I've been here a handful of times and it's normally been a great experience, but this time was anything but. I went there with a friend and it was fairly busy, so we were sat outside where tables were available and placed an order for one of our drinks. Not all the tables had heaters and it was just chilly enough that a heater would have been preferred. A couple sitting behind us had the same idea and asked a waitress if they could move to one of the now open tables under the heater, and they said yes. Seeing that, we also decided to move to the other open table with a heater. We then waited. And waited. And waited. A waiter brought the previously mentioned couple's food out, but didn't say anything to us. After a half hour, I got fed up and went in to ask the host where the drink was and why no one was coming to check in on us. She told me that we were sitting at a table that was reserved for another party, but that they would send a waiter over. I just got my friend and walked out. Not once did anyone say anything to us about the table being reserved, especially since it was ok for the other couple to take the other table. Instead they let us sit and waste a half hour of our time until WE had to come to THEM. As I mentioned eariler, I've been to Dillon's a number of times and normally it's a great time, but after this I genuinely don't know if I'll ever be coming back.
