The location of the hotel is ideal for couples looking to spend quality time together, unwind, and refresh. Situated right on the beach with warm waters and a friendly sea, the hotel is surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens and lush greenery, home to various friendly wild animals. There are also swimming pools for those who want to sunbathe and take refreshing splashes.||There’s no large town nearby, just small village shops staffed by very welcoming locals. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to these village shops, and free bicycles are also available, making it easy to explore the area.||Dining options include two restaurants with a good variety of food choices. The day begins with a buffet breakfast. As a couple, we felt this could be enhanced by adding an international breakfast corner, though there was still plenty to choose from. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte, which I particularly enjoyed due to the wide selection of seafood. However, for non-seafood lovers, the menu options are somewhat limited. I believe this area could also benefit from some improvements.||The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, with timely replenishment of bathroom supplies and minibar items. I want to give full compliments to the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and treated like VIPs. Their dedication and care were 100% evident in ensuring our stay was enjoyable.||Overall, this hotel is perfect for relaxing away from the busy urban life, while still allowing you to stay connected with amenities like TV and free Wi-Fi readily accessible within the hotel.

Devasom is an exceptionally beautiful property. The serene and long beach stretch is one of the best features of this resort. The rooms are spacious and the beach villa has a jacuzzi pool which adds to the charm. There are 2 restaurants, which have a good menu spread.|The staff is very courteous, ever-smiling and very helpful. |There are a couple of shacks within walking distance from the beach where you can indulge in drinks, food and massage.|The hotel offers a free shuttle to the town. Town has not much to offer but you can go there to eat the local cuisine.|All in all the Devasom experience has been an amazing one. Highly recommend this property for a quiet, serene and relaxing holiday.

Our stay at Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas was truly magical! The people were incredible, making us feel so welcome and ensuring every need was met with genuine warmth and efficiency. And the food! Absolutely delicious - every meal was a delightful culinary adventure. A special shout-out to Yok from Guest Services and the amazing lady in the restaurant who truly went out of their way and showed hospitality in a great way!|The experience was reminiscent of the famous song of Eagles' "Hotel California" – a place that is unforgettable. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and fantastic food made the stay perfect.

Just returned from our second visit to this lovely resort, we even had the same room, at our request! The location is great, on the edge of a lovely quiet beach, very nice pool where we spent most of our time, and a unique and very unusual design of the resort itself. Every single member of the staff were friendly and helpful, including reception, the staff in the restaurants, the people who clean the rooms, and the security team who look after the parking area etc. I cant recommend Devasom highly enough, would give 6 stars if I could ! We will return for sure 100%

The most amazing resort I've ever stayed at - magnificent grounds, friendly, caring and attentive staff members. Very secluded, quiet and all around a VIP experience from arrival to departure. If you're going there to relax, unwind and just enjoy the tranquility it's perfect, as Khao Lak is a very small town with not many things to do. Also, the prices in the hotel were reasonable in accordance with the resort style and offers.

We just spent a very pleasant 4 nights at Devasom khao lak. The resort is truly gorgeous, everything is super clean and new :) our pool suite was stunning and very generous in size. Fabulous bath and showers as well as a bunch of complimentary toiletries and Dyson hairdryer. The bed was super comfortable and massive. Complimentary mini bar was a very nice touch! Overall, the service was very friendly and professional - you can WhatsApp reception with requests. Sadly the weather was very poor when we were there, luckily they offer a free shuttle into town which offered a means of staying entertained!||Only real weakness is the food/drink. Breakfast which was included in our rate was good but nothing spectacular (everything you’d typically expect). We dined once at the Thai restaurant, that has a michelin star but were a bit disappointed. The food was fine but nothing particularly special or innovative and was very pricey (esp. compared to local options), furthermore the service was a bit lack lustre. The house wine was completely undrinkable- we barely touched it, we would have expected the staff to enquire - they didn’t , my guess is the wine is cheap and left open for ages.||We also used room service a couple of times, mainly the western menu. Fairly okay… although no proper French fries with the burger! Again quite pricey for the quality offered but that’s often the case with room service.||All in all, I would definitely recommend and return to the resort (albeit during the dry season). It remains possibly one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in! My only tip would be to skip the food and dine local ;)

We stayed here for a special trip to celebrate both my birthday and our anniversary — and it was our first time visiting Khao Lak. Overall, the service was great. When we first arrived in the room, we encountered a minor issue, and unfortunately, one of the staff accidentally broke a wheel off our suitcase. But we managed to fix it ourselves, and the staff handled the situation promptly.||A special thank you to Khun Ida at the front desk — she was very friendly and provided us with excellent information throughout our stay. Her warm and helpful attitude really made a positive impression.

The most important is the atmosphere created in the resort. Devasom gives you that special relaxed and cozy feeling in a perfect setting. The extremely friendly staff contributes a lot and every wish is coming true even before mentioning. The pool is great and gives a beautiful sight to the beach and sea. The beach is amazing and proper clean and invites for long walks. There are 2 restaurants, one at the pool more mediterranean and the other one dedicated to Thai food. Pricing is absolutely ok for a resort of that level. The rooms are spacious and cozy, bathroom and bed room have plenty of space. We did walks along the beach in the evening and were always happy to return to this wonderful place for a cocktail at the poolside bar or just enjoying the relaxed mood and beautifully arranged setting of Devasom
