One of the best experiences I’ve had in Germany! Lovely place, super clean, excellent service, amazing food and wine experience. Nice restaurant for small and large groups. The meat is really worth to try, my best choice was the rib eye with the Parmesan and truffle chips. The salad is also good and the flavors and textures are definitely so well combined! Definitely will come back on a next trip !

EDIT: Things seem to have changed, since my last review I have returned to find the service exceptionally slow (55 mins between finishing my starter and being served my main) and the food was poor (my main was very overcooked and not nice at all). Perhaps it was just a bad night?!? Excellent dining experience in a very interesting and engaging setting. The food was superb, well prepared and served with excellent flavour and thoughtful combinations. The building itself is really interesting, especially towards the back where there is a private diving space with a vaulted ceiling and barred windows.

We sat about 30 minutes than waiter came and said “we are full”. Half of tables were free!

Fabulous dining experience. Great food in a great location, with friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful wine too, and good prices. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I visited this restaurant again after 4 years. It was completely changed after renovation. Now it's pretty expensive fancy restaurant. Food is very tasty and service is good. From dishes names on the menu it's sometimes hard to understand what is it and menu itself only in German.

One of our favourite places near Karlsruhe, we have been going there for more than 15 years now - it is always something special! Decent german food, very good quality with reasonable price!

Very good food, between authentic German and upscale. Still good value for mam one and very friendly service. +1 for location and atmosphere
