Absolutely exemplary food, experience and service. Eric Samson is a genius with flavour. Our host Alan was magnificent, making us feel so comfortable, welcome and explaining the food so well. We had an incredible evening.

The food was excellent: many different flavours and unique tastes. You can feel chef's creativity in each dish. The atmosphere was also great. You can enjoy nice relaxing dinning experience. Perfect for a romantic dinner. Our waiter was Alan and he was friendly yet really professional. He explained the food with so much knowledge and answered my questions. He made our dinning experience much better. Thanks, Alan. And I believe she is Maítre D. :she showed us our table and also served the special cheese plate. She was also excellent. I appreciate your professionalism.

We visited for dinner on the 11/2/2026 and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Alan our waiter for the night was excellent and described all the dishes it incredible detail. We were extremely impressed and grateful for his level of English we our French being non-existent. The manageress was also brilliant. Everyone was so welcoming, the ambience matched the food perfectly and we’d done again there in a heart beat if back then Val Thorens. One of the highlights of our week

Exceptional food and service. So much creativity around the menu infusing ingredients like sea urchin, seaweed and buckwheat which you don’t typically find in the alps! Alan was incredible and very professional in explaining each course to us. The team also offered a free shuttle back to our hotel without us even asking. Truly world class and highly recommend. Easily the best restaurant that Val Thorens has to offer!

Michelin level cuisine!wait to be surprised. Great taste meets elegance!

The location is unbeatable. The terrace gives an amazing view on the village and the mountains. We had hesitated between this restaurant and a Michelin 1-star, and finally chose here based on the Google review. Given the price tag, I think the presentation is at the right level however the taste needs to be improved. Ordered a 6-course menu, including the chef’s signature dish of truffled egg. The taste of truffle was subdued and blended well with the egg but it did not add another layer to the palette. Lamb was well cooked but the sauce was unfortunately too salty. Crab in chartreuse sauce was an invention but not a taste easy to accept. The only dish that impressed me was the abalone (ormeau) and the home-made bread was very very good. Still an overall good experience but it was below my expectation

Outstanding dining experience. Fabian was incredibly courteous and had exceptional knowledge of the menu. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Val Thorens.

As you can see the chef is very creative and is able to translate his imagination on the plate. It tastes as good as it looks. Staff are kind , hospitable and friendly. Really enjoyed our experience here! A must place to visit and experience.
