Dilly's Deli

This is a tiny self-serve deli across from gate A8. They don’t have very much, just a few sandwiches and chips, but the things that they have are very overpriced especially the hot food.

I was there on Oct 17, I was over charged for M&M I got a small bag and she charged me 13.99 for a big bag. She said she would give me a refund in 3 days and here we October 26 and no refund. Can’t call them or get a hold of them. Transaction # 529032948158 I bought small skittles and small M&Ms and she over charged for the M&M. Please refund my card.

Very rude person who claims he doesn’t accept an American Airlines voucher that I received directly across from his stall. He took the chips I was going to buy and threw them. Avoid this business. Not even worth the time I spent writing this review.

Not bad, but the food scanner is very touchy, slowing down the line…

This is a self-checkout and isn't staffed. The check out screen showed correct amount, but then charged my credit card double, and this merchant failed to respond.

Conventional Quick Snack store. Prices are what is expected.

A hummus box is not a meal. Please offer more vegetarian and vegan friendly options in your deli.

Food was not good. The chicken Caesar wrap had no chicken and they would not give me a receipt for my expense report.

Had the misfortune of patronizing Dilly's during a layover at Sky Harbor a day ago. Spent $17 on a skimpy little Italian Sandwich and a half liter of Diet Coke. I had an SUV-sized appetite but each half of my scrawny sando was smaller than a deck of cards. The caliber of the filling was...sub-optimal. Pepperoni, salami, a third unidentified but Italian meat (probably prosciutto or mortadella) with a thin slab of provolone, less than stellar lettuce and a wilted tomato. The bread that framed it had decent softness but zero crunch. Your favorite Yelp Elite Correspondent, a well traveled sandwich aficionado, recoiled at the taste. Yet I gamely pressed forward to shove half of the uninspiring shit sando down my gullet (and then only 'cause I needed to take some meds on a full stomach!). I came thisclose to tossing the other half into a Sky Harbor International trash bin...but the $17 extortion, er, price flashed in my head and I ended up presenting the Dago Dagwood to my nephew dogs at my brother's home in NM! And yep, even the dogs were similarly disenchanted. They ultimately quaffed it, but didn't look happy about it. Final verdict? Wasting a near Jackson bill on a crappy 7-11 caliber sandwich at Dilly's made me feel, well, pretty silly.

Perhaps a 2.5-star outside of an airport, borderline 3-star, rounding up. I had a breakfast burrito, it had a nice egg flavor but the chorizo tasted more like spices than like meat and was only at one end of the burrito. Very expensive for preprepared airport food, but edible enough since it was kept warm.

Yummy snacks for the family. Run in and gobble it down! We stopped in for a quick bag of salty chips. The rest was history. Good sandwiches and nibbles for a picnic.

I never write reviews, but when I do, there's a piece of plastic in my food. Yesterday I had only a few minutes to snag food before I boarded. The kiosk wasn't terribly busy, and it was close to the gate, so I snagged a ham & Swiss. I hungrily bit into it and a small piece of hard white plastic was in my mouth. Sadly I didn't have time to walk back to the kiosk nor did I keep the receipt

Mass produced sandwiches. Everything tastes like old bologna. Dilly's should not put their name on these horrible sandwiches. Self scanner rang up chips as a coke. Wrap says salad. Worst $45 bucks ever spent. All sandwiches went in the garbage.

Older lady would not let me have a little packet of mayo....... Are you for real? A little packet of mayo! What a joke!! SOOO RUDE lmao she wanted me to buy a packet of mayo that's free, so embarrassing and rude employee

For one sandwich it was $8, now don't get me wrong I get that airport food is overpriced but this is just ridiculous. The prices aren't even openly labeled. The sandwich itself was not fresh, the veggies were limp and the bread crumbled into itself. I couldn't even eat half the sandwich before I was covered in bread crumbs. Vendors were too busy talking to each other, so I just looked around, paid and got out of there. Get food elsewhere.

The food looked fresh, I'll give it that. A small little spot among the restaurants in the "A" wing. There are some better prices around on things, but they have water, soda, chips, salads, and sandwiches. Really that's it. There is a small island with the salads and sandwiches, drinks on the wall behind and you are done. If you have more time invest your money in a restaurant near by. The food looks good, but not for the price. A simple wrap is 7.99, that's a meal near by.

Just a small shop at the airport. They have sandwiches, salads, and a whole variety of drinks you can shop to. Overpriced, but isn't everything at the airport? I think I was flying United, so its probably close to those gates. I grabbed a salad and a bottle smoothie drink, not much to rave or complain about, food looked fresh and tasted decent.

I wasn't expecting much at this grab and go Dilly's Deli since everything was pre-made and in plastic wrap. We grabbed a Chicken Caesar wrap and a Turkey Bacon Avocado Club sammie. Prices were actually reasonable for airport food ie under $10 each. The wrap was fresh but lacked Caesar salad dressing which made it very bland. On the other had the club sandwich was delicious. The sweet tang of the dressing, creamy fresh avocado, moist turkey, crunchy red onions, smoked bacon and thick soft bread combined for one tasty sandwich. The bread was a little too think and we ended up throwing a lot of bread away but we would order this sammie again in a heartbeat. Avoid the wrap get the sammie, pretty decent airport food.

I've purchased sandwiches to go from Dilly's twice now and both times the sandwich tasted awful and the bread was somewhst hard. So I won't be buying from Dilly's ever again.

Solid take-out wraps to bring with you on the plane!!! Delicious!

I don't like delis but in the valley, Dillys is one of the few delis I actually enjoy eating at. The Sky Harbor location however is a huge disappointment. The quality of food at this location is no reflection of what you would get at a normal Dillys in the valley. I am saddened to the k this is this first and perhaps only impression people might get of Dillys Deli.

My husband and I purchased an overpriced salad and sandwich at Dilly's in the Phoenix airport on our way to Baltimore. As I was eating my salad on the flight, I discovered a very-dead moth in my salad. The bug was not wrapped in lettuce, but clearly on display. Needless to say I did not finish my salad and have reached out to the company to express my disgust. In the airport we are beholden to the vendors to provide clean food in a hurry. I will not ever visit this place again. I would suggest no one else do either.

Chicken Caesar wrap was absolutely horrible. I'm not sure how it was made so badly. The bottled water tastes fine though.

Generous portions, simple foods that are quick between flights and easy enough to bring with you on the plane. It is a much better option for me than bags of chips, chocolate bars and all the assorted garbage that is readily available in airports. It was a nice change up.

I had the smoked peppered turkey, avocado, bacon, pepper jack red onion and raspberry-honey-mustard-sandwich and it was one of the highlights of my holiday season! What a sandwich and what a surprise to get at a little stand at an airport.

This is a tiny grab and go version of the delicious locally owned Dilly's Delis around the valley. Of course it is no where near the menu of the actual restaurants they have outside of the airport, but obviously that is because it is a Kiosk in an airport. The wraps are delicious and better than most of the larger restaurants in the airport by far in my opinion. If you are wanting the yummy soups in homemade bread bowls, you will have to drive the 2 miles to University and Hardy Dilly's Deli, but you can still get a great ready to go wrap or sandwich in 2 minutes and still make the flight that has started boarding! I am thrilled to see little locally owned shops have made it into the sky harbor airport and hope that people will remember that they are in fact supporting local establishments and not the big chains found at most airports!
