Please stay running, Dijas friends. THE lowest calorie dessert I have found. I've been buying these by dozens of boxes a month (no, not kidding). They are a bit hard on their own, but taste fabulous once you dunk them in tea/milk/what have you. I have started making cake balls by grinding these up in a blender and adding a bit of skim milk + a splash of bourbon. So good.

I have been purchasing DIJAS biscotti for a number of years and loved it. The last batch was overcooked and tastes somewhat burnt, so I reached out to the company. Their reply was to explain why the product is hard. Of course biscotti is hard, but it shouldn’t taste bad. It’s sad that they don’t stand behind their products, and unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer.

Update: biscotti good, customer service bad. Good luck speaking to a human being. Guess a few years makes a difference. *************************************** First, I have to say how excellent Dijas' customer service is! Everyone I've interacted is friendly, helpful, and a delight to deal with. The shipping times is great, and the packaging is done with such care. I can't recommend highly enough! A+++ Now, the good and yummy details! My new favorite snack and coffee buddy are their biscotti! I was introduced to Dijas Bakery biscotti cookies a few months ago and I have found my new coffee companion. I love the Bourbon Caramel Pecan and Pistachio Vanilla flavors. Also love their muffins and loaf cakes. There's so much more to try and I'm sure they will be just as good. You can really taste the flavors in each each and the best is most are fat-free! I may be addicted, send help...wait don’t ;)

Reiterating, biscotti tastes very good and I’ve been a customer since it was Irene’s bakery. Customer service had been AMAZING then, but since changing hands (and names), customer service has been awful. Lack of response to numerous emails. And I also concur regarding the decreasing quality of packaging. I’ve received and had to throw out numerous boxes because they are cracked, practically opened, unsecured, etc. Such a shame 🫤

I’ve been purchasing the biscotti since it was Irene’s company. The biscotti is delicious. I recently sent a the company a complaint regarding the label not sealing the boxes effectively and the company contacted me, reviewed their processes and sent me a replacement order. I appreciate their dedication to the brand, the quality and the customer. Will definitely purchase again.

Was looking for a low calorie, tasty snack food and found Dijas fat free biscotti bits and they are delicious. I can eat a whole small box for 70 calorie or less. What a deal, Thanks Dijas Foods. Keep up the great service. PS: as you can see from my photo I keep a good supply at my house for my family and friends!!!

Your Biscotti’s are awesome! Many flavors and variety that are just delicious!!! Please keep the bakery going strong as I have continually placed orders each week after trying different flavors. Pistachio and Cranberry Almond are 2 favorites so far! I recommend these to all as they are low in calories and great! Fresh always! Keep up the great work.

Without getting into the taste of the biscotti (Although I highly recommend, nobody buy the biscotti bits, half of which were stale) I must say that this is the most frustrating and uncaring customer service experience I have ever had with a company. And with customer service like this I don’t think they deserve my business or yours. After getting a referral coupon months ago for 40% off which didn’t work, I was promised another. I was given another one, and that also didn’t work. I have an email thread with someone named Tina from customer service and have even spoken with her on the phone. She promised to call me back in an hour but of course she didn’t. All I wanted to do was place the order with the 40% off coupon as promised over the phone since they don’t seem capable of generating a coupon code that works. And despite all the emails, phone calls, and empty promises, they have not managed to place my order. There are plenty of other companies that respect their customers. Sadly, this company is not one of them.
