My friend bought me a ticket for the ice dying class as a birthday present. It was one of the best presents I received! The class was very chill, relaxed and informative. Our instructor was very helpful with letting us know what colors would match well and helped us through the entire class. Such a cool idea and you get 2 pieces to come home with! The third gets donated to charity which is cool. We choose to upgrade to hoodies instead of dying the shirts that were provided with admission of your ticket. The best choice I made! I LOVE my hoodie!!! It turned out AMAZING and way beyond what I expected. This would be fun for kids just as much as adults! I can’t wait to come back and support this business the next time I’m visiting Detroit.

Tammy was so sweet and helpful! It was fun to just let go and be creative. I love that I got to bring my own clothes to tie dye too! Inner child healing energy from this place. So fun!

We love Detroit Dye House! It’s one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The classes are so fun and they have the best retail items!! We come for birthday parties, Girl Scouts, and adult events like book club!

My experience was absolutely awesome! I had a great time with my coworkers and our teacher Allison was an absolute GEM. Dying the items only requires your open mind (no artist talent necessary 😉😂😂) . Allison was there to help as much or as little as we wanted. All the dye colors choices were beautiful and endless. The shop is very cute and there's plenty of items you'll want to buy for yourself as well as inspiration when dying your own items. Pickup was a breeze as well and Tammy was a joy during this time. She was great to speak with. It's always fun to have fun, but what puts the cherry on top is being able to give back to the community while doing it. I can safely speak on my groups behal and say a great time was had by all. I know a few people in my group have been there multiple times and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time.

We did a family Christmas event at the Michigan Ave location. Janelle was amazing! She worked with my grandchildren and was very prepared for anything they needed. We also just had a great time! It was organized, fun, relaxed. I can’t wait to see our finished products but the process itself was so worth it! Thank you, Janelle!

What an amazing time my friend and I had here! The teacher was great and extremely helpful. They have a cat here. Her name is Tags, and she is the cutest!

Guaranteed fun! We hosted a team building event here last week and it was a blast! There's no pressure to be ultra creative, unless you want to be. Just follow some simple instructions and choose your favorite colors. Tammy, Greg, Alex, and other lovely teachers are there to help and inspire! This is an excellent team event for those corporate party planners!

Private class for my anniversary; loved the experience so much and I will be back! Tammy was great!
