Clean, nice, solid healthy option. Portions feel a bit smaller for the price range. Not a lot of sauce options - and they are not labeled. It’s 4 misc bottles. Staff are super kind. Farro was dry. Roasted veg were well done, nicely charred. Crispy tofu was pretty good.

Great place to get some healthy food. It was a bit confusing at first, nothing is labeled, portions are kind of small and additional protein is nearly half the cost of the entire meal. Food was delicious, restrooms were clean.

This restaurant is close to a lot of the tourist attractions. The food was amazing and the menu is simple and healthy. I got the build your own bowl and I really liked the chicken and also the cucumber and tomato salad. There’s a lot of seating as well.

Ended up at this farm to table restaurant by accident, and what a happy accident it was ! Absolutely delicious chicken, veggies and Mac and cheese. The kale Caesar salad was amazing and I would go back just for a big bowl of that deliciousness! Love the concept and the delivery.

I walked past this place a bunch of times and it always seems busy. Today my friends and I decided to try it out. It's very reminiscent of other establishments where you pick a base, protein, and sides. I had brown rice, chicken, carrots, and broccoli. The chicken was very good. It was juicy and flavorful. The rice was undercooked and it just became off putting after a while. It was seasoned nicely which was a plus. The veggies were very good. Really like how the inside of the place was set up and the free ice water was appreciated. The staff was very kind and nice.

If you're looking for tasty, healthy, and relatively quick meal this is the place to go. Nice atmosphere, clean tables, and friendly staff are all a bonus. The food itself was delicious. I had the dig bowl. Chicken was nicely cooked and flavourful. Had a ginger, lime soda as a refresher. Definitely worth going back to try more.

Dig has done it again with a great meal & dessert! I've had the salad before, which is ALWAYS good. Don't recall having the cookie, yet it was the perfect finish to a great lunch!

They have choices as they do at Cava where the setting is similar for casual dining. I chose my base, meatballs over brown rice and I had it with carrots and kale. I initially had second thoughts about having carrots, but as it turned out, they were cooked just the way I like it with tasty seasoning. The kale was tasty too, not that I would have thought it would be. I was pleasantly surprised. There is plenty of seating for lunchtime crowds that in these times of remote work, no longer materialize. I really like this place as an alternative to less healthy fast food options and it tastes great.

I've ordered from this dig in several times in the past and they have been great thus far. Jasmine is particularly amazing and when I ordered today there was an issue with my order so I called over the phone and they were super nice again. When I got my delivery there was a chocolate chip cookie with a beautiful 'have a nice day' message on the cookie sachet. Little did they know that I'm coming back from the hospital from a surgery and this small gesture really made my day! I was told that Yesmi had someone to do with it :) thank you!!! And thank you very much for being nice humans.

One of the days during my work trip in NYC, I didn't have too much time to step out away from my desk for lunch. Instead, a pick-up order was ordered from DIG. This DIG location is next to 80 pine street in New York City. DIG offers healthy, fast-casual bowls, vegetables and comfort food. Reviewing their menu, I ordered the following The Chicken Roast: Herb chicken breast with chicken jus, chili crisp brussels sprouts, charred broccoli with lemon, and brown rice, with garlic aioli on the side. The Chicken Breast was juicy and not overcooked. The broccoli was delicious. I wasn't the biggest fan of the chili crisp brussels sprouts, but all of the other ingredients were yummy! The food tasted fresh! I'd order from DIG again.

I've complained about this location several times, but it's clear at this point that the service quality isn't improving. I keep returning because it's a reasonably good/healthy lunch option. My advice to customers is this: *check* your pickup order if you don't want to be disappointed later. Usually they'll forget a sauce, but today they completely left out the chicken I ordered for my custom bowl, I had to ask for it. Recently they just decided they didn't serve an item that was listed on their menu and just gave me whatever they wanted even though it was easy enough for them to make it. I had to ask them to make it the way I ordered (again, an item on the menu) and they looked at me like I asked them to give me a ride home. I usually don't complain like this about places, but I guess I've become That Person with this place ‍

Delicious food, abundant serving, kind and solicitous service. My only small suggestion would be to cut the sides ingredients into smaller pieces.

I learned about Dig in Nikia Richardson's NYT food and dining newsletter. in it, she said Dig was her go-to for healthy to-go dinners. I think she also said the food is much better than it needs to be -- and she's right. It's very flavorful whole food prepared with a level of care that's unusual for fast casual.

This was our backup location after our original lunch plans fell through. It was deserted at 12:30 on a Friday which was somewhat surprising. I got a custom bowl with chicken, cauliflower, and mac and cheese. I liked the concept of competing with the other restaurant that serves you in bowls. The implementation was lacking though. The charred cauliflower was burnt and did not taste good. Need to rethink the charring. The atmosphere was cool and the prices were great, but I would be more careful about the sides I ordered next time.

What's not to like about dig? They have delicious proteins to choose from. My fav is the charred chicken. The sweet potatoes are roasted caramelized yumminess. The broccoli and cauliflower are the perfect veggie side! The farro and brown rice are my go to base. Try the garlic aoili to tie it all together.

DISHONEST! We placed a group order for about 10 people but all the chicken sides were missing. We called and was told that they ran out of chicken and they offered to refund our sides. So... we had to call to get our refund. If we hadn't called they would have just kept our money. They didn't even have the decency to tell us they "ran out of chicken" before delivery.

I was very surprised with how great this place was on a late night in FiDi. There aren't too many good options in the area, especially after 8pm because everything closes early. There were a bunch of choices that you could pick from and all of them looked good. They also have a lot of healthy options as well. I got chicken thighs on brown rice, mac and cheese and green beans. Food was pretty solid. There was no line so there was no wait. I will definitely be back and I'm happy I've found a new option for late night dinners!

Always great service. Very attentive to detail and timing. Never disappoints though do not like the cashew kale salad having regular green iceberg mixed in.

After about a dozen orders, I've always been super pleased. Meatballs, sauced cauliflower, chicken, you name it always tastes great, plus is high quality. I like the fiber, biodegradable cardboard-ish bowls too (not sure what they're actually made of), rather than yet more plastic. Most staff are good -- one guy's great, although a few others are rather taciturn. I'll still give five stars because the food's consistently great and I always leave happy.

I arrived from out of town hungry, and late in the evening (many of the financial district options had already closed). I jogged into Dig just 30 minutes before close. It has a sort of American classic + Chipotley mashup vibe. I didn't want to think too hard in terms of choices, so just ordered the "Dig Classic". It was chicken (grilled), rice, broccoli, and some sweet potatoes. The seasoning was strong. Not bad, but definitely lots of salt and pepper. The food quality was OK, though maybe would have been fresher earlier in the day. The dining room was a bit messy (napkins strewn about, utensils needed to be refilled). The staff weren't very engaged, though they were friendly enough. I would do this again in a pinch, though honestly would probably prefer a Chipotle over this (and if it weren't so late, I would try one of the many other local and well-reviewed places nearby).
