Some great shops, restaurants, bakery and a grocery store all located within walking distance here. We enjoyed the music and other activities that were going on during our visit We ate at the Korean Tofu Restaurant, bought breads at the bakery and visited the grocery store.

I’m not sure why people recommended Richardson Chinatown to us—it’s just a single row of stores with not much else to see. Honestly, it was a bit of a disappointment. If you’re from out of town, I wouldn’t go out of your way to visit, but if you happen to be passing by, it might be worth a quick stop to explore. The highlight for us was the 85°C Bakery, which was nice. That said, the area felt a bit unkempt and could use some upkeep.

Excellent service and absolutely delicious hot soup! I got the stone beef soup and would definitely get it again. The flavor was perfect. They also have this extremely spicy sauce that I just needed to add a drop of to add some punch. Beware, if you ask for it, it is extremely spicy, and that is coming from someone who eats spicy food often.

I love this area of Richardson. The statues are so beautiful and interesting to look at and there are some wonderful places to eat and shop. If you live in the area, be sure to visit and soak it all in!

Is the same feelings when you hear Chinatown you found whatever you need in your mind with a good prices and a lot of choices, many stores, restaurants, and bakeries. He’s like heaven clean parking lot big and good organize very polite customer service every store you visit it’s a joy I highly recommend this for you.

A great place to visit if you like Chinese cuisine. It is a big mall with a variety of Chinese shops including restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery shop. What I loved most is the big entrance with statues of the ancient rulers and famous Chinese people like Genghis Khan, Sun Tzu, Confusions, and many others! Ita must go place if you're in Dallas.

Coffee is okay, the dessert are good specially the cakes, although they can be little dry sometimes. But good overall

Yelp
First time coming here with my family. Not a Chinatown that I'm normally used to where there are Cultural Plazas with tons of stores and flee market type surroundings. This is literally a strip with a few places. It should be called a China strip. Anyways, there'a a pretty large market and a few good eateries. A few asian statues and signages. Overall, what you see in these pictures is really it. Don't really interact with the staff, but the parking lot is huge and free.

Yelp
China Town is a hidden gem if you do not know this area. Looking for authentic food, cultural experiences, and unique shopping? This is it! Everyone is friendly, and they try to help you order. Their can be language barriers, be patient.

Yelp
Not to me confused with DNR China Town, which is where they turn off the life support machines fairly promptly. The real Dallas Chinatown is Plano and also Carrollton but Richardson has the official Chinatown Plaza, this plaza, which is a big Plaza, I keep saying Plaza, that reminds me of the one in Austin. It's actually a really great Plaza with some great stuff and if it was in any other smaller City, it would make a great Chinatown unto itself but considering that massive expanses of Dallas now have endless Chinatown regions in them, this is just a drop in the ocean if you will. Still a really great plaza with a wonderful design and some really cool East Asian statues lining the streets. The plaza contains the best 85C Bakery location I've ever been to, and a cool Sichuan restaurant (Sichuan King).

Yelp
having lived 40 years in San Francisco and years in New York. this Chinatown is no comparison. it's like comparing the MLB to Little League baseball or worse. you can't have a Ranch 99 and call that area a Chinatown. this is disappointing to say the least.

Yelp
No sure why this is called "China Town" since it is literally a strip shopping center with Chinese stores. Don't visit and expect to see a true China Town spanning blocks or an area.

Yelp
lmfao, weak AF!...bud was right, jus a small asian plaza with a supermkt, bank, community center, & dozen eateries: 85° bakery chain, sushi/grill, ramen, kbbq, noodle/grill, viet, chinese, etc... what a joke, do NOT waste ur time coming here to see it as a tourist!!...but should be ok to get some asian grub(?)...something for the texans, haha... im spoiled coming from sf (San Francisco) where we have the largest c-town in the U.S. & sooo many asian places all around da city & bay area... we only drove thru since we were already in the area this afternoon...fam ran into 85° to see if there's anything diff...nope + some shelves were totally empty...

Yelp
The people and the market were amazing! Although it's small it was still a nice place to visit. It's sad to see many of the businesses closing down due to covid:(
