Diggi Palace – A Heritage Hotel

Recently attended a fashion show at Diggi Palace, and the experience was truly memorable. The property beautifully blends heritage charm with modern hospitality. From the grand architecture to the well-maintained lawns, every corner reflects Rajasthan’s royal elegance. The event was managed flawlessly, the staff was courteous, and the overall ambience added a special touch to the evening. A perfect venue for premium events, cultural gatherings, and celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Jaipur’s timeless heritage with excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay at Diggy Palace. It is an old but well renovated property which offers a quiet escape amidst the busy streets of Jaipur. The palace grounds have open area for kids to run around. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and a nice dinner with local performances to enjoy. We were able to get adjacent rooms with an outside sitting area which some guests used to enjoy food and drinks. The rooms were adequate, even though they seemed a bit dated. Some of the rooms can be quite noisy so make sure to ask for rooms in the quieter areas of the Haveli. The staff was super nice and helpful. They also offered a grab and go breakfast for our early morning flight, which was super helpful!

I stayed at Diggi Palace with my mother and sister back in September 2025, and though I wrote this review then, it didn't seem to post—but the experience was so memorable I wanted to make sure it was shared. Diggi Palace is a true hidden gem in Jaipur. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious, striking that rare balance of regal heritage luxury and modern comfort. A wonderful bonus for animal lovers is that the property is pet-friendly, which adds to the warm, welcoming "home" atmosphere they’ve created. The culinary experience was a major highlight for us. It is rare to find a place that serves delicious, organic, home-grown food infused with such authentic Rajasthani flavors. We spent hours in the gardens, which are lush, peaceful, and feel like a private sanctuary for peacocks, parrots, and so much more. Ultimately, the family at Diggi Palace are true custodians of heritage. They don’t just provide a place to stay; they showcase the soul of Rajasthani culture and a level of heartfelt hospitality that stayed with us long after we left. Shruti

Very courteous and obliging staff. Rooms vary depending on your choice and their availability. Food is standard. Except for eggs there is no other non veg food for breakfast. The breakfast spread was more or less the same everyday. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not functioning well , so getting a cup of Cappuccino was difficult. Their wine selection is not great. |Overall the experience has been good . It is a nice property.

As much as I want to give five stars to this beautiful palace hotel, an initial hassle does not allow me to do so. I booked through their own website, were the default was set to 1 adult for a room. In the process I made a mistake from my part not changing it to two i.e me and my wife. Upon arrival they asked me to pay 2000 rupees over the booking price at first, considering my wife as an add on and me as the primary guest. I later found out that there's practically no difference of it's one or two pax, but the difference of 2000 rupees starts when the third person is accomodated in the same room. Maybe upon seeing the displeasure on my face they brought in down to a 1000 rupees extra, still sticking to policy over comfort of a guest. So I paid the extra 1000 rupees for practically another bru coffee satchet used up in the room. There was a mistake from my part too, not denying it, but they could have just let it slide considering they are not losing any money and I'm paying extra even when their own website does say that I don't have to. The staff at the restaurant, the room service staff and even the tall security always welcome you with a smile and are extremely professional.The vibrant folk dance and puppet show along with dinner was a fantastic experience. Taking a stroll through the well lit premises at night when all the guests had left to their rooms after dinner will be one of my memorable experiences in jaipur. Adding another star just for this, it was truly beautiful. So kindly make the necessary changes in the website to avoid any such trouble for future guests, and thank you for the short yet beautiful stay.

The Diggi Palace is centrally located and offers a peaceful and quiet stay admist the city chaos. The staff was very polite and helpful. The entire property is well maintained. ||Since this is a real palace and a part of it was converted to hotel, it falls short on a few luxuries of the modern hotels but nothing that would stop us from enjoying our stay. The bathrooms were clean and were very spacious. ||The palace takes you back in time and gave us a chance to relive in the past. ||If you haven't experienced homes in the style of 19th century architecture, this place is a must go.

Diggi palace is a tranquil gem hidden in the hustle bustle of Jaipur. It was the most perfect stay for a wind down after a hectic trip. The staff was very hands on and always available. The rooms were super clean and organized. Would definitely return.

We had a relaxing stay . It is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds, a peaceful retreat from the crowded markets and traffic of Jaipur. It is a short TucTuc ride from all attractions in the city and "Bobby" and other drivers who work from the gate were very helpful and reasonable. The food in the hotel was excellent, all staff friendly and helpful and it was clean and well kept.
