a small newly opened and clean restaurant, I think it's family owned place. Food is fresh always and service is really good. They accommodate our request with a smile. The owner is a good natured person and keeps checking on if we like the food or need anything. Went to this place a couple of times and would love to go again. Thank you Sir!
