This food is bussin’!!! It’s so flavorful and delicious! My stomach is happy after eating the Alfredo chicken loaded fries! The fries weren’t greasy at all and there was plenty of sauce and chicken in my plate. The food was so fresh! I highly recommend eating at this food truck and am glad that I tried it after they stopped by my apartment complex in Henderson!❤️❤️

They showed up at my community, and I was contemplating lunch. I decided to stop by and see what they had good to eat. I haven't had lasagna in several years. I can for sure say that this is the most mouth-watering, non processed, home cooked lasagna I've ever had since home. Its cheesy gooeyness does not outshine the cluster of flavors and meats that compliment each other exquisitely. I also enjoy that it isn't TOO cheesy, providing an equal balance in flavors and chewiness. It tastes like true Italian food! If you ever see them in your neighborhood, give them a shot. It's definitely worth it. This is coming from someone who was raised in the south. Now excuse me while I finish the rest! 😝🤤

We’ve had Mike and Tony out to our store a few times and they are always a HUGE hit! They are quick to respond to any questions, flexible, and most importantly their food is AMAZING!! They have variety on their menu and my personal favorite is the rigatoni with sausage….I’ve never had sausage so tender and flavorful. Their food is top notch. Be sure to check them out!!

They were at a church event yesterday, and our order was chicken Alfredo fries, a panzerotti, a cannoli, tiramisu, and an Italian strawberry soda. My sister said, “I’ve never been to a food truck where the food was this amazing!” 10/10 would recommend — please come back to our church for future events!

What amazing and delicious Italian street food. You can tell the Father and Son Duo enjoy cooking and providing excellent service and food. I had the chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious, cheesy, saucy and quality chicken. My kids had the spaghetti and they loved it, the meatballs were tasty!!!! I follow them on Facebook and will be ordering from them again and again. Highly recommend!

Thank you for coming to Alma Apartments in Henderson, NV. The Lasagna was soupy and looked nothing like a square shape Lasagna in your pictures on your truck.👎🏾. Do not serve the Lasagna in a round bowl, it should be served in a square or rectangular container. This was my first time eating food from your Food Truck and I am not a happy customer. Please wear a hair net when working around food, especially in a Food Truck.

I use a lot of food trucks. This is hands down the best one. By far! The quality of food surpasses what thought a food truck could do. Great Italian food. I will follow where they go. And they seem like good people too, so I feel good about supporting them as well.
