"Egyptian pitmaster Kareem El-Ghayesh’s pop-up barbecue shop, KG BBQ, will be serving a Mediterranean barbecue menu at Dia’s Market (812 Justin Lane) in the Highland neighborhood this Sunday. He will have smoked meats like brisket and lamb bacon ribs, and chicken kebabs as well as sides like fattoush and pink potato salad, sandwiches, barbecue rice bowls, and pistachio rice pudding for dessert.
