Destino Five Ibiza

We just had the best way to end our holiday with a day pass at DESTINO 5. We had the pool from 11.30 and were greeted with wonderful staff from the minute we arrived. All of the pool staff were helpful! The offer of 80 euros and getting a bed, towel and food/drink redeemable was worth it! We were looked after by various staff however Paula made us feel very relaxed and helped us many times during our day. When it rained we were allowed to eat in the restaurant and were given new towels when the others got soaked. Thank you Paula for all your help!! The burger was delicious, I really recommend ordering it. The dj was great, kept us entertained throughout the day. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but it is a party pool venue. Definitely worth visiting this venue for a pool day!

Stunning hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Daniella at breakfast looked after us so well each morning. I highly recommend. There is a great atmosphere around the pool. Food is top and we will definitely be coming back to create more memories. Thank you to all the staff for looking after my family so well ❤️

We as a family of 6 had the most amazing day, the location and cleanliness fantastic. This was a very special day for us as my son had just got engaged 💍. The service was incredible and was made more special by Fabio who looked after us throughout the day. Fabio was so polite, attentive and always smiling, Thankyou we can't wait to come back and do it all again xx

I had a wonderful day with my friends! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our beds. There we met our waiter for the day, Fabio. Such a great guy – friendly, attentive, and with a fantastic sense of humor. Thanks to the excellent service and relaxed atmosphere, we had the perfect day. Highly recommended!

Dani and Fabio looked after us incredibly well. We had booked a lounger each for the day and it was one of our highlights from the trip. The pool is stunning and the food and drinks are impeccable. The staff made the day even better. Would 100% go back in a heartbeat !

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Good food and lovely staff. We stayed in room 518 in the month of August this year. Our room was not big but brand new and clean. Air conditioning was amazing as that was most needed in that scorching heat. Loved the pool area. Enjoyed their Thursday night party at the hotel. Special thanks to Pao, Helena & Roberta. Would love to come back 😊🥂

We had an amazing experience at Destino Five Ibiza! Antonio took such great care of us from start to finish truly outstanding service. I stayed at Destino Ibiza for 5 days and had an amazing experience thanks to the staff. I was stressed about my flight, room availability, and even last-minute flower arrangements, but Alvaro Montero and Roberta (the Manager) at reception handled everything perfectly. A special thank you as well to Flora from Guest Services, who coordinated the flower arrangements above and beyond expectations—they turned out even better than I imagined. Everyone was professional, caring, and made my stay completely stress-free. Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, but it’s really the team that makes Destino special. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Nicely located, staff is friendly and rooms are a good size. There is a night club located inside the hotel. The food offered at the hotel is delicious! You can walk along a cliff on the side of the hotel to overlook the sea and take a scroll down to the center of the island and beaches. It can be family friendly but would recommend for couples or singles mostly since there is a night life. With your stay is included tickets each night to the Pacha night club which opens at midnight and is an experience you must go if ever in Ibiza!

Destino Ibiza is Pacha's new and mindblowing resort with a view over bahía Talamanca, Botafoch and the city of Ibiza. A must not only for music fans but also for those interested in architecture and interior design. If you are planning an exclusive dinner Destino Ibiza might be the place if you are ok with: a fixed menu (little choice, but excellent quality) and entertainment (exotic dancers and circus like performances are worth your attention). Unfortunately I had to take away a star because the service is slow and not very professional. We even had to correct the bill! Pacha definitely will have to act on that, because on this department it's simply not in the same league as the rest of the resort. And ... of course ... consider that the location and the entertainment are included in the dinner ... it is expensive!

We were at Destino early in July to attend the Rumors-Guy Gerber party and want to share our supposed "VIP" experience. We have been coming to Ibiza for the past eight years and have done VIP throughout the island. This was our first visit to Destino. We were very excited. There are two reasons VIP is important to us, service and privacy/security. Both of which were severely lacking. During the evening our VIP space as used as a highway for "friends of the DJ's". At least that's what we were told in rude tones as they shoved their way through. They actually seemed to be people plucked out of the audience to take selfies on stage. They left glasses near our drinks, which for us is a safety issue. We don't know these people and are always cautious about who is near our open drinks. Which again, is why we pay for VIP. Being shoved aside as we were dancing so someone could pass through is unacceptable. We mentioned to our host several times and got a shrug. Finally as a woman literally pushed me over as she shoved her way through I had had enough and asked for the manager. A banda was put up but by then it was too late. The experience was set and we left before the night was over. Frankly, this is the worst experience we have had on the island. If there are so many "friends of the DJ" perhaps Destino should arrange for them to have a place to drink and sit so they are NOT pushing the other guests and not using the VIP spaces of the guests who have paid. I sent a similar note to the management in the hopes that they would acknowledge and address the problem and somehow convince that this was a one time anomaly. Nothing, no response, no apology, no commitment to improve. The experience and the lack of professionalism from management on follow up shows the lack of care they take with their guests. We will NEVER return and I urge you to go elsewhere, anywhere except Destino, for a true VIP experience.

Fantastic venue, really good fun. Granted prices aren't cheap but it is worth it. We ate at the restaurant first which had a lovely lobster paella dish then moved to the pool lounger. Highly suggest checking this venue out if you happen to be nearby.
