I've stayed here a few times now, most recently at the start of June following the hotel's relaunch as a five-star hotel. They've carried out a significant upgrade to the rooms and common areas. For example, there's an outdoor gym now, which is a nice touch. The service here is exceptional and a noticeable change from last year. The staff are incredibly personable and can't do enough for you. The pool area is great to chill around during the day, and there's usually a DJ playing. The food in the restaurant/dining areas is really good too. I've stayed in the Epic Suite (Sea view) the past two times I've visited, which I can't recommend enough. This hotel is the best place to stay on the island for me; especially when you consider its location, the service, amenities, and overall value. A special mention to the reservations manager, Ángela. She's been incredibly helpful and one of the main reasons I keep staying here. Looking forward to being back again in a few weeks' time!

Had such a great time at this beach club! The vibes were perfect – chill music, beautiful views, and super comfy daybeds. Leandro and Rey were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The sangria was amazing (highly recommend!), and the whole place just had that relaxed, summer holiday feel. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

We booked for the beach club and the vibe was more chill than we expected, but we were feeling fairly fragile from prior night so no complaints on that front. Food-wise...mixed reviews, restaurant food was definitely better than the stuff we had at the bed, which was really underwhelming. That said, the beds were super comfy, and the staff were genuinely lovely.

My family and I recently visited Ibiza and stayed at Destino Five, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked into the beautifully designed hotel, we felt welcomed and at ease. The aesthetic of the hotel is stunning! It’s a modern yet luxurious vibe that appeals to all the senses. The landscaping is lush and gorgeous, and even better is how extremely clean the entire property is. The staff also deserves a special mention. They were incredibly helpful during our entire stay, making the whole experience unforgettable. On top of their professionalism, the staff is genuinely super nice. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The concierge took the time to meet us all and get to know what we were interested in. They helped us choose the perfect places to go and eat at throughout our stay. Through WhatsApp, we were able to communicate with them seamlessly. Virginia and Guillermo in concierge went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time. All of the bellmen (like Andreas) were a great addition to have for my sons who enjoyed their company! Even Christoph, the manager himself, graciously introduced himself and made sure we were well taken care of. In our short three days in Ibiza, the staff became like family. They truly wanted to ensure we had an amazing trip, and I don’t think it would have been as great had we stayed elsewhere. I recommend this hotel 100% and I cannot wait to come back! If you're considering traveling to Ibiza, do yourself a favor and stay at Destino Five. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic service by everyone. Very attentive and helpful. We felt well looked after. Quality & standard of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast spread was of high quality, only suggestion as more juices like the detox drink (very tasty) should be included as standard. Only point for improvement is room was very small, bathroom especially. A little more space would have been nice. Special call out to Carlos Pena in the breakfast, Juan at reception, Helena in concierge who organised and shared recommendations. We will come back again! :)

This was easily the very worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Completely false advertising and many of these reviews are clearly false and paid posts based upon speaking to many people staying at the hotel at the same time having the very same poor service and experience as us. We decided to stay at this “luxury” hotel as part of our honeymoon. Huge mistake. We travel far and wide and regularly stay at gorgeous hotels. Full of cockroaches and ants and that might be one of the highlights compared to the rude, dismissive and literal zero amount of service you receive. Terrible food, hugely over priced for what it is, terrible drinks where drink orders are regularly wrong, you feel like you are not welcomed by the pool, terrible follow up when seeking any actual service after calling five times over four hours for room service, several hours waiting for ice to be delivered to the room, only then to be told we would be charge 10 euro for delivery. Terrible welcome experience and check in was horrific. We should have seen the writing on the wall then and not stayed. Couldn’t recommend it any less.

Deeply Disappointed — Nowhere Near the Standard You’d Expect from a Luxury Hotel|We’ve booked one of the largest suites at Destino Ibiza for a four-night stay, expecting a high-end experience worthy of a well-regarded hotel. Unfortunately, what we received was a complete letdown on nearly every front.|From the moment we arrived, the service was alarmingly subpar. The majority of staff couldn’t speak English, room service was disorganized, and the concierge was unhelpful. But the real horror began when cockroaches started appearing in our suite — not once, but over two consecutive nights, coming through the room's ventilation system.|When I alerted the front desk, I was told no one could assist because all staff were “too busy.” This level of indifference in response to pests in a luxury suite is absolutely unacceptable. Eventually, someone came to spray the room, forcing us to vacate it for over an hour due to toxic fumes — only for another cockroach to appear the very next day. I later discovered that the hotel staff had taken photos of the issue and discussed it in their internal WhatsApp group, so the situation was well documented internally.|To add to the frustration, I ordered a bottle of Beluga vodka (which comes sealed in wax and requires tools to open), and it was simply delivered unopened with no assistance whatsoever. Was I expected to break it open myself?|After all of this, during checkout, a manager offered a minimal concession by removing some service charges — the absolute least that could have been done after such a disappointing and frustrating stay.|And yet, just recently, I received an email from the hotel requesting payment for those very same charges — the ones that were meant as compensation. Clearly, there has been no internal communication whatsoever about the situation. This is not only unprofessional, but frankly, it adds insult to injury.|This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will never return to Destino, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I’m sharing this review so future guests know exactly what they’re walking into — because this hotel certainly does not deliver what it promises.

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Nicely located, staff is friendly and rooms are a good size. There is a night club located inside the hotel. The food offered at the hotel is delicious! You can walk along a cliff on the side of the hotel to overlook the sea and take a scroll down to the center of the island and beaches. It can be family friendly but would recommend for couples or singles mostly since there is a night life. With your stay is included tickets each night to the Pacha night club which opens at midnight and is an experience you must go if ever in Ibiza!

Yelp
Destino Ibiza is Pacha's new and mindblowing resort with a view over bahía Talamanca, Botafoch and the city of Ibiza. A must not only for music fans but also for those interested in architecture and interior design. If you are planning an exclusive dinner Destino Ibiza might be the place if you are ok with: a fixed menu (little choice, but excellent quality) and entertainment (exotic dancers and circus like performances are worth your attention). Unfortunately I had to take away a star because the service is slow and not very professional. We even had to correct the bill! Pacha definitely will have to act on that, because on this department it's simply not in the same league as the rest of the resort. And ... of course ... consider that the location and the entertainment are included in the dinner ... it is expensive!

Yelp
We were at Destino early in July to attend the Rumors-Guy Gerber party and want to share our supposed "VIP" experience. We have been coming to Ibiza for the past eight years and have done VIP throughout the island. This was our first visit to Destino. We were very excited. There are two reasons VIP is important to us, service and privacy/security. Both of which were severely lacking. During the evening our VIP space as used as a highway for "friends of the DJ's". At least that's what we were told in rude tones as they shoved their way through. They actually seemed to be people plucked out of the audience to take selfies on stage. They left glasses near our drinks, which for us is a safety issue. We don't know these people and are always cautious about who is near our open drinks. Which again, is why we pay for VIP. Being shoved aside as we were dancing so someone could pass through is unacceptable. We mentioned to our host several times and got a shrug. Finally as a woman literally pushed me over as she shoved her way through I had had enough and asked for the manager. A banda was put up but by then it was too late. The experience was set and we left before the night was over. Frankly, this is the worst experience we have had on the island. If there are so many "friends of the DJ" perhaps Destino should arrange for them to have a place to drink and sit so they are NOT pushing the other guests and not using the VIP spaces of the guests who have paid. I sent a similar note to the management in the hopes that they would acknowledge and address the problem and somehow convince that this was a one time anomaly. Nothing, no response, no apology, no commitment to improve. The experience and the lack of professionalism from management on follow up shows the lack of care they take with their guests. We will NEVER return and I urge you to go elsewhere, anywhere except Destino, for a true VIP experience.

Yelp
Fantastic venue, really good fun. Granted prices aren't cheap but it is worth it. We ate at the restaurant first which had a lovely lobster paella dish then moved to the pool lounger. Highly suggest checking this venue out if you happen to be nearby.
