Dic Ann's Hamburgers Vimont

The staff are friendly and sweet. The food arrive hot and fresh. They are open 7days. I notice the price tag is changed, a bit more higher compare to other Dic Ann location. Plenty of parking spot available.

Came to eat here on Nov 23 2025 @ 15h30 (management check the schedule to see who the young cook was). We ordered 3 double cheeseburger, one fry and one poutine to eat in. We found it odd to have been served so quickly, being regulars for many many years, this was a first. We get to our table and the cheeseburgers have no cheese, the fries were hard like a rock and cold, and same for the poutine. We return to the counter and advise the young lady at the cash, the cook “remakes” our order within about a minute or two - way too fast. The cheeseburger now have cheese but the meat inside is room temperature and the sauce is only liquid, no meat and we got the same hard rock cold fries for the fry and the poutine. I brought the poutine back and had the cashier actually take a cold fry from the bottom of the poutine with her hand and asked for a refund. My husband was too hungry to he ate the room temperature burgers (MAPAQ concern) and half the hardened cold fries. In the end, you threw in the garbage 3 double cheeseburgers (with no cheese) one fry and 2 poutines which you reimbursed, and leaving customers disgusted enough to write this review by trying to pass off your stale lunch leftovers. Had there been a responsible adult present, or management I do believe the food would have been remade freshly with new items.

My second favourite Dic Ann’s restaurant to go to. ( my favourite is the one in Terrebonne ) Love coming here for their cheeseburgers and French fries with sauce. There something about there specialty sauce that so good. Definitely will come again next time when I in sector and wanting a good old Dic Ann burger. Another big plus is now they have Dr.Pepper

Yeah, I share a similar experience as another reviewer. The woman who cleans the tables and trays does use the same rag for the bathroom. I watched her rinse out her rag in the bathroom, clean the sink, then go back into the restaurant, where she then cleaned the garbage can then more tables and trays. Don't think I want to go back to eat there.

First time and last time I am having a poutine from there. There was no gravy sauce, very dry. So disappointed 😞

Surprisingly tasty. Unique and really one of a kind. Will be back for sure 😁

I’ve been visiting l Laval from Toronto since 1985. Every time I’m there if it’s a day or a week I have Dic Annes. The best burgers and poutine I ever tried in my life. The quality of food is fantastic and tastes out of this world. Going through Quebec and not visiting Dic Annes is a crime..

Great very small & skinny burgers with a unique taste. But I have to say the prices have skyrocketed too much. I realise ingredients are expensive, but it makes no sense to pay close $40 for cheeseburgers, fries and pops for 2. I'd love to go back, but it's a bit too much for for us.
