What an experience. The owner came to our table, chatted with us about our day, and then explained the menu, which is only available in Greek. For starters, we had tzatziki, both classics and spicy, with wonderful dark toasted bread. For mains, we had a ribeye steak and a lamb chop, with traditional potatoes. And a local white wine. We didn't miss anything. Highly recommended.

What a gem! The food was absolutely mouthwatering and the service was excellent. The menu is only in Greek, but the staff are happy to explain everything. The decor inside is beautiful, and it’s also lovely to sit outside on a warm day. The lamb chops were so good. We highly recommended!

Such a cozy, homey spot with real Greek vibes. The people here are simply amazing – warm, welcoming, and they make you feel like family from the very first minute. The best food I’ve had in Greece. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and full of love. If you’re looking for great food, good energy, and that true Greek hospitality – this is the place.

The food and service absolutely blew us away! Our server accommodated our group so perfectly with humor and charm! We took some of his recommendations and the food was divine! True cretan food that to be honest I think will be hard to beat for the rest of our trip. We've already decided we will go back for our special last night! What a fabulous, authentic Cretan restaurant. We turned up without a reservation on a very busy evening and the staff could not have been more accomodating. A table was found and the food was delicious - we should have ordered more sides/starters! Everything is made 100% fresh - nothing out of the freezer or cooked in a microwave. The menu is in Greek but everything was explained. Friendly staff, tasty food, atmospheric. In sum - wonderful! 😊

What an absolutely incredible tavern. Food is simple yet spectacular. Raw materials are of the highest standards and flavors are strong and intense. The place is a bit hard to reach and definatelly needs a car but the place itself is nice with great atmosphere and service.

This taverna is conveniently located near the main road, yet it’s wonderfully quiet, a cozy little corner on a small street filled with tavernas. Designed in a traditional style, it offers excellent portions, all homemade and prepared with care. We always come here to celebrate something special, as we see it as the perfect place for such occasions. The staff is truly amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Whether we sit inside or outside, the atmosphere is always comfortable, and we know we will never be disappointed.
