So, firstly, I have to say, their cakes are delicious. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is for lack of communication. I showed them my inspo photo of the cake I wanted for my 55th birthday, and when I went to pick up the cake, they were waiting for an Amazon delivery for the topper of the cake I ordered 3 weeks ago. Mind you I paid in full when I ordered. If this was expressed to me before hand, I would have been happy to make adjustments. *Edit* My guest said it tasted undone. It tasted good the next day because we accidentally had it in the oven.

The tortas here are incredible! Fresh bread, amazing flavor, and generous fillings. You can taste the love in every bite. This bakery is a must-try—I’ll be coming back for sure! I love the Cucumber lime aguaFreasca ❤️

We were driving from Scottsdale and googled panaderia and found this one on our way to Yuma, so we had to stop. The had good Mexican bread, the champurrado was delicious, they also have tamales, very very tasteful and were big full of meat. I recommend this place for your Mexican pan.

Woke up this morning not wanted to cook breakfast so I decided to order, definitely wanted to try something different, found Diana's bakery and I can tell you I chose right! Never heard of it or been there however the food i just had you'd think came out of a fancy restaurant or something. Big sandwich size and tons of flavor. I got the Chilanga Torta and the Tortaquiles, keeping this place in mind for next time.

This place is a scam, they wanted to charge me extra for someone else's order that I already paid for in cash and the lady didn't enter it into the system and hid the money outside the register and wanted to charge it with my order but I asked her about it and she angrily said she had already removed it, well and speaking of my order it tastes too sweet and has a strange flavor as if it had been on the counter too long 05/24/2025 afternoon

During quarantine , I got the chance to drop here. I was just moving in and ordered to work from home but still hadn't unpacked my important coffee. I is in need of some coffee immediately. My go-to coffee shop that I'd hit up before going to work once in a while unfortunately doesn't have a 10 or 15 miles position from here, but this bakery hushed me and said everything was going to be perfect! Cakes and pastries are must-try! Highly Recommended!

Good customer service order some cupcakes. Her frosting was really delicious. Cupcake was a little dry, but overall really delicious and good thank you guys for the service and making the cupcakes for my granddaughter’s birthday. They have really good bread, not going to knock em on that but look at the letters they put on this cake i had made for $150. Haha, looks like my son did it. Daaaammit, it is what it is the party is today. It just looks mad sloppy, look at the J on Janet. LMAO

I love this place but I had the worst experience with patty/patricia. I ordered a torta cubana and it was extremely soggy so I asked for it to be remade and she refused then I asked for a refund which she also refused. Another lady helped and remade my order but this woman was so unprofessional. I don't think I'll be back anymore though the tortas are great! Just not soggy. She also refused to give any management details. Tuve una experiencia horrible con una tal patty o Patricia (la que se tapa el ojo con su copete) me compré una torta cubana y me la dieron aguada del pan de abajo. Regrese a la panadería para pedir que me la hagan de nuevo y no quiso la dona, ni mi dinero me querían regresar. Las tortas son lo mejor que venden aquí pero no aguadas. Al fin otra señora vino y muy amable me la hizo de nuevo. La patty necesita cursos del servicio al cliente, porque yo pagué no era gratis y no era una molestia.

Came across this bakery by accident but I'm glad that I paid them a visit. Bought a birthday cake for my mom's birthday last month and my family loved it! Ordered a tres leche coffee nut cake, very delicious! The lady I spoke to was very friendly and gave me samples to try out my options. The place can be easily be missed but I highly recommend giving this bakery a shot. They also have options for lunch time. Keep in mind, when ordering a cake, it must be ahead of time. I can see myself coming here again.

Been going here since I was small before they separated with the restaurant next door, and man I still love em! I go for the tortas, torta de milanesa is my favorite and they carry different jarrito flavors! Must try here in Phoenix!

Love this place! We've come a few times now and every time the bread is fresh and tastes delicious! It's now a favorite for sure!

I needed a last minute cake for a birthday celebration. The reviews mentioned the tres leches cake was good. I then called the bakery, and they were able to take in my cake order a day before my due date. We got a tres leches cake with strawberry filling and it came out so cute. The cake itself was really delicious everyone was asking where we got we got it from. It tasted homemade, not overly sweet or soggy.

Discovered this place during quarantine. I just moved in and was ordered to work from home but still hadn't unpacked my coffee essentials. I needed coffee stat. My go-to coffee shop that I would hit up before going into work once in a while doesn't have a location for 10 or 15 miles from here sadly, but this bakery hushed me and said everything was going to be just fine! The café de olla is out of this world. No creamer needed, but I don't do black - either way you have it will be amazing! They didn't strain well my first time but on every other visit it has been perfect on temp, texture and taste. Can't attest to their cake, but their pan dulce is thee best in Phoenix. (Yes, even better than Phoenix New Times' pick!) My days of peeling the dulce off the conchas and tossing out the pan are over! Moist and tasty all the way through. I've introduced it to my whole family and they've driven miles for them already. Cookies, croissants, niños envueltos are absolutely impressive too. So very proud to have this bakery in my neighborhood! P.s. they close at 7, not 830 as noted by their web pages.

We had a bad experience this weekend at this place. We order a cake that was supposed to be a tres leches cake. This was not even close, bread was dry and the flavor wasn't there. Very disappointing for the price I paid.$85 I should of bought one from Sam's club for $30 for this kind of cake. We will not come back.

Went into this place on a limb and I'm so glad I did! Ordered a beautiful unicorn cake. Pina colada filling. Everyone at the party loved it. Full of flavor. For the price I paid and quality I will definitely be back! This is now my go to cake place for my functions! Thank you for making a piece of my party great!

They have good products, however, bad customer service . Missed out on have my bolillo with cream cheese and jalapeño for over a week visiting this daily great disappointment. I been misguided and lied to during this time, not until I had to prepay for the order to get my bolillos even made. Listen to your customer request, you need them to stay in business!!

This was before COVID happened. As I was eating a Bolillo I bit into something that felt like a rock. To my surprise it was a piece of glass!

I received a horrible cake for a special occasion! My order was not made as I ordered it. When I told them my cake was not made how I asked they told me "we had to make changes." I never received a call to let me know and when I was there I was not told they can fix it or offered me a discount. They DID NOT CARE! I had to buy my own frosting to fix it and please take a look at the pictures how lazy they are when making letters. They don't seem to care about details.

In spite of what I read here I wanted to give this place a try. The quality of the product is okay, little bit expensive considering the business location. But the biggest problem is their rude service. Very poor !!! For that quality and better prices. there are many places in the area where your business will be better appreciated.

If you are looking for something different yet tastey. Give Dianas a try. Tastes and looks awesome. I went back twice in the same day bought about 25.00 worth of delicious pastries and served them at presentation that I was giving near by. Dianas, you wont be dissappointed and guarentee you cant just eat one..

Cakes are delicious and staff are very helpful and kind! Staff offered me several samples to help me make my final selections. I will definitely be back!!

I love this place! They sell the best sweet bread. They have these donuts they make and they cut them in half then put creme filling and put the top back on. The food is actually really good too. They make really good menudo on the weekends my family and I stop by a lot. The only thing I didn't like was their regular breakfast menu it just didn't do it for me. It comes with a sweet bread and coffee so it's a good deal either way. Oh and they make fresh fruit drinks!
