Desnudo Coffee: South Lamar

Such a great experience we had at Desnudo Coffee! We were met with super welcoming and friendly service. It was our first time visiting, and the staff offered great recommendations, making us feel right at home. The pastries were an absolute highlight – so delicious and incredibly fresh! We indulged in the ham and cheese croissant, the classic butter croissant, and the decadent chocolate croissant, all of which were flaky, buttery, and perfectly baked. To accompany our pastries, we ordered a hot coffee latte and a comforting hot hibiscus tea. The experience was made even more special when the super sweet girl who took our order offered a complimentary signature brown sugar miso coffee, just for being our first time and as I was curious about this drink in particular after hearing so much about from friends. This special coffee was a true delight: perfectly balanced, wonderfully smooth, incredibly flavorful, and with the ideal touch of sweetness. Desnudo Coffee has definitely won us over, and we can't wait to go back!

Desnudo Coffee is the real deal. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced coffee that actually tastes like it was crafted with care instead of pumped out of a machine. Every sip hits clean and satisfying — no bitterness, no weird aftertaste, just pure quality. And let’s be real… compared to places like La La Land? Night and day. La La Land feels like drinking sugar water (or piss) out of a thick plastic cup, while Desnudo is what coffee should be. Fresh, intentional, and served with love. The space is chill, the staff is genuinely kind, and you can tell they’re proud of what they’re brewing. New location and will definitely be back! Their lattes are the perfection proportions of milk and espresso 10/10! The vanilla housemade syrup is outstanding. Staff were so kind, they were talking to us like they’ve known us forever even though it was only our first time. Great energy!

Great espresso…I had the cortado with whole milk. They know coffee, and get the pull just right. I also had to try the brown sugar miso latte…sweet but tasty. Also, the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Best coffee shop ever! I going back to Texas because of this coffee! Also their croissants are so~~ good! If you go late, you can't taste it!

This may be one of the best coffee experiences I have had. We ordered the desnudo drink, cold brew, and matcha. The cold brew and desnudo were fantastic! The desnudo was a great espresso drink while the cold brew was a wonderful coffee drink. The desnudo was chocolatey and nutty while the cold brew was fruity and floral.

Drinks and staff are amazing. The only complaint I have is about their hours which is quite limiting (at the time of writing they close at 2:30pm on most days if not all days). I would recommend their tira-miso and brown sugar miso drinks!

Tried Desnudo Coffee for the first time today and it was honestly so good. The staff took the time to walk me through the menu and really cared that I liked what I ordered. I got the brown sugar miso latte and it might be one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back.
