Devon House I Scream

At Devon House, there's no need to wait in line for 1.30 hours. We all know the ice cream is the best in the world, but they really need to have more staff. When we finally got inside, there was only one cashier and three servers, which isn't enough. I enjoyed my ice cream and also tried the patty, which was good.

I really enjoyed my visit to Devon House! It’s a very popular spot and you can immediately feel the lively atmosphere when you arrive. The ice cream was delicious and excellent quality. The customer service was very good, and the place was clean, which I really appreciated. Even though it was quite crowded when I went on Saturday, the line moved quickly, so the wait of about 10 minutes didn’t feel long at all. Everything was well organized and the staff worked efficiently despite the number of people. The price was fair for the quality and portion size I received, which made the experience even better. Everything was fresh and tasty, with rich flavors and great texture. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and worth the visit. I’ll definitely come back as soon as I can!

My family loves the ice cream. The problem we had last night was not that we waited 2 hours in line for ice cream, but the bad attitude when we asked security for the baked goods area and they told us there wasn’t one. One of us can’t eat dairy so by the time we found where it was the place was closed. Don’t ask, use your google maps.

It always a pleasure visiting Devon house when I'm in Jamaica. The scoops never disappoint ‼️Just huge and worth the wait....The bakery section however lacked efficiency in their customer service during this visit. The AC was not working and customers were left in sweltering conditions. When I asked if the door could be opened to reduce the heat, my question received blank stares from the workers. I was then asked to go to another section by one of the servers who mentioned that he did not serve from the cake section, which was in fact a lie. If not for the excellent level of service from the ice cream section, I would've rated them lower.

Devon House Ice Cream never disappoints. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is always welcoming and lively, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a treat. The staff are efficient and friendly, even when it’s busy. It’s a must-visit spot for locals and visitors alike—I highly recommend stopping by for a scoop (or two!). 🍨

Tasty Tasty.... I was in the area and decided I had to get some ice cream. The line was long, but moved very fast. I'm so happy I waited. I've always had Devon House I Scream from the little spots you see around town, but let me tell you.... having it directly from the source is sooooooo much better. I'm definitely going back.

The ice cream is delicious, the scoop sizes are also great. One scoop is more than enough. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have Praline cream flavor. Some of the flavors are just okay, I had rum and raisin, and bubblegum flavor.
