What a treat! This beautiful restaurant is set in the perfect location at the coast and right at the beach. Dress up for a special occasion and treat yourself to top quality seafood cooked to perfection on an open flame. The portions are big and every dish is cooked with love and an abundance of flavours. The service is equally amazing, the staff add to the celebration by being super efficient, knowledgeable and always smiling and checking up on you. Best seafood restaurant in South Africa 🇿🇦

What a tremendous restaurant. One of our absolutely favourite spots to go to. I do not think there is an option on menu that is not super tasty and flavourful. The setting is one of a kind where beach sand is the floor, lookout at the ocean while enjoying your time here. The servers were helpful and friendly.

Seafood grilled on open coals, your feet in the sand whilst watching waves crash gently against the shoreline - a unique and satisfying dining experience. This is probably the most premier dining location in the Jeffrey's Bay area. Absolutely delicious food which is complimented by spectacular views of the bay and fantastic service. Walskipper is famous for cooking its seafood over coal fires. The fish and prawns we ordered were divine. Accompanied by delicious Spanish rice and perfectly cooked chips. This is the perfect location to spend special occasions in the Jeffrey's Bay area. A special and unique experience.

Wow, what a time I had here. The atmosphere to begin with was very scenic with spectacular views of the ocean, and there was sand as the floor! The service was spot on, perfect! Waiters were all friendly, helpful and helped us take a photo of our family at the end of our meal by the ocean. The food was immaculate! Fresh, tasty and massive portion sizes, fit for 2 meals at a time. The menu had wide variety of items on it, from fish to fillet.

Amazing amazing amazing! Been here a couple times now and it just gets better! The seafood platter for 2 covers any seafood lovers craving and 2 of them with a side order of their rooster-brood will feed 8 comfortably. Do not do Jeffrey's without a visit! Love this place!

You can enjoy excellent food and drinks while seated at your table with your feet in the sea sand and obviously a sea view. The waiters are fast and very friendly and dirty or empty dishes are removed as soon as you are done with your food or drinks. There are very clean toilets on site which all say that the restaurant is very well managed. I can and will recommend Die Walskipper to anyone visiting Jeffreys Bay.

Absolutely amazing. The service was top notch super friendly and helpful. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy and there were no issues of waiting for service or anything, really amazing staff. The views are breathtaking!!! The food is pricey but worth every rand. The prawns and hake were some of the best we've had it was delicious!!!!

Fantastic experience. If you're in the mood for a unique dining experience, then this is for you. The inside of the restaurant had sea-sand floors, so barefoot dining was the way to go. The food is amazing, even for the kids.
