I order online for delivery, and I got everything wrong and it looks, tastes like terrible leftover!! On the receipt had note said "everything was sold out" close @6 (which I didn't have to info when i was placing order at 5:30 pm. ALSO the web said close at 7pm) if everything was sold out why don't you just cancel the whole order instead of send some flavorless left over. I would like to request a full refund. I DO NOT want to pay for what I had. Please have someone reach out and solve this problem. Thank you.

I will be the first to admit I was hella skeptical being that this place is in the Lloyd Center aka the mall but the wife said she dropped by for a quick snack while holiday shipping and to her surprise the slider was actually good so this time add-ons were at Lloyd holiday shipping, round 2 and I'm getting hungry. We saw a sign for a new brewery that's located on the 3rd floor. We walked up there only to realize it was already closed but she remembers this place! So off we go. I decide on the pulled pork sandwich and to my surprise it was the daily special; came with a drink and a side. I went with the mac n cheese. First let me say, their BBQ sauce is on point! And with the mac n cheese is a great combo! The sandwich was PACKED with pulled pork!! And it was really good, full of flavor and SOOO juicy. The wife got the beef brisket slider and she was very pleased with it again for the 2nd time. Pricing, considering it's a BBQ joint, and a decent one at that, is very reasonable. You're not breaking the bank here but you will be leaving full and happy!

I'm giving this 3 stars because the staff was friendly and I've only tried ONE thing. I asked if their Mac n cheese was legit, and they said it was their best selling side. Hate to say it tastes like canned chef boyardee Mac and maybe a little like reesers microwave Mac. Mostly like it came from a bag, tub, or can. Not good.

Food was decent overall. Flavor of the brisket was good, but the bark was overdeveloped, the meat was overcooked, and either they're using select or low end choice grade brisket, or they smoked it a bit too long, or maybe both and it's all flat meat that is being served. Either way, I had to disassemble my sandwich and heat up my brisket in salt brine in the microwave to save it. Maybe I'm spoiled from my time living in Kansas City and my experiences in Memphis, but I expect better. It's not bad, but the meat is the centerpiece of any good barbeque restaurant, and absolutely needs refinement to be top tier.

So my experience of this location of Dickey’s was positive the owner was knowledgeable of his menu and the ever growing arch of the Dickey’s franchise. Which the well priced combos and were exciting, the westerner w/brisket was amazing and w/ my fiancé enjoying her three pork ribs, the sides of Mac and cheese that we received were bland and boring and looked nothing like the menu displayed shots of Mac n’ cheese that drew us in. I understand the market right now but I feel taken for a fool. Where the fries were etched off the menu so too could Macbeen to avoid this.

Recently we decided to give Dickeys a try. I had heard it was a good place to eat... We placed our order for delivery and when we received it. The order was not what we had ordered.. I ordered the sliced beef brisket and we received a pile of dry brisket crumbles. When calling the restaurant to complain I was told that was just how their product is.. Its so tender it just falls apart.. That's bull.. And all the advertising shows nice slices of brisket and then to get this dry pile of meat.. This Will be the one and only time I eat Dickeys food... If they would have handled this in a better manner I might have given them a second chance...

Hours are not accurate. Drove out to the Lloyd Center Location for nothing. Maybe it's closed on Mondays? They show as open until 7pm online. Disappointed. Updated: went back to the location to get lunch. Friendly staff and the service was quick. I got the chicken and ribs, both were wonderful. I tried both the green beans and baked beans, both were tasty.

This is good BBQ at a decent price. If you are looking/craving for BBQ to extinguish that quick appetite and be satisfied, go here. It'll take the edge off if you are just craving good and decent BBQ, in different culinary formats. Not tons of meat (and it should not be at the price)... the taste and textures are there - for full satisfaction, for two, spend about $20+. Worth it. Good portions. It was satisfying. Staff were nice and personable. I would recommend this to my Mom.
