Without getting into the taste of the biscotti (Although I highly recommend, nobody buy the biscotti bits, half of which were stale) I must say that this is the most frustrating and uncaring customer service experience I have ever had with a company. And with customer service like this I don’t think they deserve my business or yours. After getting a referral coupon months ago for 40% off which didn’t work, I was promised another. I was given another one, and that also didn’t work. I have an email thread with someone named Tina from customer service and have even spoken with her on the phone. She promised to call me back in an hour but of course she didn’t. All I wanted to do was place the order with the 40% off coupon as promised over the phone since they don’t seem capable of generating a coupon code that works. And despite all the emails, phone calls, and empty promises, they have not managed to place my order. There are plenty of other companies that respect their customers. Sadly, this company is not one of them.
