Die Alte Brauerei

This place is where the magic happens! French kitchen at its best. Very good Price-Quality ratio. Not cheap but reasonable prices for outstanding food and service. No wonder this one has a Michelin guide star!

That's a restaurant that gives you an experience, not just food. One of the best meals in europe for me. I have been to a few Michelin guide restaurants, this one is the best in it's price range. They have a nice wine collection. The owners are french, it's a perfect french delicacy experience. I will be back definitely!

After a Long moto trip from Paris, my husband and I arrived in this old place, and we felt like we had traveled in time. The Hotel has kept all the charm from the old walls, and is situated above a very nice park. The rooms are comfy and spacious, and the Restaurant offers a very fine cuisine, traditional and original at the same time. The tenants are the most helpful and friendly. This is definitely a place we'd like to visit again. Probably the best in the area. Finally, the Price is more than reasonable. Really a great surprise. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Dauphin!

I spend one night in this old school hotel. Room was huge and clean. Bathroom was normal size and shower in bathtub which is not the best solution. Atmosphere is unique in old building. Sleeping quality high. Breakfast was good. Lack of WIFI in 2017 is not good at all. Value anyhow is good for money.

Well. I had a marvellous meal here - with some thoughtfully inventive, well judged, generous cooking - with a good night's sleep to follow in one of the spacious, warm, clean rooms above the restaurant. I liked the shabby-chic effect and vintage furniture... If you need perfectly square rooms with perfectly flat floors and perfectly colour coordinated decor this may not be the place for you, but I'd take an imperfection or two for the pleasure of waking up with an oak tree right next to the window...and for the feeling that everyone in the place really genuinely cared that I should have as nice a time there as possible

Von der Begrüßung an ein schöner Abend. 🙃 Wir hatten uns schon lange auf den Abend gefreut und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Menü sehr ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich super lecker. Die Gastgeberin herzlich und der Service immer da wenn man etwas brauchte. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! 🙃

Ein echter Geheimtipp in Sankt Ingbert! Die Alte Brauerei überzeugt auf ganzer Linie – das Essen war einfach grandios! Jeder Gang war mit Liebe zubereitet, kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Küche mit modernen Akzenten hat uns begeistert. Der Service war herzlich, aufmerksam und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Ambiente – urig, gemütlich und dennoch stilvoll – rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab.
