I will have to get the name of our server - she is one of the best servers I've ever had! She knew the specials by heart and talked about them with so many details. She didn't write down our order - she knew it all in her head. That is always so impressive to me! She mentioned the upcoming father's day events and described those specials. They box up your food for you. I follow them on facebook and have missed some tasty looking specials - never again! We have skipped going to the gym next door for our workout once or twice to go for dinner instead lol. Their house salad is even impressive; we were pleasantly surprised how good it was for a side salad. This is one of my top 5 restaurants in town, and if you know this town, you know that there is so much to choose from!

Google
The staff was friendly and super attentive! The stroganoff was a perfect choice, the flavors were rich without being overbearing. The meat was tender. The Thai chicken had a nice kick of spice. The banana cream pie is delicious and I order it every time I come..

Jenny G

Google
The beer battered asparagus was AMAZING ❤️ The Dijon chicken was good but a little much on the seasoning. It just had too much going on. My husband & son loved their food. The chocolate mint martini was strong & yummy. Banana Fosters pie was good. Staff very friendly and did great job.

Google
I really enjoyed my meal there. The food all looked so good that I need to go back to try some other things. I got the beer battered bacon burger and it was AWESOME!!

Google
We went to the towanda rd location not the brewery Had a server named Jacob, super friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu hit all the (Server) points told us about the specials recommended some of his favorite dishes joked around interacted with my daughter who’s three definitely a very strong (Server) and you guys would be losing out if you ever lost him Food was incredible from presentation to taste. You can tell her they took their time with ingredients and assembling the right items for the menu. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, Caesar salad, cheese, curds, mac & cheese with fruit for my daughter and beer, battered bacon cheeseburger. Very busy establishment, price was moderate $$$ out of $$$$$ spent 103.56$ for 3 people 1000% recommend this place for a Friday night after a busy work week!

Google
On our way to Indy we stopped by to have lunch. We had visited their Champagne location several years ago and had a great time. The new place in Normal was fabulous. Drinks looked great, food was excellent and beer was 🔥 The food was way more than just brewpub food and was made with heart. Can't wait to visit again

Google
I've been a huge fan of Destihl beers for quite some time, but was amazed at how good this restaurant is as well! The menu has many choices and a number of unique offerings. The atmosphere here is quite a bit 'fancier' than their brewery location which is also nearby. I highly recommend checking out both spots.

Google
Highly recommend the Thai Fried Chicken — it’s absolutely delicious and generously portioned. I’d definitely come back just for this dish!

Yelp
Great spot near our hotel in Bloomington. The menu was fun and creative--we got to sample quite a few items. Favorites? The chowder was a standout--easily in the Top 3 of soups we've had anywhere. We also loved the chips with beer cheese appetizer--so good. The espresso-rubbed ribeye was incredible, and the Ancho Chicken Salad was solid too. Nice beer selection, with the option to try a flight of four. Tons of mocktail choices as well, which we always appreciate. The bar and restaurant were a bit quiet for a Thursday night, but the service was excellent. All in all, a great experience for these tired travelers. Highly recommend!

Julianne M.

Yelp
The food, service, and atmosphere were great here!!! I ordered sangria to start and it was perfect. I also got mahi mahi tacos with fries. Fries were nice & crispy, and the mahi mahi was excellent. We also got the chocolate cake to go... it was phenomenal! It's huge, so you will want to share. The two of us (big chocolate lovers) couldn't even finish it wayyy after dinner. And our server was so kind and attentive! He offered recommendations, made sure our waters were always refilled, and boxed up our food for us. I would highly recommend this place for dinner and/drinks! It was an awesome spot to check out.

Carl F.

Yelp
The decor, layout and cleanliness is solid. They also have some outdoor seating which looks inviting, especially on good weather days. They have a pretty good beer selection as well. On our first visit there was a little confusion on how to order food. I may not have this 100% correct, as we only did it one way but it appears you can put in your orders either at the counter or at the table using a QR code. We went with the QR code and everything came out as ordered. The food was good and we look forward to coming back here again to try out other items on the menu.

Yelp
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I read a ton. I pour over every description and rarely visit a restaurant without doing my research first. So, I hope this review convinces you to visit Destihl, because it was one of the best eggs Benedict, maybe even one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! The seafood cakes were simultaneously crispy and tender, and flavorful without being too fishy. The poached eggs were perfect, the English muffins were light and fluffy. It was just perfection. My husband had the Cajun Mac n cheese, which was delicious, but probably should just be called "Cajun Pasta" or even "Cheesy Cajun Pasta." While the pasta was topped with plenty of cheese, the sauce was very much tomato-based and not the creamy, cheesy sauce you would expect given the description. We stopped here while driving from St Louis to Chicago and will definitely make it regular part of the road trip on return visits!

Jackie S.

Yelp
Still a cool place to visit. Beers and food are awesome. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, my son had the creole Mac n cheese. As an appetizer, we shared the cheese curds. I'm sharing a few more photos near bar area. Give it a try, you will thank me later

David W.

Yelp
DESTIHL has been a staple in Bloomington for many years now and it never disappoints. They have a great selection of beer, locally made, but the food is very underrated. I have never had a bad meal and recently was in town and had dinner at the original location. I went with the fish and chips and the taste and presentation was excellent. The service is always good and the food was some of the best I have had in Bloomington. They have some limited outdoor seating when the weather allows and a good sized bar. I have also had the stroganoff and burgers in the past and both were worth trying. I would recommend the larger brewery if you are looking for beer vs. dinner.

Z W.

Yelp
Great for brunch, large selection of breakfast favorites. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Walked in at about 10am on a weekday, no wait. This place does not take reservations, but they run a waitlist in their website.

Grant S.

Yelp
We have now been to the Destihl restaurant twice and we loved both experiences! Probably our favorite meal while in town! We used Tock to make a reservation in advance, just to make sure we had a guaranteed spot. From the moment we walked in, the service staff took good care of us. From being greeted and sat down to the hostess, excellent service from the waitress, and a kind farewell on the way out. And the ambiance of the building is wide-open, chic, modern, and clean. It really feels like a fancy upscale restaurant, but with very reasonable prices! Both times we visited, we started with the shredded Brussel sprout salad. It is so delicious, flavorful, light, and wholesome. We also got flights both times. Flights are made up of four beers. There are always prescribed flights, as well as create your own. My husband likes to get the prescribed flights and I like to get the make your own. Some of our favorites include "Extended Jam," "Key Lime Gose," and so many other of their IPA's. Both times my husband got a pizza. He thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and flavorful ingredients and the heartiness of the pizza overall. The first time I got the ahi tuna salad and it was so delightful! Refreshing and light, while still bursting with flavor and filling, I walked away happy. The second time I got the special penne Ragu with garlic bread and it was the perfect hearty meal for a cold day. Destihl has won our hearts and tastebuds. Whenever we are in town, we will be sure to stop by for dinner and drinks. If you've never been, be sure to get yourself there ASAP!

Sabrina L.

Yelp
Had such great experience!! Highly recommend... food was amazing so were the cocktails. My husband loved the beer! Staff was super friendly and gave great food recommendations. Very unique atmosphere.. large place.

Beth W.

Yelp
While I was proud of myself for trying something different than my usual go-to, I'm wishing I would have made the move trying other things on the menu sooner! I tried the Vegetable Banana Curry with the addition of Tofu. The flavor was unique and the curry wasn't overwhelming. It was more of a 'I can't stop eating this' situation! The dish was balanced with the various vegetables that added to the flavor.

Mark D.

Yelp
This restaurant consistently delivers innovative, tasty dishes, good service, at a good price. I think our waitress was Bonnie and she was perfect (did not pester us and yet was attentive and responsive).

Steve K.

Yelp
Like most, went for the beer and stayed for the food. So many options, we opted for one of all the flatbread/pizzas. Street corn pizza for the win! Very comfortable dining room, great service.

Whitney H.

Yelp
The food was so delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. It has a pub vibe that is slightly upscale, but very inviting. We had the jambalaya and burger. Both amazing! We also had the chicken and rice soup, which was a special at the time and nice on a cold day.

Lori S.

Yelp
For a "brewery" the food is phenomenal! Run while they still have the pot roast on special. It tastes better than it looks and it's beautiful!

Debbie V.

Yelp
Excellent meal near our hotel. Friendly staff and great meal choices. Risotto verde and Thai tuna bowl were delicious!

Yelp
Five Stars: A Delicious Dive into Flavor Town! I don't always write Yelp reviews, but when I do, it's because I just had the most life-changing fish and chips AND a hummus plate so good it made me question everything I know about appetizers. Let's start with the fish and chips. Imagine golden, crispy perfection so flaky it practically floated onto my fork. This wasn't fish--it was a heavenly creature, lightly fried and blessed by culinary angels. The chips? They didn't play second fiddle--they were crunchy, seasoned gems that could start a potato revolution. And then there's the hummus plate. Oh, the hummus plate. I was expecting a solid, "Oh, this is nice," but what I got was a flavor explosion that had me closing my eyes and humming the soundtrack of joy. Creamy hummus, fresh veggies, and pita bread so soft it felt like a warm handshake from your favorite aunt. The ambiance? Perfect. The service? Impeccable. The food? Let's just say I'm already planning a return trip and might even name my future pet "Destihl." If you haven't been here yet, stop reading this and go! PS: If the fish and chips or hummus plate go off the menu, I'll need a support group.

Melissa M.

Yelp
Great environment, I've always loved their sour series and I was excited to stop in. Cute patio, nice staff. We had the pizza and cheese curds and both were great. Would definitely come back.

John D.

Yelp
After a long drive from home we went to a familiar place we had tried once before. This restaurant was just across the parking lot from our hotel. We got there and noticed many customers inside and out waiting for a table. We decided to check in and Jon helped us noting an hour wait was possible. We went to our hotel to unpack our bags. To our surprise I received a text on my phone in only 20 minutes that our table was ready. We were seated in a booth in the bar which was a great spot. Our waitress was one of the best we've ever had anywhere! She was very attentive, professional and pleasant. My wife had a schnitzel dish and I had the filet with pasta and garlic bread. We decided to split a 16.9 ounce barrel aged stout which our waitress brought out right away with 2 snifters and ice water. The food, drinks and service were all top notch. We will return to this wonderful place the next time we are in Normal. Thank you all for your outstanding dedication to your business and customers.

Abigael W.

Yelp
To be honest this restaurants set up looks like a Japanese restaurant converted to a American place. No idea if I'm right but that's what it looks like haha. The waiter/waitresses are all upbeat and attentive. The food was good. The spicy food had a slight kick to it. The Thai chicken was my dish. It was good. Not like WOW but good. The chicken was all juicy and the sauce on top had a slight kick to it on the chicken. The rice underneath sucked a lot of the sauce in and ended up being a bit sharp spicy. So I didn't end up finishing the rice. We ended up sharing a dessert. I didn't take a picture but the cake slice was HUGE. Do not order it for just yourself.

Byron H.

Yelp
Really good food with great service. Live the variety of options and healthy alternatives to match. Food was really good. Not too busy so it was the perfect spot for a business lunch. Will be back.

Sydnee E.

Yelp
Loved our server he was great as well as the manager. My grandmother ordered the grilled fish tacos and her Mahi Mahi came out completely raw. Honestly for the price you pay for the quality of food you get, I wouldn't recommend it.

Bryce M.

Yelp
This place has everything you might want in a craft-beer experience - an amazing selection of beers,, an idyllic setting, a wonderful outdoor space, and delicious food options. Strongly recommend sitting on the patio by the lake with a 20-ounce draught.

Lisa R.

Yelp
Balance is key, right? A little healthy, a little indulgence and that sums up my solo lunch at Destihl. This is a pub-inspired restaurant that specializes in locally crafted beer, but I skipped the brews on this visit. Indulgence: I chose to start with a giant, warm, buttery pretzel. It was so yummy I forgot to try the dipping sauces: an IPA mustard and cheddar cheese sauce. Oops! Still, I totally loved. Healthy: I ordered a house salad and added chimichurri chicken. You can see from the photo it came with mixed greens, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, red onion and some cheese (Asiago, I think). Good enough to order again if I return. I walked in on. Monday afternoon after the lunch rush and requested a window table. The hostess seated me right away and my server, Emme, was very friendly and enthusiastic. It's vibrant atmosphere - loud, but not so much that it eroded my experience. Solid food, solid service, so I recommend!

Dave C.

Yelp
Cool place with a wide variety of food and beer choices. We had an eclectic mix in our party of 3 - crab rangoon appetizer, flatbread pizza, fish & chips, and pot roast. All were good. Service was quick. The beer choices people got were really the best. The only downside is one of us ordered a common mixed drink, and the server didn't know what it was - what we got - wasn't quite right - but sticking to their strengths of beer, you can't go wrong!

Tony D.

Yelp
Fantastic! Great menu and nice selection of beers and cocktails. I liked it so much I ate there three meals in a row!

Olivia B.

Yelp
Destihl is such a nice find in the Bloomington area! The place is absolutly massive and also has a large patio. I've been here before and specifically came back for their hummus. The soup and their beers are also excellent. The menu at Destihl would satisfy a ton of different palates as well. I sat at the bar and had some amazing/super quick service from Sawyer. She recommended a great beer and was super sweet. Would definitely return again and I'm eager to see how lovely their patio is in the summer.

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
We loved it the first time there. Beyond impressed with food and service. Went there this past week for our twins 16th bday for an out of town lacrosse game. We live in Peoria and that's what they chose. Service was again top notch but 3 of our entrees were barely warm. We ate them due to time but really disappointed after our first visit. We want to love it but food should be hot regardless of when we walk In.

Margarita C.

Yelp
We visited this establishment on 18 October. Our server Jack was very friendly and brought water to our table quickly. There were 4 people in our party. One person ordered the cubano sandwich and curry vegetable soup; another person ordered spicy chicken with potato wedges; another person ordered corn chicken chowder; I ordered scrambled eggs and a small serving of ancho rice and beans. We ordered the herb garlic hummus to share. Everything was delicious! To go we ordered a pound of chocolate cake.

Lisa W.

Yelp
We were visiting the Bloomington area for a wedding, so we were not really familiar with offerings in the city. Distihl was one of the restaurants that several people had told us about. The menu was a slight bit overwhelming, but it allowed us to consider many options to pick from. We settled on a vegan banana curry dish, a pot roast dish and a seafood mac & cheese. None of the dishes were bad at all but none of the dishes came out hot. In the spirit of not making things difficult we kept our food but I think it would've been more enjoyable had it been served at a warmer temperature. I selected the vegan dish. I expressed my concern that it was banana curry. Full disclosure, I do not like bananas, but the waitress had assured me that there was no banana taste. I would beg to differ. Still I ate a good amount but after a while, I offered the rest to my husband. I also tasted the pot roast. It was good, but I felt it was a bit on the salty side. The highlight was our server. She was friendly, patient (we had a lot of questions) and checked on us frequently. It is definitely worthy of a visit. It's a brewery and a restaurant so flights of various beers were definitely part of visit. Good times!

Jason B.

Yelp
Beer is delicious Food taste is okay, however they skimp on the protein and make up for it by adding an absorbent amount of cheap ingredients like rice to make up for it, making the food WAY over priced for what you get

Chad S.

Yelp
Bright, open space... Quick, knowledgeable, friendly service. Salads, sandwiches are outstanding. The Bloody Mary's and brunch menu are the best. Highly recommend!

Christine P.

Yelp
Atmosphere is great. Spacious, warm feel. Bar area is comfortable and allows for conversation. Wasn't too loud. Dinner areas feel spacious. Tables are not crammed on top of one another. Service was fair. Maybe she was newer, wasn't super impressed. Appetizers were yummy. Pretzel bites, cheese curds. I had the wedge salad. Not overly thrilled. Too much dressing, not typical wedge. Fish and chips were good. Chicken entree was served, raw. Didn't comp on bill, had to ask for it to be taken off. Ordered dessert, didn't show up to table. We were a larger size party, 10 people, but would have expected tip to be included, but wasn't, didn't short change her but wasn't overly thrilled. Will give this restaurant another try.

Ben S.

Yelp
This made a great place to stop for lunch while driving to WI. I generally hit the Portillos in town but this was the second trip through in as many weeks and I decided to try something different. I ordered the Brewmaster: chipotle espresso bbq sauce, weissenheimer hefeweizen chicken, andouille, crispy red onion, candied jalapeño, cilantro, stout-soaked swiss, italian cheeses. I can't stomach jalapenos so they were deleted. Pizza showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Crust had a nice bite to it and a bit of a brewery taste. Guessing they use some amount of spent grain in their pizza dough but could be wrong. All toppings were plentiful and worked very well together. The overall impression is bbq, not pizza but the pizza part certainly works. Service was about as expected in a place populated with a business crowd at lunch.

H K.

Yelp
I've had several meals here. Each one has been phenomenal. Tonight was the veal and pork ragout pappardelle. Scrumptius. I sit at the bar. Service is top notch. Professional, experienced, no drama. Oh yes, let's not forget their beer. Yummy.

Lin W.

Yelp
We've been here twice and it's been great. They have a flight option for draft beers, which we didn't see on the menu but asked about, so if you are eyeing multiple beers you should definitely try it out! You can get up to four as a flight. They are also great about portioning food out onto two plates if you're sharing with someone. Drinks Caught in the Rain: Creamy and fruity, quite refreshing. Good for people who don't want to know they're drinking a cocktail. Highly recommend. Sangria Blanco: Typical white wine sangria. It was pretty good and very sweet, but kind of one note. Green Gables Cream Ale: Half our table got this and liked it! It's light, creamy and slightly tart. Wild Sour Strawberry Lemonade Seltzer: It tastes exactly like strawberry lemonade without the sweetness. I was deciding between this and the Lemon Tart and the waitress liked the strawberry lemonade better, and I think it was a good choice. Wild Sour Dragonfruit Mango: SUPER sour. If you really like sour, you might like it, but this is honestly so sour I wasn't really picking up on fruit. I enjoyed it, but I'm glad I got it as a flight because I don't think I would have finished an entire glass. Irish Stout: Basically coffee in beer form. Food Bavarian Style Pretzels: Their pretzels are delicious and come with mustard and cheese as dips. Definitely try one--they're super fluffy. If you're with a group, they cut them up for you. Shrimp Ceviche: This was a delicious special. They love their tart flavors here. Sirloin Steak: I didn't personally have this but our friends raved about it. Beer Battered Fish: Crispy and golden. The batter has a slight tang to it. Wedges were pretty good too. Spicy Asian Shrimp: I didn't have this either, but the shrimp were HUGE and it smelled delicious. I find shrimp is always hit and miss at restaurants but they definitely do it really well here. Caesar Salad: The crispy capers are interesting. We got this to be healthy; it was pretty good, but if you're here, you might as well get the tastier, if less healthy, foods. We had the carrot cake and the "one pound of chocolate" cake for dessert. The portions are huge and they come with a big dollop of whipped cream. Between seven people there were still leftovers. I really liked the carrot cake. The chocolate cake was also good, a bit sweeter than the carrot cake.

Mckenzie J.

Yelp
I was in town for a graduation, and we had heard good things about this place. I decided to get a pizza and so did my boyfriend. He did not like his since it had fennel sausage. Service was good and accommodating for our large group, which was nice, especially given how busy it was. I liked the decor, which was very modern. Overall, nice place to check out.

Angie W.

Yelp
This was a really nice experience overall. The service was excellent, decor is clean and stylish. Food was great, and there was a nice selection of interesting dishes on the menu to choose from. I especially liked the variety of appetizers and drinks. Of course with all those great choices, we ordered too much food and had to take home leftovers. Our server labeled the leftover box so we could easily tell what was inside! (No more opening everyone else's box trying to find mine!) Details like that made the whole experience feel that much more impressive.

Alden C.

Yelp
DESTIHL was a brewery we tried a few months ago and the experience was fair. It was just okay. Our beer experience was from their Deadhead IPA beer series. We had the Steal Your Haze which was a Hazy New England IPA which was just okay. A year or so back New England IPA's had some excitement for me as it was a new spin to an IPA (currently Cold IPA'S are what I really enjoy with this beer style). Flavors you can pick up in this beer are hoppiness, citrus and grapefruit. Unfortunately not the most memorable IPA I've encountered so I have to issue the three stars. Perhaps other beer styles from this brewery would be more appealing for me.

Boyle W.

Yelp
I'm not local to the area, but I did have a chance to come back. Very busy, even for a weeknight. The food menu is still diverse... it's like pub food, but gentrified. But not too stuffy.

Amanda Y.

Yelp
It's been a minute since I've been here due to Champaign closing and moving away but I'm still in love with this Thai fried chicken!!! Great beers and great service. I could drink that IPA mustard too! Sat outside and so relaxing and enjoyable. I'll fly into Bloomington to eat here anytime

Sarah E.

Yelp
Visiting family and sat on the patio as we had our dog with us. Love that they are dog friendly outside. We felt everything was overpriced (and we live in Seattle) and were disappointed they didn't have any tasting flights and very limited vegetarian options. Apparently this is a popular spot for locals but we were disappointed.

Maria T.

Yelp
Upping my last rating from a 4 to a 5. Visited for dinner on 10.1.22 and breakfast on 10.2.22 (today). Here are the highlights: The hostess, Natalie, was a sweetheart. She made it a point to try and pronounce our last name correctly. She remembered us the next morning from having dined with them the night before. She helped out our server by refilling my hubbie's drink. Customer service all around was a 5. The beer battered bacon burger was amazing but was difficult to eat. LOL. The steak and eggs is prolly the best thing on their menu that we have tried. My 19 year old had it for a 2nd time this morning and he said it was like candy... The sauce was so flavorful and it was cooked to perfection. So tender. Love that they take reservations for breakfast! Love the individual bathroom stalls/rooms. It's really all the little things that make an establishment stand out. Bravo, guys!

Steve A.

Yelp
Cool place with a nice atmosphere. It's more like a restaurant than a brewery, so it's good for the whole family it seems. Destihl has a couple locations in Normal, with this one being the more upscale feeling. Here they don't do any brewing, but many beers are available as well as a full food menu. The prices are okay on beer and high on the food for the most part. At lunch we came in. It was already busy, which was a good sign at least. This place opens pretty early, so people must really want a drink badly or something. It's about $6 for a pint. They had a ton to choose from, tons. I had the Miner's Ruin, which is a California Common. This has a medium alcohol content, and is smooth. As for the food our options were limited. The few vegetarian choices included the House Salad. It's about $8 for a pretty basic one. This came with ancho croutons, so it added some spice. Good place for beer if not food. It has most of the same menu as the other location. This one is the best for those looking for a sit down restaurant or atmosphere which is more like that.

Vanessa M.

Yelp
Loved the Brussels sprout salad!!! Server was kind and attentive, as well! It was a great experience.

Margz D.

Yelp
Came in here on a wet Fall night. So warm and cozy!! Greeted by our lovely server Stephanie T who helped us choose a fabulous appetizer (beer battered asparagus) and then the Mac n cheese and pot roast were the bomb. Stephanie - you are a gem and a treasure. Safe travels :-)

Faith S.

Yelp
We were greeted so warmly and showed to a large table. Service was super fast and very attentive. The flatbread pizza with arugula, prosciutto and honey was extraordinarily tasty! Leftovers were equally memorable. Great beer offerings and cocktails! My dining companion enjoyed a beef stroganoff pasta bowl that was amazing. Cheese curds are seasoned well, with a rich marinara dipping sauce. Overall outstanding!

Olivia G.

Yelp
Ambiance is everything here, you can watch the games while having a beer. Any of the DEADHEAD beers are delicious, I had to buy a shirt. The food looked great but we didn't order, definitely will next time.

Monika B.

Yelp
We visited Destihl in Normal, IL in mid December. My husband & I loved the atmosphere, beer, cocktails & food. Our visit was made extraordinary by our server Kenny M. He was very friendly & made many recommendations that were spot on delicious. Kenny recommended beers that my husband loved. He also recommended food. One item he highly recommended was the Herb & Garlic Hummus appetizer. We thought hummus was on odd appetizer for a brewery. We were used to eating hummus at a Mediterranean restaurant. Their hummus was awesome! The best we ever tasted. The portion was very generous also, easily perfect for 4. We also ate the Schnitzel a la Holstein & the Braised Pot Roast which were phenomenal. We were just passing through Normal but we will definitely visit Destihl again. All around every thing was great especially thanks to our wonderful server Kenny M.

Scott F.

Yelp
Delicious local/Bloomington centric option with a wide menu full of options. I had the stuffed poblano chillis and they were cooked just right - tender and just the right level of pepper. Others had the pot roast and said it was super tender, and the Thai chicken was good (a bit spicy). The appetizers were spot on - the cheese curds had the right amount of breading, the German pretzels were soft and warm and we tried the season offering of burrata, peaches and heirloom tomatoes with toasted bread - it was sort of like a more late summer twist on a bruschetta. We had called a few days ahead and our table was ready right when we got there and had an excellent meal on the patio (it's dog friendly)!
