Worst shopping experience I've ever had in Santa Barbara. The woman working there was so rude and had such a horrible attitude as if she hated her job or just prejudice to anyone who isn't white. Couldn't tell, but that was the first time I ever felt that uncomfortable. I was ready to drop money on multiple pairs of nice jeans, but I'll never go back there ever again.

I’m a frequent shopper at the DIANI stores. I love the team there and their style advice is always spot-on. Their customer service is top notch and the clothes, shoes, and home decor that I’ve bought at these stores over the years are my favorite pieces in my closet and around my home!

This is the store you must see if you are visiting Santa Barbara or live here. The store has the greatest selection of the best designers including dresses, jeans, bags, hats, sweaters, tops, bottoms, shoes and so much more. And they have a phenomenal sale area. Everything I have purchased over the last 10 years still continues to be some of my favorite pieces. Leanna, the manager is wonderful and Ariella is such a great salesperson with so much style. They do have a separate shoe store, equally as fabulous, and a home store too. All 3 are located across the street from the Arlington Theatre.

1 star doesn’t do justice… I recently had the misfortune of visiting Diani Boutique, and I can confidently say it was the worst shopping experience of my life. The store itself is a mess, with clothes haphazardly thrown around and a distinct lack of organization. The selection is outdated, overpriced, and lacks any sense of style or quality. However, the most shocking aspect of Diani Boutique is how they treat their staff. It was appalling to witness the staff being openly berated and humiliated by the management in front of customers. The employees looked visibly stressed, demoralized, and afraid to even speak up. It was clear that they were working in a hostile and toxic environment, which is completely unacceptable.

I am obsessed with these stores. The design is impeccable and the staff is always friendly. I live in LA but come up to the Living home store to stock up on gifts. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Walked in looking for a pair of baggy jeans… the sales woman looked me up and down 3 times for a solid 20 seconds and said “31…32?”. I’m a size 27. The woman admitted that she didn’t mean to offend me but “you have hips”. This is why people have eating disorders….. so unfortunate.

Haven't been able to visit the shop yet, but I've ordered a few times online. The experiences have been great. Everything comes securely wrapped and with a lovely hand-written note from the owner! They strive to be unique, and they really are. I've discovered brands I've never seen elsewhere, and I treasure every purchase -- a glass or ceramic or scarf -- because they truly are special. I started reading the owner's blog, and I love that she actually uses everything she sells, has innovative ways to use them, and her style of writing makes me feel like I'm just dropping in to see a friend and see what she's up to. Keep the ideas and inspiration coming!

Sending out lots of love to DIANI Boutique in general...a great women’s shop, and Hannah in customer service specifically. I had a problem with my first purchase, but as soon as Hannah became fully aware of it she called me. She listened patiently then went to work over two days to fully resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Customer service is just as important as the product a business sells. Hannah represents DIANI well. I’m excited about my beautiful new earrings and will definitely shop DIANI Boutique again.
