The hotel was clean and looked nice, but the staff and overall experience were terrible. When I asked where the ramp was, the security guard said they wouldn’t help me with my bags and that I had to carry them myself — even though I never asked for help, I only wanted to know where the ramp was. Later, I asked for assistance in the lobby, and they told me the lobby staff weren't available after 11 p.m. and that I had to go through the basement — only to then add that the basement was also closed.
I have a medical condition that causes severe pain when I carry heavy things for too long, so this was really difficult. When I finally got to my room, the key didn’t work. I had to go back down again, and the security guard ended up opening the door for me because no one was available at the front desk. They never fixed the key, so I couldn’t leave the room without needing security to let me back in.
I eventually went downstairs to buy some water, but when I got back to my room, the glasses were dirty — so I had to go down again to ask for clean ones. The bathroom was also uncomfortable; it was a room designed for people with disabilities, but there was nowhere to hang anything. I honestly don’t know if they think disabled guests don’t need to hang their towels or clothes, but it made things very inconvenient.
At one point, I even started to feel bad for the security guard — it wasn’t his fault, but he had to come back to my room just to ask for my key again because the lobby staff didn’t believe him when he told them it didn’t work.
And to top it all off, there were street repairs right outside, so from 6 a.m. you could hear everything. Between the noise, the poor service, and the lack of accessibility, it was a miserable stay. Clean hotel, but absolutely not worth it — especially if you have any kind of health or mobility issue.
