Diamond Baklava

This baklava is second to none. You can actually taste how fresh the ingredients are. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the company at one of their demos and they seem to care very much about their product and their customers which, in all honesty, is difficult to find these days. 5 stars for sure!!!

This stuff is amazing! I haven't always been a huge fan of baklava, I've always liked it but never LOVED it - until I tried Eleni's. The different textures and flavors all work together to create a sublime experience from the first bite. The only issue I've had with it is that it has made me a bit of a baklava snob, so I almost never get it anywhere else anymore because it's always disappointing.

My go-to Baklava. I'm very fussy when it comes to Greek food having been raised there so I always judge it stricter than I would other foods. There's nothing to fault here at all! Totally delicious. At first being a traditionalist, I was wary of the 'new flavours' but I did begrudgingly give them a try. Everything is amazing but I'm going to go with pistachio as my new favourite. I could eat them every day without ever getting bored.

Diamond Baklava is superb! Quality, freshness, customer service is top tier and most importantly their product is Beyond delicious. I freeze mine and eat one at a time! They shared that little secret with me! Tastes so good cold ;)

Tried all flavors and it's so hard to pick a favorite because they're all good! Deliciously made baklava using fresh, quality ingredients. Every bite consists of the perfect blend of honey, nuts and phyllo dough stacked together and baked to perfection. Such a sweet treat for any occasion!

Eleni's baklava is sooooo good! I personally like the traditional walnut. The baklava is fresh, crispy, generous with the filling and juicy! It's not drowning in sweetness, but just the right balance. My only problem is that I can't just have one piece! Sooo good!
