18 Fast-Casual Miami Restaurants Worth the Hype

"Another build-your-own bowl spot, but with a bit of Miami flair as bowls are often topped with a sweet guava sauce. Pro tip: order a mix of all the sauces. With locations all over Miami, Diced is never too far away. (See all locations here.)" - Amber Love Bond

Google
Another great Diced experience! Came here with my partner and we ordered our favorites ! Service was great and staff were wonderful. Our food came out fresh and delicious!

Diana Sanchez

Google
It was outstanding. There are no comparison restaurants around that offer such pure foods. We appreciate that NO seed & vegetable oils are used. We would like to see eggs, and raw cheeses added to the menu. Also some grass fed meat options.

Lauren Rivas

Google
Got a messed up order and they were so quick to make it right. They made me another bowl and delivered it to me quickly. I appreciated that because I had dinner. I already loved DICED, but this is what makes it even better - stellar customer service and valuing their customers.

Amanda LeCuyer

Google
This was my go to spot for work lunches the drive through used to be quick, friendly and efficient. But lately.... its gone downhill. Twice now I have been stuck in the drive through first time 30 minutes and today almost 45 minutes and the food was incorrect. I spoke my order twice and it was still wrong. When I bit into the chicken it was just barely cooked. I used to love Diced and raved about it but lately its been horrible.

Patricia Torre

Google
This place is great. Can't believe I've never stopped here. I had 30 min to eat. I ordered my food at the counter, in 5 min I was eating. And delicious , quick nourishing food. Super friendly staff and very clean!. Will be back!

Flora Valencia

Google
Good ingredients but poorly put together wrap. This is a STEAK wrap, and it had maybe 3-4 half inch cubes of meat throught the whole thing. I wonder what this would look like if I order it without rice next time. Also when you order a wrap they ask if you want White, Wheat, or Spinach tortilla. Order made entirely wrong. Save your money if you're looking for protein and just go anywhere else but here.

Melissa Mato

Google
Sad because this diced used to be so on point. I waited over 30 min in the drive thru which never happens. The GM Jeffrey told me they would make it up “next time” lol. My order was missing the sauce but I had already drove away. When I called the store to ask them about it they hung up on me. Wasted my whole lunch break dealing with this 😔

Erika Enriquez

Google
This is the best diced I have ever eaten at. The food was delicious, and so fresh. The service was so warm, friendly, and professional. Thank you, Martha for your five star service. This is my new favorite place to eat. Love, Erika

Yelp

Yelp
Came in at 9:30pm before closing. Ordered a build your own bowl with extra chicken. Food was healthy, food and came out really fast. Docked only 1 star because it was slightly salty, but overall great experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Excelente comida sana. Sabores ricos y balanceados. Lo recomiendo !!! Comí un Wrap y estaba delicioso a buen precio.

Shelby A.

Yelp
Wait time was about 10 minutes which wasn't bad. The food is boring and lacks flavor. It's light on the stomach which is nice in the Florida heat but a little bit of spice would go along way. The southwestern bowl tasted like rice cooked in butter topped with their very mildly flavored dressing that comes with it. Personally wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. If you like seasoning and bold flavors this isn't it.

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Great food and fast service. Definitely will return! Live their salad bowls for vegans
google avatar

Yelp
Always a great experience when I come here. Love the food and service plus atmosphere. Had the Strawberry, Banana and Mango smoothie with coconut water which was soo delicious. I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole which elevated my dish even higher in addition to pinto beans, spinach, corn, pico and the mixed 3 sauce inside the bowl and on the side. So good and can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Great lunch options as always and it's always fresh. Definitely recommend it for lunch or when you in the mood for a quick healthy bite.

Yelp
Every time we go to Diced in Pinecrest, they do it right. Super kind and patient, despite our long and complex orders. The food tastes so good!! (Chipotle chicken and guava sauce especially). One of the ladies working in the drive thru is so sweet always. She left this kind note. This says it all. :)
google avatar

Olivia G.

Yelp
This place kind of sucks. The service is always good, but the food is really just bland. It's super expensive for what you get. These two bowls were over $30. It's just a couple chopped up vegetables. I would much rather go to chipotle. Bolay puts this place to shame. The tables outside are really sticky too.
google avatar

Alain A.

Yelp
Food is great at diced and service is off the charts always super kind and welcoming. Location is super clean and has plenty of seats. I will say for pay 23 dollars for a bowl with extra chicken the serving of the protein was super poor. Please up the portion sizes for your protein!

Beatriz G.

Yelp
Ordered from this place and the food portions were so small, I ordered 3 bowls, ingredients were missing and it was $70 for just the bowls. Avocado was overripe, the quinoa bowl looked like toddler food sample. I felt so disappointed at the portions, and I'm a tiny person, I don't need big plates, it honestly felt like a healthy snack. I won't order from this place again. Not wasting my money and time here ever again

Yelp
I love DICED drive thru.. IN THEORY. I was sooo excited when that drive thru opening.. but it has been subpar. Sometimes they're very heavy on the base and light on the rest... but more importantly, you might just not get what you ordered at all, despite your long wait time. The smoothies have never been good.. the chips are the worst.. but that just helps me not order them (usually.. every once in a while I get a craving while I'm in line and I try another smoothie to just be disappointed again.. I'm always confused at how flavorless they are). If you're only going to offer custom items, then I'd appreciate they be correct, and my order is often wrong.. Aside from me paying extra for ingredients that I don't receive (like steak, forbidden rice, and avocado).. for picky eaters like me, it's extremely annoying to get wrong veggies (I especially loathe cucumber which is resulting in me not eating todays bowl).. but for whoever got my steak bowl today instead of their vegan bowl.. I think it's safe to say they're probably more upset than I am if they didn't notice it before driving away. I do try to check my orders before driving away, but typically I just check the count. The clear top gets foggy so as long as the colors seem relatively right I'm not trying to open it to check each ingredient (though for those of you with allergies, you really should). I wish they'd put a sticker or receipt with it so they keep it straight and we know we have the right items. I live so close to this DICED that I keep waiting for a fix and trying it again to see if issues are resolved.. but I think it may be time for me to move on (at least from the drive thru!!)

Yelp
The food tastes fresh every time I come here. I usually get a bowl or a wrap and I can never finish the whole thing so the portion sizes are fairly big. And the chips and pico are addicting! Overall, I love the quality and the price. In my opinion way better chipotle. And the cilantro lime sauce to top things off is a must.
google avatar

Neysha Z.

Yelp
I moved to Denver and I'm missing this place very much. By any chance, don't you have a restaurant in Colorado? You can think in the idea of having more restaurants in other states or USA. That will be great! I miss you!
google avatar

Yelp
I love Dice, for a fast food, this is where u should stop if you want healthy food. Nothing else to say.
google avatar

Frieda S.

Yelp
Mid. Food is mediocre at best. I usually like Diced, do not know what happened this time. The vegan garlic cilantro tasted old and rotten. Don't think I will be returning.

alejandra j.

Yelp
The size of portion is small but yet the price went up. I was the only person that order and it took about 15 minutes to get my chicken bowl.
google avatar

Taylor A.

Yelp
I picked up food to take it home, I got a bowl with chicken and ask for an extra serving of chicken. I don't even think I got a full 3 ounces even with the extra serving. Sad because I love this place but it was alllll rice & guac :(
google avatar

Zach S.

Yelp
Solid place here with great food options. While the food is a bit higher here then most places, you get what you pay for and overall roughly its around $14-$18 per person here. Its like an organic chipotle with better ingredients but similar conveyor belt system. We especially like the organic selections and while they do have cola and other soft drinks here, they have other options as well. Parking is solid here and is a great go to if you're lookin' for something healthy and on the go. Great pitstop before doing shopping across the street at Trader Joes. hah. Great spot.

Yelp
I've been a fan of Diced since trying them at the Yelp Disco event. Their variety of sauces makes them the winner in the chopped chicken bowl game. I stopped by a few evenings back while in the Pinecrest area and stopped by for a quick dinner. The fact they had a terrace convicted me since I was with my furkid. My bowl consisted of brown rice, extra chicken & tomatoes and their guava sauce. The ingredients were plentiful and all tasty. Despite it being a fast casual place, one of the employers stopped by outside to check on us. I appreciate the good service; it's great for a quick meal. Their doggy play area even has a fenced in doggy play and potty area with a fake fire hydrant. Luna loved it and her water bowl!

Yelp
I want to start off by saying I really enjoy diced food very much. I have been to their two other locations, and I love the healthy, easy options they offer. The customer service is great, but this location gets 3 stars due to its limited parking. There have been a few times where there is no where to park and I have to leave and find somewhere else to eat for lunch during the work week. It's unfortunate, but the location doesn't allow for more parking. I know they have an online ordering option, but due to timing that doesn't always work for me. The staff is always welcoming and efficient in processing the orders correctly and fast. The concept is simple yet delicious. Pick a bowl to fill with rice (white, brown, quinoa, or new forbidden rice) salad, or a wrap. Then pick a protein being either chicken, steak or albacore tuna, and then top it with as many or little veggie toppings, pick a cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) , add some beans (pinto or black) and top with any or all of their signature sauces ( spicy guava, garlic pesto cilantro, tomato basil, or vinaigrette). So many options to choose from that keep me coming back. Hopefully one day soon, the parking issue will be resolved. I see they are staring to build a drive thru diced in the parking lot next to it so fingers crossed this will allow me to update my review to 4-5 stars!

Yelp
I used the drive thru and I am so disappointed. They forgot my side order of chips and avocado smashed and was charged still. Then when I got home, the brown rice in my bowl was hard and uncooked.

Yelp
Food was very good. Only complaint I had was the knives kept on breaking! So bring your own
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy bowls and salads. Love this place because it's healthy and fast! Create your own bowls or salads from their long list of ingredients. Then add some yummy sauces. Here's my favorite: salad with a base of lettuce and spinach, protein is chicken, add onions, carrots, garbanzo beans, cucumber, cilantro, and top with avocado slices, cilantro avocado sauce and a side of the spicy guava. College-age kids work here, so service can be kind of dry, but definitely fast and fresh. Only real down side is that it can get pricey. It's worth having every once in a while! Looking forward to the Drive location next door. I ordered a to go salad via Yelp. picked it up early! So fast and easy!!
google avatar

Arturo B.

Yelp
Love me some DICED! Diced is such a wonderful concept. Think of it as a fancier chicken kitchen with farm fresh, organic ingredients. I have been Dice'ing for ever. My go to is chicken and steak bowl with rice, pinto beans, lettuce, spinach, carrots, olives, tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro. top with guac and the famous 3 sauces. Mix it all and devour. The regular portion is generous and sure to kept you satisfied. Order online and skip the line; several locations in Miami-Dade. Enjoy!!

Yelp
I had been driving by Diced and wanting to try it, so finally stopped in. We were glad there were a few tables outside on a beautiful Miami night, because it was freezing inside. The self ordering screen was broken, but the cashier was fast and friendly. I used a credit card and there was a screen where you signed your name using your finger. I'm not a big fan of fast food places asking for 20% tips via a screen, but you did have the option of custom (or even no) tipping. I ordered the Chicken Bowl, $8.95, with Brown Rice, Black Beans, CORN, SPINACH, LETTUCE, ONIONS, PEPPERS, CARROTS, BLACK OLIVES, CUCUMBER, CILANTRO, Cheddar, and Garlic Pesto Cilantro dressing. I was able to copy this list right from the receipt I was sent. They had several other yummy sounding dressings, and you can even combine them. Everything tasted very fresh and they bring the bowls to your table. Five stars on the food! If you want regular water, you have to ask, so that's inconvenient, especially if you want more. When it's crowded, parking can be difficult, but just past it they are making a Diced drive thru and there is a little more parking there.
google avatar

Alexandra F.

Yelp
Omg!! So delicious! It's been a while since I've been here and I can't even remember why I stopped going. I think it was because the portions were really small but they have definitely stepped up their portion game. I couldn't even finish my meal. I got the bowl with brown rice, spicy chicken, spinach, carrots, red onions, cucumber and the 3 sauces combined. It was soo good. They have minimal outside seating but a huge bonus is that they have a drive through. Your food is ready super fast and it's healthy and fresh! If you want a quick on the go healthy meal, you gotta try them out!!

Yelp
During this time one of my favorite things to do is hop in the car and go for long drives. It's how me and hubby achieve date-night success. It's truly amazing how we as humans are so resilient in the face of anything. We find ways to cope and create life from where we stand. That's exactly how innovative Diced got when they created, Diced-thru. We were not looking for anything to eat when we happened across this drive-thru. It's a smaller building that sits on the same lot as Diced. From the looks of it, it looks like a converted dry cleaner. How brilliant is that and it's a testimony to how we adapt to change and do our best to keep things flowing. Currently, we cannot sit in groups at restaurants so their original location on this lot is closed but business hasn't stopped. So, if you're in the area and in the mood for something healthy, Diced-thru is there to serve you. It's probably for the best to go healthy these days anyway. ;) Service was great and my smoothie was too.
google avatar

Joan L.

Yelp
It's all about the bowl these days and Diced is another "bowl" place. For me though, Diced does not even compare to other bowl places I have been to like Beehive and Bolay. Like those restaurants, Diced is a fast casual concept. However, compared to those other healthy type bowl places, Diced has very limited choices. You actually don't have to have a bowl. You can choose to have a salad or wrap. Then you choose a protein (chicken, steak, pork, or 2 vegetarian choices. Then you pick your rice. There is an up charge for forbidden rice or quinoa. Then you pick your bean and veggies. Veggies are limited to lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, spinach, onions, peppers, black olives, and avocado for an up charge. Then you pick your cheese which is limited to mozzarella or cheddar. There is a choice of eight sauces. I picked a bowl with chicken, quinoa, black beans, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, and garlic cilantro sauce. Not bad, but not terribly interesting either. The chicken was a little dry but the quinoa was flavorful. The veggies were all a little wilted. The sauces were tasty. Honestly, for a $12 bowl, I really would like more variety of veggies and proteins. Still, it was a fast, quick meal & healthier than many other fast food options. The place is bright, with cute decor. The staff was friendly and stayed open for us when it was just about closing time. Not running back to Diced but I will keep it in mind if I need a quick lunch in Pinecrest or Kendall.

Yelp
Diced is delicious! It always fresh, the service is fast and the sauces are delicious! I have to order at least once a week even though I have food at work. My fave is Pincrest location, and the guava and garlic sauce is my fave!
google avatar

Marla V.

Yelp
Stopped at Diced on the way home from work on a weekday. I placed my order online with no issues at all. When I arrived to pick it up, it was ready and waiting for me. I built a chicken bowl for myself and a chicken wrap for my BH. Everything was super tasty and fresh. I appreciated the side sauces. My personal faves were the Mixed 3 and Garlic Cilantro sauces. My favorite part of Diced was how the to-go containers were environmentally responsible. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.
google avatar

Jazmin G.

Yelp
I tried Diced for the first time today for lunch and wasn't SUPER impressed, but I liked it. In my opinion, Diced is like the more expensive, super-food infused version of Chipotle, except I personally feel like Chipotle packs in way more flavor. I ordered a Build Your Own Bowl with chicken, Diced brown rice, chickpeas, spinach, onions, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese and their garlic pesto cilantro sauce. The bowl is a lot bigger than you'd expect. Big enough to share between two people. In total I paid $13 for one bowl and a small Pellegrino. Although I appreciated the trendy industrial-style venue and the customer service was excellent, I thought the quality of the food should be a little more flavorful. It's definitely a healthier alternative to most fast-food in Miami, but for that kind of price, I'd rather go to Chipotle where I know I'll get the perfect amount of food that is sure to satisfy my taste buds. Also, this parking situation is absolutely terrible. I sat near a window the whole time I was eating my lunch because I was afraid someone would hit my car as they struggled to parallel park.

Yelp
3.12.18 Update to the review left previously. Since posting on yelp- Otto Perez, (Pinecrest location manager) went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Although he didn't have to, my meal was comped weeks later, free of charge and I was in and out (on my lunch break) in less than 10 minutes. This time I had the pork bowl topped with their signature house sauce and the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. So so happy to know that not only is great food offered, but that customer service stemming from the top is 100% top notch. Updated pictures provided. Thank you, Diced, Otto and yelp for allowing the community to have open dialogue with business owners. ----------------------------------------- Oh man. I was looking forward to being a regular at Diced. I work, maybe, 2 minutes away? and as other yelpers have said... Pinecrest really needs a healthy, quick service restaurant in the neighborhood. Sadly, I was disappointed by the quality of the food being offered. Service was fine. But the food was so bland. Borderline tasteless. It was disappointing. If it wasn't for the sauces- there would be no flavor at all. I completely understand fresh food sometimes lacks condiments and "sazon". My meal was very fresh. Fresh ingredients. But it came cold. Maybe because the vegetables were so fresh from the refrigerator? I don't know. The sauce I requested also contained a hair inside of the closed container. Picture provided for reference. I want to return but at this rate I think I'm better off and more sawith a $6 tropichop from Pollo Tropical.

Yelp
This is a super place to get totally healthy food. A step up from Chipotle. They have a juice bar as well. The service is also excellent as a few associates checked on us to make sure we had everything including the manager. It was also a very good value as you can see from the pictures, the bowls were absolutely massive and the guacamole portions added were also enormous. Very, very tasty and definitely a 'go-to' for us while we visit Miami. Parking is a bit tight as the restaurant is on a thin lot so just be careful as you arrive and depart.

Yelp
Love this spot for a quick lunch! Salads/bowls are pretty big portions but you don't feel heavy or slow after eating it all. Personally i always have to take some to go cause it's that much that you get served but even when I'm full their food doesn't make me heavy. Absolutely love their sauces!!! Def a great spot to try out whether you are trying to eat healthy or need a good lunch fix!
google avatar

Sabrina S.

Yelp
Service was good. Atmosphere is cute and cozy. This place offers simple healthy smoothies and salads. I was surprised that they had such a small ingredient list. Not many choices for fruits and vegetables in the smoothie section. I was SHOCKED that they do not have lemon or lime on the menu. A salad and smoothie place without this essential ingredient? So I was not able to have the salad because I wasn't going to eat it dry. Their sauces looked amazing, but too bad they couldn't accommodate my allergy restrictions. Bummer. They also weren't able to tell me the ingredients in their vegenaise. I settled for a smoothie and it tasted like the ones I make at home. My friend said she liked her steak salad with quinoa and veggies. Left here a little hungry. And I'm still not over the lemons.

Margoth C D.

Yelp
Very disappointed with my last visit here. The chicken was DRY, BURNT and BITTER. It should have been thrown out instead of being served to a customer
google avatar

Damian G.

Yelp
I came here for lunch today, and ordered my bowl with chicken, white rice and the works. Ordering was quick and easy. Got my food within a few minutes and sat in one of their comfortable booths. But as I began eating my food, I noticed that the white rice was slightly undercooked. I took my plate to the front, and without any problem - they brought me a fresh new bowl to my table. Food was fresh, atmosphere was pretty cool, and the staff was nice and friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm obsessed with this place!! Healthy chipotle kinda with gluten free and vegan options. This place is clean and the staff are very helpful. I got the steak with forbidden rice (AMAZING), lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, corn, and cheese. I got the signature sauce as well. So much flavor. I love that this place doesn't over season the food. Everything is packed with flavor you're not going to regret it. They're also opening one in Pembroke Pines!! Side note: save your money on the cookies pictured. They taste whatever. Not worth the calories in my opinion.
google avatar

Angie L.

Yelp
Amazing healthy restaurant! No matter how long the line is, the staff will service you immediately! The staff is friendly & the restaurant is always clean. They have salads and bowls that you can build with several different toppings. The restaurant kind of remind you of Chipotle but with healthier options. I always get the "build your own bowl" Chicken, lettuce, quinoa ($1.50 more), corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and pinto beans with the mix three sauces. You will love it!!!

Lucrecia R.

Yelp
Best Diced location ! Kelly goes above and beyond ! The location is clean and have always had a great experience with the device and the quality of the food.
google avatar

Ismary G.

Yelp
Yum ! If you're a bowl person like me you will love this place. You choose chicken or pork and add the vegetables you want on a bed of brown rice , white or quinoa. Then the sauces are all yummy and you can choose out of many. I will go back and add more pics for you but know this restaurant is reasonable and bowl delicious !

Yelp
Nice. Sliced. Diced. QUALITY As I review a restaurant, clearly the main focus should always be quality. Thus is the perfect norm at Diced. With the fresh taste that I have lingering for days, I feel the produce and grains are picked or harvested just before I bite into each savory piece. The tomatoes are juice, the avocado is smooth and fresh; as is even for the brown rice or wheat wrap used. Rarely can I find such a savory and fresh tasting all around quality wrap. However, I was able to at Diced. QUANTITY A huge plus for this category. There are a million and one places now-a-days to get a mediocre wrap. I can name of so many just thinking now. One day, my wife and saw this - what we thought was a one off - spot called Diced. We were not able to stop that moment, however just a few minutes later, somehow found ourselves at this Pinecrest, south Miami location. Wow were we glad. The quantity of food per place and per person is fantastic. Seldom, will one fund such a great quantity when considering all other factors I will get to shortly. VALUE As mentioned just above, the value goes with the quality and quantity. When I think dollar for dollar of the fresh taste I will have, along with the size of each salad, wrap or plate ordered, holy moly, the value is surely there. For well under ten dollars, one can feast for meal and a half - at least. If you opt for a soft drink, you can have a refill while dinning in which always makes the deal a bit sweeter as well. As with so many places, as you order will depend on your value. I am almost vegan (read other reviews to fully understand) and so I choose carefully to really extend my business spent dollar. Trust me, it goes far at Diced. AMBIANCE The ambiance is a huge plus for me. Whether eating outside or inside, once you walk in, you are smiled and greeted at by the kind folks working feverishly behind the counter. The somewhat open concept kitchen allows you to partly see what is going on and the folks are great. The inside seating is nice and bright and light, however when my wife even can enjoy the outside ambiance, I know it is great. There are kitschy lights strung up and the signage and décor is awesome. Some are not big fans perhaps of sitting right on top of South Dixie Highway for the sake of noise, however it makes for a fund view most of the time. CROWD The crowd at Diced is what you might expect. Young and perhaps from around the local University of Miami I have found. I do not believe they have a student discount; however I will not take away points for this. Clearly, they do not need the extra business boost. There will be a line almost out the door when in the peak times and as I have only ever been on the weekend, only waited a short time to place my order. The crowd is friendly and not loud aside from talking over the traffic from South Dixie Highway. SERVICE The servers and hosts are great at Diced. As I said previously, when you walk in you are greeted and the friendly staff are very patient if you are either a first timer as I was once, or if you are a very picky eater, as I always seem to be. Kudos to the clerk whom told me about the no extra charge avocado add-on for the veggie/vegan wrap. Huge plus for this. When you place your order, a simple number sign is given and very quickly your food is brought right to you. No need to get up and get your order at this somewhat fast-food, yet high quality place. Awesome style of doing so. PARKING Ah. My biggest pet peeve if you follow me. And unfortunately, if you have been to Diced, you know I am not going to have great things to say about the parking situation. Unfortunately, a good problem to have (?) is that Diced is very popular. And so even on the weekends, the parking is very tricky. Even when it seems to not be (so) busy inside, the small lot that is very narrow and elongated fills up very quickly. Perhaps folks all travel themselves and meet up? Regardless, the only extra parking is just (south) of the main location, where Diced is fixing to serve up a drive-thru only add-on. Cool idea, however, this my take away even more of the very finite parking they already have - *sigh* - parking woes will always haunt me. Just take a ride share. I am kidding. EXTRA I am so excited to try the drive-thru option when they get that up and running; as I wonder how parking will be. Beyond that, the quality, value and overall feeling after the fact when my wife and I leave Diced is a special feeling. We love wraps just like the rest of the current trendy world and hope that this level of freshness stays for a long time and can only inspire great competition to keep the goodness great. Until next time - SYOY!

Yelp
I went to DICED recently and the experience was amazing. In a busy lunch rush DICED was packed but line moved extremely fast + ample available seating. Staff was on some type of chick Fil A positive vibe. Very appreciative on a Monday. The food was hands down 10 times better than any other chicken chop style. Definitely going to become a regular here.

Yelp
Dined here with a friend for lunch and I was impressed with how environmentally friendly they are. Everything from the tables you sit at, plates you eat off of, and utensils were made from recyclable materials. Great way to start a lunch date in my opinion...knowing that I'm in some way supporting a business that is putting forth efforts to save the Earth. Now to the munchies! I chose to have a one if there freshly crafted bowls that included chicken, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, beans and topped with a house garlic-cilantro sauce. Pleasing meal, decent portion and I had a Strawberry Mango Acai Smoothie to wash it down with. I felt very refreshed and healthy leaving this establishment. There menu has a pretty straightforward item selection consisting of Bowls, Wraps, Salads, as well as Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian Selections.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch with my wife today. The food was excellent, great ingredients, great taste and friendly service. The negatives, as many have said, parking at this location is limited and tight. Hopefully the drive through will help and the price is a little on the steep side. Finally, major props for the best recycling and environmental impact I have seen from a restaurant in Miami. Will be back.

Yelp
I have been going to Diced since it opened its doors. Everything is made fresh to order, and they have so many options to choose from. I believe they are also very reasonably priced (a bowl is about $7+tax. The food is tasty and not overly seasoned, just extremely flavorful and fresh. What I really love the most about DICED is that they really give back to the community, and I really enjoy supporting businesses that give back! I go to Diced at least once a week! Love it!!!

Yelp
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out...I felt SOOOO welcomed. I had expressed it was my first time at the restaurant and the female explained the menu, she was GREAT! Even though the place was BLOWN out the service and the food came out quickly. After I placed my order I had a gentleman and the same female that took my order, come by and make sure that everything was ok and if I needed anything else..AND of course I wanted EXTRA sauce which they brought. What a wonderful joyous positive experience to walk into a restaurant feeling good and eating great high quality food. Thank you DICE for the delicious food and welcoming environment

Yelp
Update: changed my review to a 5 again. Great customer service on management part for reaching out to me. Very grateful with the back end service. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I was so sad that it did. Ordered yesterday from diced Pinecrest online and honestly it was a disaster. Normally I order and they give me a pick up time. I get there five minutes before and the food is ready to go and everyone is on the same page. From the minute I got there I asked for the food they could not find my order. Instead of asking me for any kind of information one of the servers said she had my order there and was going to make it. Granted I actually got there this time 5 minutes past the time the email said it would be ready. I said ok. I mean at this point what choice do I have? Waited for about 10 minutes. No one approached me. I saw that everyone had stopped making salads. Still waiting. Finally I asked again. Again they could not find my name. At this point I'm late for work. One of the girls grabs a bag that had no name and asked if my order has chicken. I said yes. She hands it to me. I looked at it quickly and went to work. Get to work to see that the this is definitely not my order. It's rice which I don't eat with chicken on top. I wouldn't write a negative review but I'm super disappointed. Normally I come here and it's awesome but today there were a lot of people working and it seemed completely disorganized. I lost my money by literally eating only the chicken and peppers on top and I had to be late.
