Food was decent overall. Flavor of the brisket was good, but the bark was overdeveloped, the meat was overcooked, and either they're using select or low end choice grade brisket, or they smoked it a bit too long, or maybe both and it's all flat meat that is being served. Either way, I had to disassemble my sandwich and heat up my brisket in salt brine in the microwave to save it. Maybe I'm spoiled from my time living in Kansas City and my experiences in Memphis, but I expect better. It's not bad, but the meat is the centerpiece of any good barbeque restaurant, and absolutely needs refinement to be top tier.
