The staff is absolutely welcoming and makes you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. The owner took her time to know more about me personally and makes you feel like family. The food tastes robust, juicy, flavorful, rich and the perfect amount of spice that you would expect in every bite. The portions are very generous and leaves you feeling full afterwards. This is a place I will absolutely be coming back to! 🥘🍗🔥🌟

I’ve eaten here a year ago. I’ve found out about this place when I was watching Mr. Orchard Beach’s Channel on YouTube, wanted to try it out, & I’m glad that I’ve visited this place. The Customer Service & Food is great! The Owners are the most hospitable people ever & will treat you like Family. Their Homemade Sorrel Drink is very good. I’d recommend calling ahead of time to confirm their hours & food availability. The Curry Goat is good, & the portions are very large. Also, this place serves great Trini Doubles, which is rare to find here in NC. It reminds me of being down in South FL! There isn’t any great Caribbean Restaurants here in NC, but this is the best Caribbean that I’ve ever eaten here in NC. Best Trini Food! I’ll come back soon!

Greeted with a wonderful server. Knowledgeable on every dish and gave recommendations with samples! I tried the doubles first. A vegetarian dish I would have never tried, and it was so tasty! I would definitely order again. Also ordered the stewed chicken and oxtail plates. Both were really good. The cabbage could have been cooked just a little more, it a bit too crunchy for me. I also wish the plantains were sweeter. We got the passion fruit juice, must try! I did dilute mine a little with water. Also got the soursop juice which was great! Overall I would definitely come back and do recommend! I loved how personable the staff and owner was. The customer service was top notch. Of note, there is no inside seating only 2 tables outside.

Very nice owners and amazing chefs! I was new to trying authentic Caribbean food, but she recommended and put together an amazing plate. My favorite was the double double (common street food from Trinidad). Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back for more!! Thank you Dhan’s!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!! The curry goat, fire. Macaroni pie, fire. Doubles, fire! Everything was spot on. The most authentic and delicious Trinidadian food I’ve ever had!! You know when you walk in and everyone is smiling, the food is about to be delicious!

I absolutely love this place. I wanted to find a nice Caribbean restaurant to put me in the mood for my vacation. As soon as I walked in the smell was infatuating. I got my food and went to my car to taste it and let me tell you what! This food was delicious and full of flavor! I went right back inside to order more for later and I was met with the most kind and welcoming people who showed me everything on their menu and gave me samples of many drinks and menu items! I walked out with more than I thought! This place gets all of the stars and I will keep coming back! I highly recommend you choose this establishment

The curried chicken was phenomenal. The couple that greeted me were amazing and friendly. Will absolutely be back. Also, it is a LOT of food for the amount you pay. Very worth it!

I was not familiar with the menu, but they put me at ease when ordering. The doubles are great, like a dough sandwich stuffed with spicy chickpeas. I also ordered a side of potatoes, but I was not a fan of those. Dine in is not allowed, which really ruins the experience for me. The two picnic tables outside just don't feel right.
